M. K.It was just amazing but the biggest problem is waiting time which is disturbing. You may wait for around 20 minutes to get what you want. It is really disappointing to some people. Anyway the service was quite good and I enjoyed the pinky delicious chicken and chips.

But it's KCF so it's finger licking good.
This KFC is like Ronseal, does exactly what it says on the tin
M. L.Chips are terrible, I buy the chicken from KFC then I go to the other Chicken shop down the road to buy there Chips.

Even it was busy in the afternoon I'd suggest maybe 2 people on the front of house to make things quicker but I was waiting for 5 minutes for my food i understand that good food takes time other than that I'm very happy and will revisit this place

R. A.The Kingsthorpe branch of KFC has to be the worst I have used in the town and I have used it a few times as I live local. The wait times are awful and the staff always look uninterested. They never accept credit or debit cards and the milkshake machine is never working, I assume they just can't be bothered to operate it as I swear it hasn't worked in 12 months. The quality of the food is always on the greasy side, the skin is never crispy on the KFC and the portion size of fries is small. If you ask them for a breast they look at you as if you have asked them to cut off an arm. In all I think about having a KFC and my head tells me don't do it but I keep listening to my belly and I always regret it, that is assuming I have used the Kingsthorpe branch

P. C.I so love KFC but always experience disappointment. Can I remember the last time I enjoyed a piping hot Zinger with fresh hot crispy fries and a coffee without the extended wait for no apparent reason?

Hot food, decent quality and reasonably fast depending how busy they are.
