Really quick service and good food. Knocked 1 star off as we ordered medium rare steaks that came with 0 pink in them. They were still juicy and nice so didn't complain but was more like well done.

Always love TGI's!! It was really quiet when we last visited which was actually quite nice. Our waitress was amazing, topped up our refills without us even having to ask. The food was cooked perfectly too!

What a place!, was a birthday meal, really good service, all the staff were very attentive. One small fly in ointment was another family that demanded constant attention which made for long waits for some items, but no real issue, as it was obvious and all were apologetic.

I had a lovely time dining with my partner and his eight year old. The food is slightly pricey but the experience is good, and it was a treat for the little one after good behaviour. The inside of the building is a little worn in places (peeling wallpaper on the ceiling tiles) and was a touch cold, so I left my jumper on, but the decor was good to look at all in all. The staff members were wonderful, pointing out the amenities as we were seated and made sure of any dietary requirements. The bottomless drinks were definitely worth the price and were replaced each time without me needing to ask (3 fills for £3 something). My burger (the cheese one) was so big I wondered how on earth I was going to eat it, but soon found my method, and it didn't last long at all. It was delightful. Had a sharing dessert which was just enough for two people, though our eight year old party member definitely fancied the adult desserts far more than the kids ones!!

Went yesterday. I never leave reviews but we’ll I have to for this. On our way back from silverstone museum. Only thing was good was food and quick service. However toilets were all full and block and water right up to the top. And when we paid we couldn’t just chill and let food set. We had two girls watching us waiting for us to leave. Minutes we stood up there was there cleaning our table not even left. Not even a thank you bye when we left. Such a shame for a massive company

Booked a table online to celebrate my hubbys birthday, nice friendly staff. Unfortunately the cook is a slow in food preparation, waited half an hour for our main meal. The nice staff gave my hubby a piece of birthday cake before we left.

Good service, good food, good COVID precautions. Because of an allergy sufferer in our party the manager took our orders and ensured the sufferer chose from the allergy-free menu. Drinks were served quickly, the order was 100% correct and, as it was my son’s birthday, they gave him a slice of birthday cake to take away. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll be visiting again soon!

Nice enough place, not cheap though. Staff are friendly and polite but got my order wrong twice. It was a friend's birthday so they sang a song to him which was fun y, and gave him a free cake which was inedible. You get what you pay for I guess ha ha. Not bad really, but I won't rush back.

I’ve been to TGI only twice. Once for dinner and the second time for lunch So the first time I went the food was really good and the atmosphere was great! But one fault I can say is we was waiting over an hour just for our food I’m completely fine with it as I get they were busy. I suppose it was worth the wait because the food was absolutely amazing The second time not so great with the food. I spotted a long dark purple hair on my partner’s plate not only that When I ordered a burger and forgot to say no salad because I am a fussy eater started taking it all out and noticed another hair 🤦🏼‍♀️ was like a hair from someone’s beard or very short hair. We spoke to the lassy who served us and she was very polite and apologetic about it all and took it off our order This hasn’t stopped me from wanting to go again as things like this happen sometimes! 100% will be going again and will recommend it to people

It was okay, but everything was wildly overcooked. The burgers were so overdone I could barely get my knife through them let alone my teeth. If burgers are at the core of the menu then someone needs to learn how to cook them so they are not dry and solid. Three stars because the staff are friendly and the desserts were excellent.

Food was good, but when looking at dessert menu we were told only two were available. My partner chose one of those, the waitress returned to say that one isn't available either. This was at 6.30pm they were not rushed off their feet. I had a child's dessert, my partner had nothing. Poor show by kitchen management/ordering.

Having not actually tried it before, I was expecting it to be very much like Frankie and Bennie's only without the Italian touch. Both me and my veggie partner had a great dinner though! Love the slightly charred flavour of the burger, veggie burger was a very tasty beyond burger and the waiver we had was super attentative. I would have said it was slightly pricey for what it is, but we enjoyed the food that much and the waiter was great that I didn't mind in the end!

First time at a TGI Fridays and will certainly be going back. The ability to use an app for menu but still having a server was a little odd but worked well enough. The staff were excellent and interacted with the children and the food was lovely. They accommodated having an adult meal split between the children which went well.

On the eve of bank holiday Monday I visited TGI Friday’s in Northampton and what a tremendous evening it was when we were greeted by Christina at the door, she went above and beyond for our party. She was quick to serve and fulfil and of our needs, she even hand crafted 2 fabulous balloons crowns and what a king we felt wearing it! Will definitely be back for more & especially Christina’s service :)

Very busy and I am afraid that after a very long wait for food and when it arrived it was cold however the staff were very friendly and understanding and replaced with a fresh meal which was hot and they also took the item off the bill.

Went here on a spur of the moment for a meal with my wife and young son, easy enough to get to and parking was easy, I always manage to get a space right by the door. I'm sure this isn't the case during really busy times. My wife had the Jack Daniel's sesame chicken strips and blackened chicken fajitas. I had cola chicken wings and a french dip burger. The food was delicious and the staff friendly, though they forgot the extras we ordered. I wanted bacon and cheese on my fries and my wife asked for extra cheese and no guacamole but no dice. Never mind. The burger was delicious but the dip was gone halfway through it, which is a shame because it was lovely. The wings though were incredible. Beautifully crispy and full of flavour. Will have them again next time. Nice place, worth going to. Will be back again soon.

I went with two kids, it was very quiet and we were seated quickly. The staff were polite and friendly and the food was good. There isn't much to say when things go right 🙂 It would be interested to be here when it is busy, as that is the real test of the restaurants ability to keep up the standard / quality of food and service.

