What a great restaurant. The food was first rate and the staff so friendly. Our waiter Marcus was exceptional. Definitely going back.

Came here last night after receiving terrible service at the Toby and walking out . What a difference this place was ! . We were greeted as we walked in by Tom and shown to our table . Within a few minutes Olivia came over and took our drinks orders and was cheerful and polite and friendly. We received our drinks and our food came out perfectly spaced apart , starters .. main and dessert . Olivia came over to check everything was ok and made sure we were happy and if we wanted any more drinks . We will definitely be returning here and a big well done to Olivia for great customer service .

Just ate full rack of ribs. The were great!! Better then most restaurante chains IN USA. Even better then rib joints in KC or TX. Thinking about ordering more rib for dessert. God they were good. Wait staff very nice and friendly. I hope I have an opportunity to return to this location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating for my disabled son. They also worked as a team on the salad bar to minimise queues. This was the best team effort I have seen at a lot of Harvester's I have visited. Keep it up. The food was brought out just as we had all finished our first visit.

Probably one of the best Harvester meals I’ve ever eaten tonight - all the food cooked exactly how it should have been. Although serve your own salad wasn’t a thing, Daisy our server was absolutely spot on dishing it up!

Booked a table here after staying at the local Holiday inn express and to be fair I didn’t expect much as with most chains but what a surprise!! A super place to eat with loads of choice on the menu great food well cooked and what really makes this place stand out is the staff what a credit to the company we came into contact with quite a few of the staff and every one was so pleasant and friendly and very professional obviously all happy in their work place with a good manager the one that stood out though was Daisy she were so helpful bubbly and efficient one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time a real breath of fresh air well done! I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this restaurant five stars from our group.

Just had lunch here. Went purely for convenience because it's next to a car charging point. Fully expected the experience to be a bit rubbish (no offence). I was completely wrong with my preconception. Everything was great - food, service, furniture, cleanliness - literally couldn't fault a thing. Gormet cuisine it is not, but it does what it does exceptionally well. Totally changed my opinion of Harvester. Would recommend the vegetarian chilli.

Very polite and friendly staff, the guy who welcomed us made sure we our reg in for the free parking and asked if we’ve been to harvester before. The waitress was very good too, checking up on everything, getting our drinks and menus etc. I had the half chicken rotisserie which was very nice, soft and moist. Food was not as good as last time,. I know prices have gone up with everything but the smaller portions was noticeable, as was the smaller salad bowls. Yes you can get salad more than once but how many people really visit it more than once? Salad choice is also restricted. Wouldn't go again unless I had a special offer.

First time visiting on 2/6/21 hadn’t booked but was met but a friendly member of staff ,seated and explained how everything works now. Very clean restaurant. Food was fantastic, great quality, the salad bar was so nice! The member of staff serves it up, but you can have as much as you want, the portions are generous and the bowls are big! Lovely cosy atmosphere. The waitress was Zoe who was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be returning again.

Table service made things so much easier and staff were super attentive despite it being quite busy (I hope this becomes permanent as i hate all that queuing at bars). Nice decor in a modern-but-made-to-look-old kind of style but without looking cheap and fake. All very clean. Great experience overall which has boosted our view of Harvester, good job 👍👍👍

With the adjacent hotel restaurant closed, this was the only option and I was a bit trepidatious. Turned out fine, the staff were super friendly and the menu had plenty of veggie options. Was a bit weird how some customers could help themselves to salad and some had to have staff serve it for them, but not a problem. They had about a third of the desserts on the menu actually available, then later magically had them for other people, so there's something wrong with the system. Also didn't have the gins offered. But overall, it was a good meal and fine value. Once again, hats off to the hard working and lovely staff.

The food was good as I would expect from a harvester, what stood out with this harvester was staff. We haven't been to a harvester for a few years staff often let them down. We were 2/3 through a long journey and decided to pop in for dinner, Tom greated us and showed us to our table, great enthusiasm and friendly, Imogen was our server again great enthusiasm, friendly and great service. Visited today, having been to many Harvesters this one surpassed all others, food was 100% hot, presented well, plates were hot which is always the best way to serve food (perhaps not for the server though) Tom C our server was polite, pleasant and attentive and he is an asset to the restaurant. Went for a meal with a friend as we had never been there before so didn't know what to expect but it was lovely the staff were very pleasant and helpful I'm disabled and got seated very quickly the food was lovely I'm a very fussy eater and ordered steak so was bit worried how it would come out as I have rare and it's normally always done too much but it was perfect amazing my friend enjoyed his burger only it was on the small size for a big guy that's the only criticism apart from that amazing night all round.

