Best Welsh cakes ever 😍 if you are looking for classic or Welsh cakes with a twist then rogue Welsh cakes is the place to be. My personal favourite is the cheese and leek and as you can see the dog is obsessed too. Along with the best tasting Welsh cakes you have an amazing owner who Is always so enthusiastic. Can’t recommend enough.

I visited this place this past August .The guy helped me was a very nice guy & the Welshcakes were so ~delicious, much better than Fabulous Welshcakes !! Peanutbutter one & orange / chocolate ? were my picks as recommended. I highly recommend this place !!

We found these guys by chance, and now every time we’re in Newport, we have to get Welsh cakes. Perfect to take home and snack on, or even better if you get the warm stack with ice cream there and then! Run and owner by lovely, genuine people, who make amazing Welsh cakes in a variety of flavours. 1000% recommended checking them out if you’re passing by…. Or even making a visit just for them (as we have also done)🤣

Not to exaggerate but I tried 3 of their plain (yes plain) Welsh cakes and the next day I batch ordered 36. If you like Welsh cakes or just want to give them a try I promise no matter how picky you are these are the best you'll try! Great customer service and story behind the business, a credit to the tradition of Welsh cakes.

THE most amazing Welsh cakes!! What I love about this place is not only their wonderful and wacky array of flavours but that you can watch (and smell) them being baked right in front of you! Well well well, what can I say about Rogue Welsh Cakes? I can say they are the best welsh cakes in the world & if you don’t agree you’re clinically insane. Gorgeous family company, everyone is so lovely & always glad to see you. If I had to give one criticism, it would be that the head huncho ‘Joe’ doesn’t wear his welsh ladies costume enough, bring it back bro I wanna see some flesh. Apart from that, 10’s across the board!

Easily the best Welsh Cakes in South Wales... plus Joe is the loveliest man!! Great flavours and the savoury options are a must-try, especially because you don't get them anywhere else. Been a big fan since the early days at the markets and always make a beeline for the stall when I see it.

Could only try the peanut butter and jam vegan welsh cakes when I went owing to dietary issues but requested them without the jam because: why ruin peanut butter? 😜 So, the peanut butter (no jam) vegan welsh cakes were LOVELY! Bought 6, and there they were, gone. Didn't last very long at all. I love that they do different flavours and offer vegan options. Joe is also lovely and very friendly. So basically, you should go see him and buy his welshcakes!

Came across them online while on a trip to Cardiff and unfortunately never got a chance to visit. I contacted them and they shipped me the best Welshcakes I have had since moving to the UK. The flavors are amazing and the customer service as well as the correspondenc are truly top notch. They are definitely a must if you are ever in and around the Cardiff area, if not they will be happy to send you some of their amazing products. You have to try them and will not be disappointed.
