Amazing food and polite staff, the restaurant was very clean and not loads of food left on any tables. The food had all the beautiful flavours that you would expect from Burger King and the chips you just don’t want them to end. The drinks have plenty of flavour selection and free refills if you eat in.

These joints can always vary, but I've found this one pretty reliable. I just wish they'd buy a refrigerator so they can chill their soft drinks for the Uber Delivery orders. It's not great getting a Coke at room temperature. Otherwise, it's a fairly decent Burger King.

Messiest BK ive been in, they need to consider letting someone clean up for half hour or so, as soon as you walk in you're welcomed by food/straw packaging all over the floor aswell as some odd bits of leftover food

Glad BK is now on the Isle of Wight, but it would be better if they actually weren't frequently out of loads of items (from the already limited menu). Constant issues with the app and kiosks in the restaurant often make ordering a frustrating experience

went there today for a quick meal, food tasted nice. i had the bbq double beef burger with cheese to go, i payed for extra bacon and extra cheese, i found out when i got home and started eating it that i didnt get the extras in my burger, it doesnt overly bother me but i still payed for those extras which is a but eh i guess, overall staff were polite so i havent got much to complain about

Got our order mixed up, chips in wrong box but no big deal! What did annoy me was we were the only people in there and a worker decides to sweep up all around us whilst we were eating with created dust in the air and was going I our meals, if they were busy and desperate to clean quick then I wouldn't have been so put out by it but they could have waited until we were finished I found this yo be very rude!! 🙄

I haven't been to Burger King for years! The one on the island hasn't been here for long and decided to pop in. Firstly, customer service was excellent and for a fast food restaurant that's saying something. So friendly it's unreal, it wasn't that they were trained to be nice, more that it came naturally. The food, dammmmn, it kicks butt when compared to McDonald's. I could actually taste the food. So anyway, all in all a great place for a decent(ish) burger

Ordered a large haloumi burger meal with lettuce and when we unwrapped it we had received a bun with haloumi fries and no lettuce. This branch seems incapable of giving you what you order. And even though we asked for ketchup and checked with the guy at the window when he gave us the order we did not get any ketchup. Back to McDonald’s

Extensive menu and good customisation options on the touch screen ordering points when you order. One niggle is though they don't always register all the voucher codes on the app. Otherwise staff are good, service is prompt. Food is to a good standard and well prepared, not just chucked together as you find at some places.

Mixed experiences at this restaurant. Used drive thru recently and was given incorrect drink and chips were very salty. Other times experience has been better. Drinks do taste a bit different to other restaurants which I'm not a fan of.

Normally, when I have used Burger King on the mainland they have been a step up from Macdonald's but the new island Burger King is struggling to get near the usual standards. My drink and chips were fine but my chicken burger had wilted transparent lettuce which I had to remove and a very thick slice of tomato. My wife's whopper had huge thick rings of onion which she had to remove to be able to eat the burger! Whilst in the outlet, we were aware of 2 people taking food back to the counter due to issues. A friend also ordered a drive through but was only given half the order and had to return to the outlet to get the rest of the order. No apologies were offered, I'm told? Perhaps 3 stars is generous?

It's burger king, fast food, good burgers coffee isn't bad in my own personal opinion I do think it's a tad expensive, but then can only compare to KFC and makkies and to be fair the beef in burger kings burgers is s lot nicer

The islands only burger King, service was quick for a Saturday afternoon, although they did have a problem with the tills. They serve frozen coke and Fanta, the coffee was nice and is very cheap only 99p, they use plastic straws, not the stupid paper ones

Decent double bacon XL !! only BK burger worth getting in my opinion. Drive through is a bit of a shambles easier and a lot quicker to park up and go in to order so loses a star. Makes a welcome change to maccies. All we need now is a Nandos.

Excellent first visit. Wait time was 25 mins, not bad considering it was heaving in there, praises to the staff for keeping it together - it was their soft opening 16th Dec so ignore the reviews saying "It says they're open but they're closed ;(" They are expecting to open sometime Jan 2020 I believe. My American missus says it tastes just like the BK back home xD
