A great place for freshly baked stone-baked pizza. The staff was attentive and courteous. The drinks arrived quickly, and the pizza was ready in no time. I chose the Margarita pizza, which was not only tasty but also filling. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

We came with a group of few people to celebrate birthday, they have completely forgotten my order and food came very late when everyone else was finishing theirs. I've been offered a drink on a house, thumbs up for admitting mistake and tryining to fix it.

We came in this evening having never visited Prezzo before, we were blown away by the food and the hygiene standards of the staff, We had a slight delay on the mains but was welcomed with how filling the starters were, Lachie visited the table and explained the delay and his service was beyond exceptional! The menu is interesting, the food is decent quality, the staff are friendly and the pino grigor is quite nice. The photo shows a puy lentil and goats cheese salad, with came completely soaked in very sweet balsamic glaze. Way too much! It drowned out most of the other flavours on the plate. They did offer to change it.

Menu is brilliant, great choice for most people including vegetarians and vegans. Not much lactose free options. Service last 4 times we have been has been appalling servers wait a long time to take your order or stand further away from tables. Asked for bill and waited 25 minutes, with reminding them, to get it and change back took a further 10 minutes. Good experience if you have time on your hands and don't mind below average service.

This is a lovely restaurant and the welcome is very warm and friendly. The menu is varied and the food is very fresh and delicious. It comes out within a reasonable amount of time and is piping hot. The only reason that I have given 4 stars is because despite being there twice I haven't managed to order a pudding yet as they keep selling out of the good choices. And while my waistline appreciates this my tastebuds do not.

Food was nice and tasty but the service was poor we had pre booked a table after a theatre visit but still had to wait for 15 minutes in a restaurant that was probably only 40% full. Then had a long wait to order food and drinks it was kind of a shame as it did spoil the experience really. We did complain to waiter but his reply was that they had not enough staff . Would I return here possibly as they do have good offers and promotions but hopefully the service would be better .

At the first moment you step in this restaurant the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable waiters, it is a happy restaurant to hang out with buddies or with your date. delicious cuisine, professional chief cook and stuff, comfortable pay and excellent service. Highly recommended.

I like the ambience of this restaurant. It's cosy and relaxing, perfect setting for a catch-up with friends. However, I'm not sure about the menu. Usually the pasta dishes feel too rich and it's difficult to finish. Maybe it's just me. I do like Italian food in general..

Nice atmosphere and food was good. However, very disappointed at the lack of dessert choice if you have a peanut allergy. Even the plain vanilla ice cream states may contain peanuts! So very unsatisfactory end to what would have been a nice celebration dinner out. Sadly I won't go again for this reason, which is a shame as it us easy to source safe dessert options on your menu.

This was a lovely restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food came in good time. I had a meal deal which included a hummus dip with warm pitta bread stripes, pepperoni pizza and a tiramisu. The dip was delicious and the pizza was very tasty and really huge. Sadly the tiramisu wasn't as good as the rest of the food. There was too much mascarpone and the cake fingers were not soaked in coffee so were dry. Don't let this put you off though the hot food was excellent. Be warned though if you just want water as I did be specific and ask for tap water. I was given bottled water and didn't realise it wasn't tap water until I saw £3.70 on my bill for bottled water.

Disappointing. It's a busy place and you'll feel neglected. Male waiters are also in casual attire. Italian food is always good but the food wasn't exceptional. Peroni 330ml bottles are the only lager which is disappointing (and works out expensive). We'll be going back to Andrea's next time.

Absolutely amazing! Family friendly! The food is BRILLIANT! Staff are brilliant too. Didn't get their names, but they were excellent! Two ladies on Friday at lunchtime! Very relaxed chilled atmosphere, even with kids in tow! Went in with three kids aged 3-11! Plus my mum! Starter was delicious! Garlic bread with cheese and balsamic onions! Couldn't get enough! 8 year old ate from the kids menu! Big portions! Usually she eats from the adult menu! We had Spaghetti Carbonara and Penne with Ragu. Mouthwatering! Fresh! Hot! Then we topped it off with dessert! Pizza Sticks with a Nutella dip, Honeycomb Cheesecake, Sticky Toffee Pudding and Ice Cream! Again DELICIOUS! We left completely sated! 100% going back very soon! One of the best places to eat in the Town Centre! Definitely a 10/10! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Formerly the Midland bank the Northampton prezzo is opposite the all saints church in the centre of Northampton. Lovely decor in a spacious restaurant, staff were very welcoming in showing the three of us to our table. They quickly came over and took our drinks order and gave us plenty of time to pick our food, didn't ever feel rushed. The food was up to prezzo usual standard which is fine for a chain. Again when the meal was over as we were chatting we lost track of the time but never felt like we were over staying our welcome.

