Great food but expensive at the same time. Five guys definitely did great burgers and their shakes are amazing! They can be on the pricey side, for a burger and fries with unlimited drink it came to £16 (April 2022)

Everything you love in a burger you can get at five guys. This branch is no different, same great tasting food, choices of what you want in it, no taking bits out, cooked fresh, peanut oil cooked fries (a regular is enough for 2 in my view). Bottomless drinks etc. Very yum. A little slower than usual today, so much better than the golden arches, but 2 or 3 times the price. Also kudos to Five guys for changing their cups to not requiring a straw!

Lovely food and great service the burgers and fries are really tasty and portion sizes are huge. Highly recommend the salted caramel shake😋. Personally I think you get what you pay for. Go on treat yourself 😉

Nice clean restaurant with very pleasant and helpful staff. Although I did find that between the other customers talking and the background music it could be difficult to hear the young lady taking the order. But she was polite and helpful. I can't fault the food. It was enjoyable, well cooked and tasty. I wouldn't say that it completely justifies the cost, although I did find the chips some of the best I've had in a long time. All in all an enjoyable dinning experience, but not somewhere I'd rush back to given the amount of choice in that area. Although I'll be back at some point in the future

First experience of Five Guys, really good burger. Had the Bacon cheeseburger, with standard garnish, opted for a regular size rather than the small. Portion size was huge, double Pattie, cheese, bacon, mushrooms, onions, pickles. Will definitely coming back.

Thought I'd give this branch a go as the last one I had was in London. I chose to sit outside, there was leaves all over the table which wasnt appealing. The fries seemed to be over salty this time(not sure if they've changed how they do them) in my opinion if they weren't as salty they'd have been nice. The burger it self was average at best. I couldn't taste any seasoning On it at all! If you want a great burger for the sam price I'd go elsewhere personally.

Loud , loud music - just difficult to hear, talk , specially for people with Hearing Impairment. No consideration . Told wait time 15 minutes , but 42 minutes before our turn came, the server was apologetic . Might be they were too busy at 12.09 pm , and lack of enough trained staff , but still cheerful. Very little option for vegetarians like us , but what there was , it was decent. Also CHIPS were fried in PEANUT OIL , so people with NUT ALLERGY would need to be very careful . Not an experience where you would like to come back in a hurry , but a helpful stopover if you are on hunger mission. 25/02/222

A very tasty burger and fries. But was let down by state of toilets and filthy car park. Not sure I'd visit again for that reason. Shame appearances mean a lot. Clean up your act.

Hey, I have had a five guys usa experience and a few times in the UK the food has always been good my main issue is the price for a burger is just too much fresh and taste is good but £70 for a meal for 4 with drinks and fries is silly.

The food is great as always, didn't have to wait too long even though the restaurant was super busy when we arrived. It isn't too much of a bother but ordered little fries and didn't get the usual pile of fries at the bottom of the bag, that is reason I go there, for the insane fries portions. But over all, still great experience 😃

Nice clean place however, music is played too loud making ordering anything difficult as you just cannot hear, very pricey place, me and my partner for 2 burgers, 1 fries and 2 milkshakes cost £33+ burger was nice as you kinda build your own, chips were very nice and a good portion but for £4.50 I expect so but the milkshake is buy far the best I've ever had, banana milkshake with fresh banana in it, it's like a banana smoothie/milkshake....... abit worried as one of the options was to have bacon in a milkshake??........... Your choice I guess... An experience for sure but I do think it is massively overpriced, sorry five guys.

The food at Five Guys is always really nice, you do get what you pay for. However, when I visited the Northampton Five Guys today, I found the floor to be very dirty, despite the place being empty which was disappointing.

Quality of the food was good and the restaurant seemed nice a clean from what I see as I only pop it for a takeaway. But the staff really let my experience down . There was loads of staff behind the counter but I wasn't sure what they was actually doing apart form talking and playing around I was the only one waiting for food so I get they had time to kill but once my burger was ready to be wrapped up I had to ask the lad who was leaning on the table where my burger was if it was ready because it had sat there for a few minutes while he was finishing his story off that he was telling his co worker . Overall food was good but just let down by the staff.
