Food was good and service was ok, but I think that the staff need to work on the cleanliness of the store where the public sit to eat and also the toilets were in very poor state even though there's signs up saying that they are regularly clean, when it's quite clear this is not the case.

After the rains the building was leaking like a sive with the main entrance closed and access via the emergency exit only. This did not stop work. Food ordered, prepared and given to me with no fuss, out the door and away. Very nice it was to.

You can't go wrong with KFC chicken. Love the food and it always delivers on taste. Only dislike I have is that they have decided to remove regular Pepsi from their menu, my personal opinion is that people should be able to make their own choice if they wish to drink sugary drinks. (not being funny but you don't really go to KFC because you're on a diet)

What you'd expect from any fast food restaurant run by teenagers on minimum wage. The burgers and wraps are competantly assembled, the service is reasonably quick. I've never had any issues with the drive-through. I have seen it a bit messy in there in the past, but you don't go there for a high end dining experience, you go there because you know what KFC tastes like, and you want some.

The wait times in this kfc are not optimal. For fast food things run pretty slow. The food itself is alright but the service needs improvement in my opinion. Staff however are friendly and accommodating so that is a definite plus.

the restraint is okay. the food does take a long time to be prepared but when it is done it is great. the ice cream machine is always broken yet they still advertise the products, this means you are left with disappointment when you try to order a product and then are told that it is unavailable.

What can I say really, it's a KFC. Saying that, the food isn't bad, not too greasy. Friendly staff, that's important. I haven't had food poisoning yet, unlike one on the mainland (not naming which one). Car park isn't great, so if you're thinking of parking there and going to the shops, don't. The attendant will observe you leaving the car park and slap you with a fine. Yes, I learnt that from experience. My rating does not reflect on the car park.

Large Zinger Twister meal with a Pepsi Max Cherry and two large boxes of Popcorn Chicken is the go to at the moment. Twister was well constructed not chucked together like some branches I've been in to and had a decent amount of hot sauce. The new chunky fries? Jury is still out. Popcorn Chicken nice as usual. Place was clean and tidy due to the efforts of "Malcolm" who was admirably diligent.

I brought a boneless banquet box meal for 1 for £5 using their app yesterday 29/07/20. I diddnt open it until I got home and I was very disappointed. First of all the Pepsi tasted absolutely vile, the syrup had clearly run out. Then insult to injury my meal was missing the boneless chicken!!😡😡. Therefore I paid £5 for chips, beans and a small box of popcorn chicken. Very disappointed!!

The customer experience was amazing. They regulated the social distancing rules very well. Most KFC's should take example from this masterpiece KFC team. I can't lie the best part was when they gave me chicken. I was so surprised this could be served in KFC but hey everyday brings a new discovery. And Eid Mubarak to Ahla.

We have never eaten in here so can't comment on that, but we use the drive-thru & we always get excellent service. The staff are always friendly & helpful & the speed of the service is always fast. Delicious food too. KFC's our favourite treat!
