It was very delicious, food is fresh and experience is not as in other chicken-shops all the same where food is frozen hundreds time then served to you.
I like that people trying to make a improvement and to bring something new in town.
I will definitely go there again. 🤩
Thank you 🙏

Chicken burgers are amazing, you get to choose from so many flavours and also the colour of the burger bun is a surprise!🤗

Had a delivery for the first time, I really enjoyed the meal apart from the burger, the 6 piece bites were spot on with the sweet chilli sauce, the only thing I didn't enjoy was the chargrilled burger, I was expecting the chicken to be more tender, seeing as it's a more higher respected establishment then your normal fast-food pizza/chicken kebab shop, they did provide me with extra nacho cheese sauces which was very kind, just the chargrilled chicken was tough/rubbery and sadly I only took two bites from it and didn't eat it after so ended up in the bin afterwards.
I will order again though just most likely not the chargrilled burger on my next order.
Thanks!

I'm absolutely thrilled that a place like Chicken Mafia has opened in Northampton and I agree with another reviewer that it's great to see new places open - we need places like this to give us even more choice and to keep the town busy.
- I do think it's incredibly expensive - I had fries coated with cheese and truffle seasoning. This wasn't done properly and actually the chefs will need to improve on the way they serve this. The crinkle cut chips tasted like they were oven cooked which is not what I wanted - the chips were not crispy or piping hot. I then had 6 'chicken bites' (read nuggets) for an astonishing £6.99. These were typical of a standard chicken shop. I had a chicken burger which would have been absolutely fine had it not been for a colourful bread that did not have the texture of bread at all - definitely a novelty that needs discarding for a different, more traditional burger bun. I had the most expensive milkshake which was fine. In total I paid £20 which would have been absolutely fine if the food was up to scratch - but it isn't yet.
- Stock levels were an issue, no chicken wings or pieces when we went, but this was the day after opening so it's probably been sorted now.
- The place has been decorated nicely, it's definitely unique. Arcade machine is a nice touch as is the overall urban vibe.
- The stools don't make it a pleasant place to sit, eat and talk - managers will need to take a look at this. I felt like we were half perched, half balancing our food - it was awkward.
- The owner (maybe the owner) was taking photographs and filming on his phone, probably for social media. He didn't ask permission and this rather upset my friend.
- Food took quite a while to get to us.
This is not a bad place by any means but the cost for what you get is actually far too much. For comparison, if you eat at any of the other chicken shops you'll get booth style seating or chairs and a generous sized table. You will not pay over the odds for a chicken burger the amount of sauce you get well not be limited. At Chicken Mafia if you want sauce they (bizarrely) have to go to the kitchen to get some sauce. The same goes for salt and other condiments; a fast food joint shouldn't make things so inconvenient for their customers.
I could keep going but actually I think that after some time this place could become quite popular. Managers just need to take the time to scope out other chicken places (we've got loads).
Thanks for taking the time to read my review.
EDITED: I'd like to thank Chicken Mafia for responding to my review and for their commitment to improving their business; I meant no offence and have altered my rating in light of some errors in my review.

The food here was really nice. I had the chicken burger, 6 wings, cheesy fries and a drink. Can't knock it, I was impressed.
The staff were good and the food was made and presented in a professional manner.
Even though there are tissues and wipes available to the customers on the main counter, they could offer the option of gloves as the food especially the wings can get messy.
My only gripe about the place was the blender that makes the shake is way too loud. Could do with moving in the back.
Overall a good experience. I definitely would return and try something else off the menu.
Literally a stones throw from St Michael's car park. And Saturday it's free for 2hrs and Sunday free all day.

Walked in and was surprised how beautiful this place looks. The art work on the walls is amazing. I ordered garlic and parmesan wings and it was the best wings i ve had in Northampton. Honestly recommend!!

The burgers are one of the best I've had so far. The fries expressed me with their texture soft and crispy.

Came here so many times already and every time the food has been good. Especially grilled wings with sweet chili flavor. Recommend
