Lovely experience Originally, there was about a 45 minute wait on, but we had our food within 30 minutes. At first my food was tepid but they corrected it immediately. The food was then delicious and good for value. My OH food was great, hot and a huge portion! Just how he likes it. 👍 Will visit again when I'm next in the area. Thank you

After a short break from Harvester reviews I am back,and I had to start with the Harvester I had missed it the most "The Borderer". Once again the food was fabulous. I ordered a build your own breakfast and everything was cooked as I would like to eat it, in fact it was perfect,thank you Chef! Sadly I was sat on a different table this time and was not served by the girl of my dreams "storey of my life" but as all the staff here are very friendly,polite and caring I was treated as I would like to be treated as a guest and a friend. Thank you "borderer" I will return and become a reguler. As I have missed this venue so much, it has to go to my top spot and my Harvester of choice in south wales so far. See you soon. What a fabulous restauraunt in a fabulous location. This is my fourth review of a Harvester in the south Wales area and the best so far. I would not be surprised if this Harvester is classed as a flagship for Harvester as it is an incredible venue, I have to give a special mention to the woman "Clair" that served me, she is in a class of her own and should be commended by harvester and given a pay rise for her customer care skills alone, she has buckets and buckets of it. I think she maybe a woman of my dreams, she certainly looked after me. Five star is not enough for this venue! Google maps this venue needs a special extra star.

Returned 5 weeks later my wife and myself. Both had sirloin steaks medium and medium rear. Both cooked as requested. Frendly attentive staff . Birthday offer so only paid for one steak . Very good offer. Will now download app for myself. Family meal midday . Five people all pleased with their meals . Very polite waitress. Meals came at the ŕight time we had finished the salad bar thing. Desserts were large and well presented. With drinks about £25 a head will return. Another family birthday visit all still good.

Fabulous food and our server was great. However we were a little sad to hear self serve will not be coming back due to less waste.

Other than the waitress (who was very pleasant), everything was moderate at best. I seem to remember the salad bar from some years back being a very agreeable starter. Now, very uninteresting. Maybe I should be grateful that there's no extra charge! My friend, who had steak, said it was done to her preference. But there was no mustard available because apparently it's allergenic?! Surely true of a number of foods and extras? Very strange. Take your own if you like mustard! Simply chicken for two was just that, and not the most tender or tasty chicken breast I've had recently. Maybe I should have ordered a sauce to add some interest. Sweets were ok. Altogether, a disappointing visit and one I won't be repeating in a hurry.

It was very hot in the restaurant and the servers were very apologetic about it to everyone because the air conditioning was not functional. for the sake of the staff and customers, the owners should get this fixed! Hence 4 stars, otherwise 5! Food arrived promptly after ordering, cooked perfectly and tasted great! I love the drinks mixer machine - lots of flavour choices and freedom to get the drink as you please. I wish Harvester would market their sauces! I want to buy a metric tonne of the BBQ sauce. I was served by Sapphire - She was fantastic!
