Ordered the Christmas Yorkshire pudding Wrap & a small chips from here. It was amazing. I was expecting a little roast dinner in the wrap like a little meat and veg rolled up really tight. Instead I got a very weighty wrap full to the brim with really good tasty food. My wife and I really enjoyed it. The triple cooked chips are incredible too a must if you order from here. I highly recommend it.

Best food around! I am a regular customer at JJ’s takeout and I’m impressed each and every time. The customer service is top-notch and the food is delicious. I’ve been tried various menu items such as the homemade pizzas, mozzarella sticks and the fries are the best! If you’re craving some tasty and convenient food then look no further! The home delivery service is usually very fast and the food was hot too. You can customise menu items and there’s products for everyone include IOW burgers! Offers good value for money, friendly and fast service and tasty food for everyone. Highly recommended and I share the experiences with family and friends. Thank you!

Apsolutly brilliant. We had a small pizza - perfect, loads of chips - hot and crispy a chip should be like, chicken burger with special request, beef burger, 2 jumbo sausages, onion rings, batterd chicken bites and a kabab rap, all for £20. Brilliant. Lovely delivery women, good price and quality food. And to top it off I didn't have to wait long for it either.

Insanely good burgers - literally the best I've ever had - and totally customisable. Chips not awful but not great, either - possibly the incredible burgers set the bar too high! Everything cooked to perfection. Team were very helpful arranging to meet as the holiday park don't allow deliveries on site.

Not to happy, just moved to the area and saw this on Uber eats, so ordered it as good for money, chips seemed like they were a bag of frozen ones, they taste like the ones my mum exactly gets, burger had no taste to it , my wrap wasn’t wrapped properly , took one bite and it all fell apart, chips weren’t very warm either, also my bottle of coke was missing, had better , sorry

Ordered via the JJ's take out app. Painless, arrived at our time slot, food was ready and we had a large order for the family, it was wrapped well to keep it warm (Still hot back in Freshwater), can't fault the service. The food was lovely, my burger with all the extra toppings was great. James was polite and will definitely be returning.

Never had anything like it all in 1 before but it was absolutely amazing. We ordered the family Munchie box its great for the price. Will definitely be going back. Would be great to do Salt and pepper chips like the Chinese do with the boxes. Thanks for the food 😋

Paid for a pot of sauce and come home to no sauce, mozzarella stick was bad the cheese wasent melted at all and had the texture of Gandhi's flip flop and apart from that everything was ok deffo better spotts just down the road

Generally good food. Got my order wrong of 12 nuggets, Instead gave me a spicy chicken piece of which I’m not fond of. Pity.

JJ's is great! One of very few places in Newport that has a consistently working online ordering service! Food is fantastic and they've always been extremely polite and helpful. I've ordered several times since discovering this place at the end of last year and the only time the delivery was late Iwas called with an apology and an explanation. Thanks for keeping me well fed through hard times :)

Timely delivery but I have no idea what happened to the batter on my sausage as it was more of a blanket, very hard to chew. not much cheese on chips either. All tasted ok otherwise

Brought fish n chips to treat the missus... Really nice chips and lovely fish. Very friendly in shop even though it was a busy time for picking up food and they were rushed off their feet. Will certainly return to try the pizzas.

It was our first time ordering from jjs our normal chip had closed,so we thought we would give them a go it was very easy and clear to order on there website we choose a scheduled collection time and the food was ready right on which Was excellent considering it was a large order the food and price was fantastic absolutely the best chips,burgers and fish was very good well done team jj and we will definitely be ordering again soon.

Honestly you won't find a better chip shop on the island, it's tucked out of town but we'll worth a visit. Chips are consistently good made even better with a decent battered sausage and some proper curry sauce, keep it up guys 😍

Went in quite late Got told shortage of chips French fries should be in the bin Only to hear lady asking member of staff what chips he wants an picks chips So staff member I guess knows french fries either been there a while or are just no good Such a shame Was 20 minutes before closing main issue was member of staff asked another member of staff what type of chips they wanted.
