Lovely date night. Friendly staff from when you walk in. Not a big meat eater and very fuzzy but the burger was really nice. All food and drinks are nice. Was really impressed.

Loved this place! Service was great, staff attentive to everything we needed. BBQ chicken wings were 💯 we had burgers and fries for main with Mac n cheese as a side, would recommend sharing fries between 2 as get loads. Dessert was lovely dirty doughnuts with chocolate salted caramel and banana 😋

Vibe is great, though i am disappointed in the Chicken Tower burger. Too little chicken, you're mostly eating the hashbrown. Which doesn't make it bad, just for the price (£10) it's a bit disappointing.

A great place to eat with loads of options to suit most people (mainly meat eaters heaven!), Great to see the kitchen in action and the flames flying whilst your food is cooked (to a great quality). Their collection of sauces is unique and certainly makes this place special, especially if you want to challenge others or yourself to try something hot and spicy! Service was fantastic, always friendly and happy to accommodate and help.

Food was excellent, nice atmosphere and wide variety of interesting choices, enough to make you want to come back for more. Steaks cooked nicely (a tad more seasoning would have been nice for me) and the restaurant was busy with happy customers. Service was a bit slow but they held together, clearly a strong team in the kitchen and on the floor. The cocktails kept us distracted!

Modern steak restaurant nicely decorated. Food is great for family night out or even couple some straightforward food, which I found properly prepared, hot and reasonable value. Staff were friendly and you can pay for your meal via your phone if you are in a hurry.

Would highly recommend. I had 8oz Steak and sweet potato mash. At first I was disappointed that items didn't come as a full meal. E.g my steak came by itself no sides, but factoring in the price it was still good value for money. No complaints about the meal it's self or service for that matter.

I visited yesterday with family and I thoroughly enjoyed my time..staff were very pleasant and efficient. Being a Friday night, they were quick, professional and full of smiles. Food itself was good 😋, great quality on good pricing✅, restaurant is nicely decorated and furnished. Very family friendly, I was a bit concerned though because there were kids running around as waiters were carrying hot dishes to tables. Location is very ideal, not far off from Junction 15 off M1, loads of other grab and bite around and also there is the Cineworld. Loads of free parking (though we went after 6pm, am not sure if you have to pay during the day) Vegan options available...please when you visit make sure you try the OREO and SALTED CARAMEL MILKSHAKE (delicious) Overall I would visit again 🙌👍👌❣️

Husband goes just for the steaks and baked beans with barbacoa beef. I was pleasantly surprised the sea bass and sweet potato mash were delicious. My little one loved the steak from children’s menu. Definitely a win for us.

Ok never heard of this place, although I have been living on the far side of town for a while. Tried to get into Chiquito over the road but no man / woman / non specific gender wants to wait a half an hour when they're hungry. Walked in the door, promptly greeted by freindly helpful staff and shown to a table. Our waitress was Madison and she was at our table within a couple of minutes to introduce herself and take our order. She was very bubbly and freindly and offered us recommendations and took our order with minimum fuss. Beverages and food arrived promptly, and both Madison and a very polite man in a suit (we assumed he was the manager) checked regularly to make sure we were ok / needed anything else. The food was great, a little bit of a twist on your regular steak or burger restaurant, and best of all the portions were fairly realistic, so very little got left and we didn't feel stuffed. Prices are very reasonable, and there's something in the menu for everyone. Definitely worth checking out if you've not been, handy location for a pre movie meal or a nice quiet dinner. Planning on going back to further explore the menu and try out some more of the magnificent sauce selection! 😎

For a slow bank holiday Monday late afternoon in a nearly empty restaurant the service was slower than expected. The waiters took their time to take our orders, then took their time to bring our drinks (and forgot to bring our jug of water while they were at it....) The Firejack's sauce was great though. The meals were good. The bill was somewhat steep because the chips were sold separate to the main meals and the drinks were the usual expensive price.

Got a good selection for vegetarians, not just the standard bean burger you find in so many places, my vegetarian friend was very happy! Even had room for dessert which was a lot bigger than expected but that can only be a good thing right?!

Sunday night at 7 seeks to be the end of any busy period. By 8 it's night on empty. As is usual, they didn't have my first order choice, I never understand how a restaurant can not stock up on their menu items. For a place selling itself on steaks it seems common sense to ensure they have their full range. Steak only comes with leaves with cheese grated. Fries or any other side is extra. I had fillet steak around £19 and it was another £2+ to add fries. Steak is cooked how you like it so don't compensate. If you want medium then don't ask for rare on the assumption they'll overcook as many places do I find the stream of delivery drivers annoying, they should try and separate the collection side from the sit down element. British kids, why do so many parents think their kids running around is ok? Mine never did and two of them had developmental delays. As native to the country we bring ourselves to world shame when we do this. Entertain them at the table or just make them stay put. I'd still recommend this place as the service is excellent and likewise the food. Very expensive though.

