Just visited for brunch and was thoroughly impressed! Great atmosphere, lovely decor and good music. Service was great too and the food was amazing! Food was beautifully presented and portion sizes are great value for money. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Really strange as we had never heard of Cafe Marseille before yesterday. Whilst searching for music on Facebook, all of a sudden a advert for a jazz night came up for this restaurant. Almost off the hoof we thought we’d give it a try. Well we weren’t disappointed. Music as amazing. We are not fans of jazz, but this was easy listening. The atmosphere was vibrant and cool. The food was really good. I can recommend the polenta and Laredo sticks. Super crunchy and delicious. The duck was cooked to perfection. Going there you will not be disappointed. Honestly we both had a fantastic experience.

Just beautiful....celebrated my birthday here and it was perfect ...Thank you so much 💜 Perfect size venue, a fab size dance floor, such a lovely atmosphere as it has a cosy, glitzy wine bar feel...lovely decor. 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 Highly recommend for a party or special event.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staff are just amazing, so helpful, really friendly and nothing too much trouble. I had the afternoon tea for guests and it is so fresh, a great choice of cakes and sandwiches and really lush prosecco! Thank you so much 😘

Wow!!! I had my birthday breakfast with my friends here today .... amazing! Very cozy and welcoming interior. Our waitress was very helpful and kind (Edite). Gorgeous looking food,and very delicious, for fair price. That was not our last time here. ❤

Such a gem of a find! We needed to visit Northampton for a vaccine, and were very lucky to find this cafe for lunch after. The food was delicious (we had a gallette and French toast) and the décor was beautiful. The waitress was also very friendly. As well as brunch it looks like it would be a perfect place for cocktails and dinner, and if we're back in Northampton we'll definitely visit again!

I couldn't be more thankful to the management and the whole amazing team working at Marseille Caffee. They helped us to organise an amazing brunch event for our small wedding registry weekend. The manager's communication with us during the planning was exceptional. Starting from the beautiful decoration to amazing food and atmosphere. Café Marseille has a lovely, quiet atmosphere. The room is filled by the sound of soft jazz and the staff are quick to ask if you would like any drinks. The coffee is served in cute mugs, and the tea is served in an ornate teapot with a teacup. The menu is full of authentic French classics, and even frogs' legs are available if you are so inclined. I took the Paris-style Eggs Benedict. The eggs were poached to perfection: their flavour and consistency were phenomenal. The eggs Benedict were served on top of a croissant, and I chose smokes salmon as a filling - you can choose bacon instead if you like. There was a generous serving of homemade Hollandaise sauce, and salad with balsamic glaze on the side. The waitress was very friendly, keen to check on how everything is going and to make sure everything is alright. As far as I can tell, they offer reservations for parties and other large groups. On the display on the wall, a presentation was showing photos of parties that had happened at the venue. I thought this was a really sweet touch. I loved the decor, and for a moment I entirely forgot I was in Northampton. Thank you!

We love Cafe Marseille. Always a genuinely warm welcome and they even recognised us after our first visit. We have been for lunch and breakfast and all the food we have had so far has been wonderful - the beetroot carpaccio was a work of art on a plate, as well as tasting delicious! They serve nice tea in beautiful 'Pip Studio' teapots, the toilets are lovely and clean and the restaurant is fitted out beautifully.

Orange juice was served warm. Was asked by the waitress if I wanted ice but wasn't informed warm juice was being served here, I had just assumed it would be refrigerated as it was very hot today. I complained to the lady who then explained all their other juices were cold apart from the one I had ordered and she promptly replaced it for a cold one. The full English breakfast was nice barring the undercooked eggs, the majority of the egg was cooked but there was a little bit of clear uncooked eggwhite on both. The bacon wasn't drained properly, came in a puddle of oil and was unevenly cooked. Paid 50p for a hashbrown which wasn't that great.

Went there with my girlfriend Saturday night and were not disappointed! Had a three course meal and from starters to deserts were pleasantly surprised every time. They even made a full vegan meal for my girlfriend! When asked about the collection of wines, the staff mentioned owner’s collections of wine, which for we are definitely coming back for! 10/10 would recommend!

A diamond in the rough: Came for brunch. The area surrounding the cafe is questionable, flanked by a private shop on one side and a casino on the other however the quiet lo-fi atmosphere, and insta-heaven decor, of the cafe was surpassed by excellent yet very affordable food (Galette Bretone and Brioche French Toast)

It's the first time I've been to Cafe Marseille. On arrival we were greater very warmly. The staff are very friendly and the food was great. Can't fault the service or the food. Would go back without any hesitation. Plenty of parking within walking distance but be aware it's council run pay parking.

We had some lunch here last week, the cafe has had a lot of effort out into it to make it look nice on the inside and outside. What I feel they could do with is some more lunch/casual dining options. I felt like they had lots of main course offerings if you want a proper meal, but only a few if you are popping in for some lunch.

The place looks great, nice staff and atmosphere but the food was really dissapointing, waited a long time to be served. The breakfast portions were really small, a little croissant with a poached egg which wasn't cooked properly, a lot of hollandaise sauce and literally 2 bits of salad. Waited for 40 mins, ate in 5 min and we were still feelling hungry. The croque madame was a plain sandwich with cheapest quality ham, had no sauce either as described in the menu. The food was presented really nice in the plate, liked that.