So disappointed by this but tried something else. No vegan mayonnaise and it is widely available. Too much ice in drink so it made it too watery. Restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere. Toilet doors need repairing as none of them lock.

Had lunch here on a Monday afternoon with my daughter and what made it a notable lunch was Jane the waitress (she was also the manager!) Jane was pleasant , affable , helpful and very patient with my fussiness about avoiding foods with sugar or wheat. The icing on the cake, so to speak ,was the dessert ; I didn't want anything off the menu as it was all sugar laden , so Jane very kindly prepared fresh strawberries & cream for me! The food here has always consistently been pretty good, but sometimes you face quite a long wait at peak times. The staff are always friendly and the place is always lively, but still the sound is at a level where you can hear everyone at the table. I recommend the double glazed ribs and Oreo milkshake as my favourites.

I’ve been coming here for years now and never had a bad meal in all that time. The staff are always friendly, and there’s plenty of parking outside. The steak and burgers are its biggest selling point for me, but everything they do is tasty and of good quality. Finally, while not to my taste, I’m reliably informed that cocktails here are amazing by those that like such things...I’ll just stick to a coke or beer though thanks!

In particular, that ribs are no longer a gluten free option. It's a massive deal when you're 12 years old and your diet is restricted by coeliac disease and TGI's ribs are your most anticipated treat. 😭

Me and my partner visited TGI Fridays on a date night last Monday and as we are doing Veganuary we obviously tried the new vegan meals. They were amazing!!!! It's good to see a restaurant opening up options to vegan dieters and not only that, but tasty food options too. I mentioned in my booking that we were having a date night and it was lovely to be surprised with balloon flowers on our table. Really started the night off great. Our server was Katie and she was lush. Was always around when we needed something, topping up our drinks, checking on our meals and the manager (I think she was called Kirstie or Kristy) came to ask us about the new meals. It's great to see a restaurant and it's staff take genuine care of their customers. We will definitely be back!

This was my first time here. I've been a vegetarian for 2 years and I've never seen a menu with such little for a vegetarian and nothing really for a vegan if honest. My vegetable skewers were huge and could have made 10 out of what they gave me on three. I appreciate a big meal but this was too much however they were happy to let me take the test. The house apple slaw was absolutely perfect and so we're the fries but please some Mac and cheese, a vegan cheese pizza would hurt! Good customer service and fast food just not the place for me sorry!

After a Google for gluten free options in Northampton we found a wide selection at TGI Fridays and paid a visit! It was busy but plenty of staff and it had a great atmosphere. We asked for a gluten free menu and got to choosing. The manager came over to take the order and discuss our requirements and it was great to actually feel reassured in their knowledge and it was clear he was taking ownership of it and ensuring all was ok with our meals. And it was! Yummy food, fast service and a successful meal for a coeliac! We will return! Thank you!

When we had our food brought to us, the chips were very cold. These things do happen. The waitress picked up on this and cooked all our dishes again for us and offered us a free desert to apologise. We weren’t very hungry so instead, she removed the starters from our bill. None of this we asked for, but deffo deserves 6/5 if possible. Food is always amazing and service is always stellar! Always our date night choice, even with many other establishments nearby!

I have never been to tj Fridays and I now wish I had been before. The resturant is decorated with pop and old American film memorabilia and the staff greet you warm and go friendly. We were under no pressure to order and when we ordered the food we had was very tasty. I had the duck fajitas which took me by surprise on how much I got . We will be back again soon.

The TGI Friday’s chain has always delivered no matter where in the world you happen to be. You will find absolutely delicious food here coupled with very large servings - hats off if you can do a three-course meal here. They’ve also got a huge range of beverages especially cocktails. Another plus is that it’s highly affordable and parking is on the doorstep of the restaurant. Highly recommend!

Really like TGI's however the hosts can get a bit intruding, asking every few mins if everything is ok. On this occasion, we were trying to have a chat and kept being interrupted. Twice already! I get that the host wants us to enjoy our meal and have a great time and they normally check a few mins after they've served food but either she forgot she asked as she came back 3 times after that. Either that or she was working way to hard for a tip! Either way she was sweet but chill lol :) Food was great and came out on time. Drinks were amazing, love the current selection, I had the Singapore sling...i think that's what it's called. Would recommend.

TGIFridays has been a favourite of mine for over 20 years. It has its ups and downs (like changing their menu far too often, and dropping some of their best dishes), but overall it still pleases with good food, interesting drinks, and a general party like atmosphere. Try it: you'll like it!

Ordered and waited 20 minutes for appetizers, only to have them come out with the main which meant we wanted to eat the mozzarella stick starter while they were hot, which meant in turn our chips were cold which was a shame because they would have been perfecr if only they were a temperature above cold. Mocktails was goos but 75% of it was ice so after about 5 minutes it was just horrible and watered down. Atmosphere was good though and staff are welcoming. Shame about the food..

A nice restaurant which has a variety of meals on the menu. The food I ate was of a high standard and reached my expectation for this location. They also need to check if the cutlery is clean. The music however is slightly too loud and the staff wear silly uniform!

T.G.I Fridays, well since its Friday I will do a review about it: First of all there is a big range of meals to chose from and the seats and tables are very comfortable 'the waiting times are not that long but they could be better. It offers a very family friendly place to eat and without being to generous I give it 4 stars. there are a few down sides though: there is not a lot of parking especially during peak times. but all in all it is a good place to eat.