Had Christmas day dinner there and was absolutely amazing. The food was superb and the staff were incredibly attentive. We arrived 30 minutes early as we set off due to recent flooding and the staff accommodated us early. The covid restrictions in place were easy to stick to and really a nice touch. Staff met you at the salad bar and served your selection and brought it to your table. Really really please with the whole experience. Would highly recommend it and we will be booking again for sure

We have visited this restaurant several times and each time our food has been prepared quickly and arrived hot. The salad bar has also has good choices and quantity. Serving staff very welcoming and friendly. Remember to add your car registration number before going into eat.

We usually go to the harvester at riverside but today we were closer to grange farm so we thought we would pop in there. We were shown to our table and then the waitress came to take our order which she did. The waitress said she would get our drinks and then bring us a bowl for the salad bar, she bought us our coffee on a tray and said she had got to go back for the milk! Why not put it on the tray? After she brought the milk she said i will get you some bowls for salad. All this time and we were starving,bowls finally arrived so we went to get our salad. When we arrived back at our table our dinner was already on the table 🙃 i asked the waitress to take it away as it was getting cold and we had salad to eat first. We ate our salads and our dinner turned up which had been warmed up which i knew it had because the slices of lemon for our fish were hot and dried out. Why aren't the dishes with the salads anymore? Apart from that the food was lovely and the staff were very pleasant,i think the waitresses need more training of how to carry 2 coffees and a small jug of milk together on a tray.

We had a fantastic meal at lunch time on the 12/02/2020, we were seated in a lovely area of the restaurant, waitress Naomi was very attentive and took our food and drinks order promptly, Naomi couldn’t do enough her service is second to none. The restaurant is in a brilliant location just off the motorway, ideal for us as we had visited Silverstone racetrack for the day and it was on our way home. The restaurant had a very homely feel to it and everywhere was spotless, absolutely nothing to complain about. Grange park Harvester exceeded our local Harvester by a golden mile!

The salad bar was disappointing, and the drinks machine had run out of cherry flavouring. But the waitress was very nice, and the food came quite quickly. The food is of the usual Harvester standard, so not amazing but not awful either. A good place for families.

Staff were really helpful and friendly from the outset, took our orders and I proceeded to the salad bar and I must say that it all looked fresh and quite appealing. We both had the same drinks ( didn't check bill until after we had left) but there was an 80p difference between them. I wanted my steak medium rare and when it arrived it was medium so slightly overcooked, unfortunately the chicken was slightly undercooked so they really didn't hit the mark with the cooking. I don't think that I would go back and eat again, but seeing it as busy as it was (and it's not somewhere you'd pop into as your driving past as its completely off the beaten track) I'd think that our meals weren't the norm.

Adequate. Service fairly poor- perhaps staff could spend more time working and less time discussing their social life. Food was ok, but nothing spectacular. The salad cart was not good at all I'm afraid, half empty. This is Harvester's unique selling point and must be right at all times. Still, at least this time the food was edible and cooked. It took a long time to be persuaded to try this place again and it has improved but I will not be rushing back.

Went to this Harvester for the first time last night and for the first time since social distancing became relevant. The food was fantastic and presented well. Was disappointed that a couple of things my party chose wasn't available. But the alternative was great. Our only real disappointment was the Rocky Horror Pudding which was sadly very lacking in ice cream. The pudding had about a teaspoon of ice cream which really made the pudding more into just bring s brownie with cream rather than a good all round pudding. But overall the staff were great and the food was lovely. Will definitely go to this particular Harvester again

The wife took the seabass and chips and wasn't impressed even though I thought it looked alright. The most strangest thing is the "famous harvester salad bar" everything looked like it came from a can! So not very fresh at all or inviting. Staff were very friendly.

