A nice clean restaurant food was nice. Service so slow. 5-10 mins to order food. And then another 15-20 mins to get your order This place doesn’t really get the idea of fast food

Food was delivered quickly but, as it's all too often the case. We had rice but they provided no fork or spoon. We had paper straws but plastic cups and to this day I can't work out how to get a straw into one of those even if we ignore that they now use more plastic than before. Ordered a large rice but they won't invest in proper containers so we're given two smaller portions. Nothing to clean hands with, no wipes or napkins. Chicken was incredibly greasy. Make toilet was gross. But sure the picture I was compelled starts to indicate how bad. The smell was horrible. The waterless urinal seemed not to have been cleaned. Covered in old stock urine.

Visited the drive through for a boneless feast. Got home what no chips!!! Complete disaster too far away to go back just caused a row with the Mrs very disappointed. They offered chips next time we go but not sure when that will be. Good news back in love with the wife, chips ain't everything.

I went there on Saturday 21st may and I wanted 4 wraps without sweet chilli .but I also wanted to have salad in them when I got home with food I opened them up not a bit of salad at all ..at£ 3.99 per wrap we got 2 bits of chicken and a wrap so Disappointed so feel ripped of get it together kfc..I would just like to say k.f.c...sorted me right out now thankyou to Islam for the right wraps and wasn't charged for these and I say they were very nice this time thanks again ..🙂

Went for a quick meal, got what we wanted. Clean and tidy, staff are friendly. The best amongst the KFC's around here .

It's a kfc so food is as you'd expect. Last time I came here I had a meal that had some of the chicken pieces missing, I rang them and was given a reference No to sort it out on my next visit. On this visit I gave the duty manager the reference and didn't expect much to happen but was surprised and pleased when I was given a whole replacement of the meal that had been short. I know it's not much, but it did show good faith and as always when I have been here the staff are polite and give good customer service. Never eaten in so I don't know if the facilities are in good order but the restaurant area has always been ciean

Used the drive thru last night near to closing and it was the best kfc chicken I’ve had in years. Always a risk these days with unknown kfcs and I suppose it’s pot luck… but based on our visit last night it was top notch

The food is great, really good. Sadly the last three times, there has been something missing from the order, and the two times prior I luckily noticed the gravy had been missing. I'm not sure if the mic is fudged at the drive through but that's too many times to be acceptable. However, the chicken is always top notch. So just make sure you triple check your order.

The food is as good as any other KFC, the only issue is that pretty much EVERY single order has something missing such as chips and going back to sort it out when there is a long queue isn't really an option. Yes, I could check the items before leaving but shouldn't have to.

Tasty food and very spicy hot wings. It's a pity the service is so slow. I ordered my food through the app and even though the app informed me my order was ready, I still had to wait a fifteen minutes before I received my full order.

Check your order before you leave to make sure your order is correct. I had to go back and ask for my sauce which was included in my order and there were no napkins in bag. Didn't realise until I got home that my burger was made up of two bottoms of the bun. The sesame seed top was missing. I saw two separate complaints while I was waiting. Staff are pleasent but need to pay more attention to order's. But my food was hot and very nice.

It's a KFC, if that's what you want it's fine. The drive thur speaker doesn't work properly, they seems to never be able to hear you when you speak but the foods good standard for a kfc

Always the same, food delivered to your table but then you find , no salt , no sauce, no napkins and no forks to eat with so you end up going to the counter at least twice for the stuff that should have been delivered to your table. Food adequate.

Major improvements well done! I used this KFC about 18 months ago, it's was the worst one I have been to dirt dry rewarmed chicken rude staff the who lot was very unpleasant. I reported how bad it was to head office, they sent me a voucher to use there and I threw it away saying I wouldn't be back. While waiting for my hospital appointment I thought I try again as I was in this area. OMG what a difference it was clean and tidy and more importantly the food was out of this world, lovely fresh moist chicken (in fact I say it was the best KFC I've tasted) what a difference to my last experience, you should be very proud at the changes you have made, I will be back!

Typical KFC with few machines to order for. Information that machine isn't working could've been better located. It was just on the bottom of screen, which caused multiple people to waste few moments before realising what is happening.

I was going through the drive through at riverside Northampton at about 5pm on 4th February 2017 and there was a good line of traffic in the que, about 6 or 7 vehicles in front of me, I thought to myself here we go with a long wait but within 5 minutes I had ordered my food paid for my food and received my food. That's the first time I have been through a drive through as fast as that. I did tell the lady at the till how impressed I was at the staff's team work and how fast the service was. Whoever they are kept them employed as they are an asset to KFC. I will be returning to KFC at riverside again again and again. The fastest drive through I have ever been through and I've been through a few. Excellent team work by far Xxxx

I really liked the petri dish bacterial flora display on the window glass; looking at the sunshine through a couple of day's worth of kids grimey finger smudges really added to the ambience of the restaurant. Food was good, but the gravy was thin and we had to ask for the dips that should've come with the meal.

Went to take the kids after football match went through the drive through ordered a boneless box for 18.99 at first we drove off and got home no chips in the box so had to go all the way back, got back and they did give up chips and an extra pot of popcorn chicken,. Got home again to find the chicken was really undercooked we didn't even eat it, normally we enjoy but it tasted grose no flavour, chicken just tasted like it needed about 5 more minutes absolutely gutted