Amazing meat focused restaurant where biggest problem is trying to decide which of the many many help yourself sauces to augment your already excellent meal with! Loaded Fries (like the Waffle Fries I had) are a meal, or at least large side dish, to themselves & very filling. Combination burger + steak strips is excellent for the indecisive or combination eater. Only the VERY hungry should attempt their meat platter.

This was our first visit to Fire Jacks and they only reopened yesterday after lockdown. Its a great steak house. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is great, we had BBQ burnt ends to start, which was really nice, then tried a cheese jacker burger which was awesome and cheesy. The adhered to social distancing and took our details. Went for the lunch menu with the sharing platter. Good range and choice of options. Felt like platter came out very quickly but everything tasted fresh and flavoursome. If I could give Firejacks 10 stars I would. We went to Firejacks for my birthday as a party of 14 and from start to finish the customer service was spot on. Martin, our waiter, went out of his way to make sure we had a lovely time. The food was reasonably priced and tasted fantastic. This place was absolutely incredible. I cannot think of any faults whatsover. We arrived at 19:30 where we were asked if it was okay for the waitress to face us to address. This was the first place where we had been asked this, which in the current climate was much appreciated. We ordered our food, and were offered a massive selection of sauces. The food was delivered to our table at 19:45 much to our surprise! This was on a busy Saturday night too. The food was delicious, I ordered a smokey burger and it was yummy. Despite the very fast service, it was of no detriment to the food whatsoever. It was definitely still fresh. The chips however - were the best part of the meal. Me and my partner shared a portion of chips topped woth jalapeño cheese sauce, guacamole and harrisa chicken. I would have ordered a kilo of it if I could. The waitress herself was also fantastic and very friendly, I only wish I'd gotten her name to praise her properly. 100/10 would recommend.

Even though it was quite windy and cold last night we throughly enjoyed our stay at Firejacks. The lovely team even moved us to a bit of a warmer table with heaters so we don’t freeze. The only issue I had was parking in the restraunt car park.... There are so many car parks so parking for me was not a issue but if you have issues walking then this maybe a problem for some. The service was outstanding waitress lady's service 10/10 the second u think I need another drink someone had already asked you. Food was very good comparable to much more expensive steak houses, a bit of a cheerful vibe in there so great for friends etc

Food tasted amazing and the sauce selection was extremely vast. The price is as expected of a place that serves very fresh food but a little pricey for myself, but I'm tight! It doesn't detract from the fact it all tasted great and was an enjoyable meal. I didn't have the burger but if you have the big smoke....you'll get a little entertainment before your meal. It was rather busy on a Wednesday night so I would recommend booking to ensure you avoid disappointment.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they helped in bringing the Birthday cake out and even sang ! Amazing staff, great service and great food. Emma was great with her service, was thoroughly helpful in every way, and explaining the menu for us in very good detail! The selections of sauces were exceptional, and the food was top quality, the only down side was that the waffle fries were over cooked and hard to eat because of this (and we had ordered two potions with both being the same). We visit nearly every month and always receive top notch service and amazing food, they cater fantastically to my coeliac disease and always make sure there is tasty food on my plate that is safe to eat. The staff and chefs always go out of their way to make sure we have a good time, most recently Danny and Megan, were superb and delivered an amazing experience that truly blew us away. Came in and had the BBQ platter to share and then the cheese burger and skin on fries. The food was good, but not great, it certainly wasn't as good as the price indicated. Didn't like the fact that the chips weren't included in the price of the main meal, the price of the main meal was fairly expensive considering this. The place boasts over 25 sauces of different heat and BBQ flavours and whilst this is a nice selling point, it also could be reflective of the flavour contained within the food. All in all a decent place but not great, quite expensive, probably won't visit again.

I had booked a table for 12 for a team lunch, on the recommendation of a colleague. Being a work lunch we had limited time. They allowed me to preorder the food, but unlike most places the food was ready within a few minutes of arrival and was hot. The staff were very friendly, the decor good and the atmosphere was relaxing. Everyone liked the food and the vast selection of sauces too. If you are thinking of going there I would definitely give it a try it’s different to the normal establishments in the area.

Lovely atmosphere in this trendy restaurant. Plenty to choose from, mid-range prices but you get what you pay for. I had the T-bone steak and waa honestly disappointed. I asked for medium which is what the menu recommended but what I got was very tough and somewhat chewy, however, the fillet side was perfect. Great drinks selection but would prefer fountain soft drinks personally. Overall an enjoyable night out.