Our table was booked hassle-free, but unfortunately that was one of the only good things about our meal here. There was 5 of us, and we each ordered a main course. For a start, this took 45mins to come to us and 2/5 meals were absolutely terrible. There was a salmon and jacket potato and it looked like the jacket had been cooked for a week, and there was no hollandaise sauce. The second was an ultimate burger, with no chicken breast in it and both portions of our onion rings were cold so we sent them back. Eventually we got the salmon back with fries, which had been asked for, but they were all hollow and looked like they had been fried four times. The burger bun was so dry that it was cut into and the whole thing fell apart. I took one of us to get angry and have a stern talking to the manger and the chefs in the kitchen. With this, we got another burger which was great and some hot onion rings. We then had puddings, which were fabulous nevertheless. So, it turned out well in the end, but It shouldn't take a customer getting angry at the chef to tell them how to do their job, they should know already. We may be back here, but not in too much of a hurry!!

I really am sorry to say that the Christmas Lunch we had did not live up to expectations either in quality or quantity. Although well presented we found it lacked substance and was sparse in terms of plate size. The menu described the choices in a way that enthused the reader and enticed the taste buds. Service was excellent and staff welcoming. My partner and I spent over £ 100.00 on the meals and on early reflection, have now looked at what else we might have done with the money. Absolutely love the Harvester at Grange Park, it's always relaxed. The decor makes for a relaxing atmosphere. The salad bar is always full with choices, fresh rolls and a great choice of sauces. The only reason I didn't give it 5* is because the waiting staff do have a tendency to be slow in seeing you needing their attention or the bill. A few times now I've had to get up and look for service.

Originally went to The Grange as had a table booked for 6 people at 12 for my daughters birthday. After finding out that their chef was ill and food wouldnt even begin to be cooked at 1, we swiftly decamped and found this only 3 mins away so decided at short notice we had no other choice. Well im just glad that the chef at The Grange was ill because we all had a fantastic time here. The service from Taylor the waitress was excellent (my daughter even knew her from her old primary school!), the food was sublime and the atmosphere was really brilliant. The portion sizes were very generous and all the dishes came out piping hot and all at the same time! We will most definitely be returning here and not the grange anymore, we have most def found our new best resteraunt.

The general service has improved over the last year or so from a very disappointing low. In the same breath though I have to say the Harvester brand has economies in its range. Obviously this is down to keeping it affordable. But an improvement in the menus would torrent a rise in prices. After all it is very popular. Making the soda point all sugar free is unfortunate as many just don't like artificial sweeteners. The sundays which at one time were worth a visit on their own are now borng and generally disappointing. But these last failings are company policy, not the fault of the staff or management of this outlet.

I'm not a fan of the evening meals, but the eat all you can breakfast is really good. I wrote the above about six months ago when you could get pancakes and waffles as part of the breakfast bar which was great. Sadly the breakfast bar is now crumpets, muffins, cereal, yoghurt and toast. It is still reasonable value but has gone down in my opinion.

Quite a nice looking Harvester. My only few concerns were that on occasions the bar the bar was cluttered with glasses and only 1 person serving who sometimes disappeared out the back rather than being on the bar. The lady who was our waitress was a bit moody and was training a yound lad, I even felt sorry for him at one point when all he was trying to do was help.

The food was exactly the same as every other harvester and was ok. This is a well located Harvester just off the motorway. I visited here recently as part of a large family gathering and the team had no problem accommodating us. I am a fan of Harvester as a restaurant chain and this was a pretty typical experience there for me. I've summarised my thoughts below: - Well stocked and fresh salad bar. - Quick service, both at the bar getting drinks and with food coming out. - Nice and clean toilets. - Good sized car park with a generous number place recognition system in place. If you're after a good ol' Harvester experience then this shouldn't disappoint.

Stopped off at Harvester on the way back from Heathrow as wanted somewhere close to the M1 but not a service station. The Harvester at Grange Park is ideally located a few minutes away from J15 of the M1. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were seated and severed very quickly. Food was very tasty and filling which is just what we wanted. Had clean toilets upstairs. Paid on Harvester app which made the payment process quick and easy.