Lovely food at a very good price once I pitched in with my Meerkat. Friendly and efficient service in pleasant surroundings. Their affogato is a tour de force - ice cream in martini glass with separate jugged espresso and pastry thing. So much better than offerings elsewhere.

Very nice Italian restaurant, the ambience and environment is very inviting and family friendly. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they serve great pizzas. The prestigio pizza is amazing, so was the penne arrabbiatta, but the pizza fries could be better. Overall it was a very enjoyable lunch.

Generally miserable staff (apart from 1 lady, altho we only saw her for about 90 seconds before she disappeared never to return) and utterly lacking in options for dairy-free or vegans - their allergen menu states that even the house fries have dairy in them :0 Customer service and communication was poor, with no attempt to keep us updated on why our drinks were delayed or what the chef had said about the ingredients of their meatballs (the waitress seemed surprised to hear there might be sections of society who DO care whether the meat is pork or beef, considering it's not stated anywhere on any of the menus..) until the meal arrived without them. Our drinks arrived after our meal too, in spite of being sat on the bar ready for some while and even then they weren't right but no apology, just an implication that my husband had ordered his drink wrong (altho interestingly we have no problems ordering the incredibly complex 'lemonade & blackcurrant' elsewhere). No effort to build rapport with us as customers even though we were dining with two small children in Christmas get-up, nor to create any atmosphere other than bad feeling when they sullenly delivered food or blankly answered our requests. Food was barely average so next time we'll take our money next door to nandos or round the corner to either ASK or Pizza Express for a much friendlier service and better food, or a little further out to Brooklyn Pizza or Zapatos for really great vegan/dairy-free options that are both easy on the pocket and enjoyably hosted. Prezzo sucked.

Food has always been amazing here. Often you can find a voucher for the place if you so wish. Tend to go for breaded mozzarella and one of their chef special pizzas. Pizzas are cooked in a traditional pizza oven.

Good food as usual at Prezzo Northampton. Always good quality and presented well. Shared starter of garlic pizza with mozzarella and caramelized onions and balsamic dressing. I chose the spaghetti bolognese as I'd never ordered that before and it was a good choice. Rich, meaty and perfectly seasoned- would recommend. Service was a little slow but restaurant was busy as it was Saturday night. Their Prosecco is good quality and goes amazingly well with their yummy deserts. I had tirimisu, hubby had fudge cake- both well presented and tasted fab!!

It would have been nice if Prezzo could have invested in more than two staff to cover in the afternoon for a restaurant with around 80 covers. There was the chef and one young gentleman who seated us, took our order, served us drinks, then served our meal, checked all was OK, cleared away, prepared and presented the bill and then took our payment. Good job he knew his stuff and that the food was good - otherwise it could have been a disaster if it had been more than half full. In a word Prezzo - GET STAFFED!!

Bit more upmarket than Pizza Express or ASK, round the corner. Good menu and staff were really nice. Busy. Watch shift changeovers when your server may go off duty and make sure someone picks up effectively and does a good job. It tends to be a general failing with these chain restaurants. Still, streets better than the rather rubbish Pizza Express branch nearer the theatre and has quite classy décor. Had a really nice pre cinema meal here. Will come back again now we've found it.

Like every other prezzo. Good. Friendly staff. I come to northampton for work a few times year and I usually stay a few days at a time. I normally come here at least once in the week. and I normally have a salad which are great and a good size. I normally also have a cheeky gin and tonic. It is located right in the center of town so easy to get to.

My wife as been there several times and always said she had a good time, and that the food was good to, so me the wife and 2 good friends went there last night and enjoyed the evening, my wife ordered pasta with chillies in it, the waitress said that it was not very hot, but my wife found that it was slightly to hot for her, and the waitress spotted this and kindly asked if she would like to try something different, free of charge, my wife felt awful having to do this, but the waitress was absolutely amazing as were all the staff, now that's what I call great service, kind regards Mr and Mrs Lincoln- Price.

Lovely restaurant. Hadn’t booked but we were able to get a table for two easily. Service was very good and staff knowledgeable and friendly. Food was piping hot and very tasty. A really clean place to eat. Good choices of non-alcohol drinks. Would recommend it to anyone 👍