It was our first visit to Firejacks and first impressions were very good. We were welcomed in and shown straight to our table. I ordered ribs and they were the best I've ever had. All four of us, thoroughly enjoyed our main and dessert. There was a bit of a wait between courses, but our waiter apologised and although he was busy, he still took time to answer our questions about the menu. We'll definitely go there again.

Steak cooked nicely. Disappointed in the pink peppercorn sauce.Looked and tasted like gravy with peppercorns thrown in.However i went to the sauce bar on which there were plenty of bottles.Would sooner have a plate of food rather than the novelty piece of slate which would make it impossible to pour the sauce over your steak, and the tin of fries.The kids food was plentiful and for 2 adults with 3 children it was just over £50 including puddings so worth a visit with a family

The restaurant is clean and pleasant inside. The decor is great and the majority of staff are pleasant and friendly. We were served mainly by Matt who was very polite and attentive. However, for a BBQ/meat restaurant, the food was average at best. I had a bacon cheeseburger and there was no option to request how I’d like it cooked (I assume because it’s low quality mince meat that wouldn’t be right pink). This unfortunately meant the burger was slightly dry. There was also a lack of seasoning, the bacon was fatty and again for some bizarre reason lacked seasoning too (can I suggest using smoked streaky bacon and make it crispy). This was over compensated by having some sort of sharp tasting relish on it. I’d suggest the owners take a trip to some of the other independent bbq/grill/meat restaurants in Northampton, or better still, fly out to the States to see how it’s really done. The sauce bar was a nice added extra, but this should not be an addition to make up for a lack of taste and seasoning. Average, but needs improvement.

When asking a manager for a fork, he forgot! So I had to get up and hunt one down myself. I asked for a drink, waited 19mins before asking someone else. No sense of ownership to service. Food was the only driving reason to return to this place. Service could be improved instantly with common sense approach. Cut the language, and down your service!

Service was exceptional. Friendly (and that genuine kind of friendly that you normally only get in TGIs, not the fake smile and "have a nice day" dribble you get elsewhere. The addition of a couple of non-standard soft drinks made a refreshing change to the "typical" drink menu you find in places. I'd like to have seen a bit more variety on the menu to be honest. What was there was good, but I'd like a mixed grill, and I feel that not having a hot dog or two is a mistake when you've got that lovely theatre kitchen and flame grill. The sauce bar with 20+ sauces to choose from is a great touch - although I did spend the 5 minutes between starter and main testing various success to decide what I wanted in my burger. The decor was nicely done, with fake exposed beams and a rustic look. The visibility in to the kitchen meant you could see the food being prepared. The toilets were clean and looked like they're regularly checked. Now the only negative.. the portion sizes are not great value for money (in my opinion). Whilst the food is tasty and all of the above benefits are there, the closest comparison I could draw here is TGIs, and whilst the food is better, it's not £10 better for 2 covers. I'll be visiting again, but it won't be on a regular basis, purely based on this fact.

We couldn't fault our meals at the first visit, but we all agreed that they didn't maintain the same standard after that.

I'm giving 4 stars as I'm hoping it was just a one off, and also because the manager came over to apologise which was good customer service so don't want to rate them too harshly.

It would be a nicer atmosphere to eat in if the music wasn't so loud. Wouldn't mind so much if the music was appropriately themed, as opposed to being guided only by an individual's taste, which seemed to be the case. The food - somewhat mixed, a bit 50/50 good/not so good for me. My friend had a burger, with waffle fries, and appeared quite happy with that. My salad would likely have been fine if it had been kept cool. I ordered chicken with mine, which turned out to be hot chicken placed on top of cold leaves and greens, and I suspect it was all served up on to a hot pass, because all the leaves had wilted. It was a green and grain salad. Thankfully I requested that the dressing be left on the side, so I could taste it first. Had the Lemon and maple dressing been in place I'd have been forced to send the salad back, due to the dressing having quite an unpleasant taste. The staff appeared quite friendly, those at the front of house. Good for groups, and I think for the most part the food would be fine so long as you keep it simple. I can only speak for a few burgers and one salad at this time. I've tried their Lamb burger myself, during a previous visit, which was ok, my friend on that occasion enjoying a bacon and cheese burger, I think. Today's friend had a different burger, which was reported to be good. I think that was bacon and cheese one with added fried onions (a 75p extra). It could get expensive though, given that burger prices are for dressed burgers only, so if you catch yourself ordering one of the more expensive options, bare in mind that it doesn't come with fries. I've no idea about the rest of the menu.

Best restaurant at sixfids, staff are incredibly nice and helpful, especially with my girlfriends gluten intolerance and the gluten menu is full with stuff for her and I to have, we are here at least once a month
