Sharing the same building with Taco Bell, this is my favorite drive through, as we always end up ordering a bit from both. I judge KFCs by their double stacker burgers - and this one is up there with the better restaurants out there. Speedy drive through service. And it's always busy. That should tell you something :)

Nice convenient drive through. Staff are courteous and polite which is very important to me. Lately they have been a bit shabby with my orders. Missing food items or receiving a cold burger hence the 4 stars. Overall, good stop off for a bite to eat. There's free parking, indoor dining and toilets on site. The place could do with a make over. Also, they are adjacent to Tacco Bells which is handy.

Foods usually pretty good but can be a bit slow when the drive through is busy. Needs a new cleaner. First time we went there she was dusting dirt and crumbs off the trays and over the cooked food (we asked for replacement food that hadn't had other people's crumbs and muck chucked on it) second time we visited I looked up and noticed they apparently don't clean the lampshades that hang over your food (see pic of low hanging lights covered in cobwebs). Not super impressed.

Very quick service hardly had to wait at all and the food taste nice and was all hot how it should be . I went In to the restaurant because the drive through was really busy witch can happen from time to time because its a small drive though and shares its space with tacobell. Bit over all very nice KFC would definitely go back and would recommend if you are in the area

Good experience. A nice stop on the way back to Leeds off the M1. Miles better than the proper services ones and friendly staff. Very polite. I go for rice boxes as the slightly healthier option so can't comment on other reviews. Just remember people are happy to complain and less likely to compliment!

Not bad. However there are a few issues. The service is not the greatest. The drive through layout is not good: very curved and inefficient. Maybe going to a different KFC would be a better choice.

This kfc deserves a 5 star for following brand standards. Whilst I have had problems with orders before, I am always impressed with how everything is served to brand standards (I go to others who don't always follow brand standards)

No staff wearing masks, which I thought a bit odd as next door at Taco Bell they are! Food was delayed as my order was large and was compensated with an extra box of popcorn chicken which was good. But there was so much oil seeping out of the chicken there were pools in the bottom of the buckets, leaving some of the chicken inedible - very disappointing.

First visit in Pandemic. Used drive through. I didn't get a receipt and discovered at home an extra kids meal. No idea if I paid for it or not. Girl at collection window only have us one drink and has to check our order before we got a second. They've only one job, I expected better.

Extremely busy for a small venue. Could be cleaner. All of the wipes, straws etc needed replenishing. Staff were friendly. Will it be better or worse when the car park is reopened after being renovated... The jury will be out on that until then!

Nothing overly special about the restaurant it's standard KFC. The staff in the other hand I watched them deal with a thick unreasonable customer. Total pros he was wrong but they calmed him and he left confused but happy. I'm guessing he is confused often. They went out of their way to apologise to me and were friendly helpful just generally the sort that brighten up a day. My order was fast so fast it had whiplash. They were still apologising for any inconvenience. The food was as expected in every way. I cannot praise the staff enough. Drive through 1610 on 15 DEC13.

Very very busy due to McD being closed. Staff was very rushed but worked hard and smiled.. typical kids moaning and people in a rush but staff kept positive and helpful. Food is great as always with KFC and the place is comforting. Its a good place to go with friends or family although, as you would expect from a KFC shop, its a bit loud at peak times. Its fairly close to the cinema and other places, which comes in handy. Parking is a bit tight but all in all ok. My only major complaint would be that they dont have wet wipes, as most KFC's do. Almost anything on the menu contains greasy chicken, so you do need the wet wipes.

Don't go often only but go when I forgot my lunch, I'm old fashioned ordered a two piece original meal, which was nice as usual, was pleasantly surprised to get chips did not know that had moved from fries, will have to go back again to see if it's only a a Christmas special or permanent

Chicken always good quality and crispy and thats the main thing Second most important thing is staff are a nice bunch of people and if you are polite and explain a problem to them like a human not a service they will treat you with the same respect and try to help They do the app so you can earn the points from your orders The drive thru is a nightmare since the new taco bell got put in as you have to drive threw each other and round tight turns - would of been better to have 1 big building (2 floors like mcys Kettering road) but put kfc and taco bell inside together beens the taco bell customers sit inside kfc without buying anything as there is no seats in taco bell Toilets could be cleaner but i am yet to find a fast food chain with clean toilets

It's a very clean KFC with lots of good parking and plenty of seating, but it's never been the quickest KFC. Staff are all very nice and helpful but I think it's one of those kfcs that is difficult to predict demand and it often gets caught out.

Quick and tasty. Was very quiet. Just off the motorway but no signpost so I don't think motorway users will realise its there. Standard of KFCs generally seem to be a lot better these days and this was no exception. Toilets weren't so nice, but everything else was clean and tidy

One of the good KFC's chicken is always good here Coffee seems to be a problem here They went 5 months without serving a cup Then it came back But my last 2 visits no coffee again. I did give 5 stars Reduced to 3 because of the coffee issue. Chicken still 5 star though 😀

Didn't scan my app didn't get half the things you get at other KFC's like salt hand wipes sauces I wasn't even asked and as for trying to eat a side of coleslaw and beans with your fingers is ridiculous. So will be going into the place not the drive through.or if the drive through I will check before driving away. Service with a smile wouldn't go a miss
