Phenomenal customer service. After ordering via just eat for a repeat delivery, there was a mix up on the app and it became collection. As my husband and I had both had 2 beers, we were unable to collect. Just eat were useless, but the store themselves offered to deliver for us, despite it not being their fault. Thank you so much, your kindness and customer service are phenomenal and as my husband had already injected himself with insulin, you quickly delivered us a piping hot order in no time. Awesome place for chicken lovers. Be is quarter chicken or half chicken or chicken and rice it's amazing. Also the spice levels as per selection is amazing. Staff is also amicable and preparation time is decent and chicken is always perfectly cook, neither over cooked nor under cooked. Will be returning for more definitely.

Use regularly. Food always hot and fresh with great service. Try the mild if you dont like a lot of spice and the extra hot if you do!

Amazing place for fans of chicken and spicy food. Could be more options for desserts but nevertheless, fairly good options available. Highly recommended as an options for grilled chicken. Service and delivery also worth mentioning and it’s a good option for both dining in and taking out/delivery.

Food is very tasty. Sauces and drinks here a bit different, in a good way, from other places as they are rio's branded. More of a takeaway place as shop has only a few pretty cramped tables. On the higher price side for this kind of halal chicken shop but this area is sparce on halal places so that's OK.

Ate here for the first time and l must say the food quality is amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the macho burger, peri peri whole chicken and pittha . The shop is a lot cleaner and service is smoother. Keep up the good work guys!
