Everything looks very clean and well presented. A wide ranging menu offers what look traditional English fare as well as familiar East European doner, shish and kebab things. Nice service and welcoming. I probably should have had one of the chap's native dishes which looked great because the fish and chips weren't very good. Frozen fish portion over-cooked and dry tasteless chips. I will go back and hope to be able to improve the rating.

We live around 30 miles from The Village Takeaway but whenever we are in the area we always go. The kebabs are consistently brilliant, the lamb shish is always tender and tasty. Great friendly service and always wrapped really well for the long journey home!

Great kebab and fantastic service from Saif. Kebabs, chips, salad and all the trimmings highly recommended! On the menu are lots of takeaway options including burgers, chips, kebabs, lamb chops and spicy mushrooms to name a few. Quick service, very clean and great food! Very busy on Friday and Saturday evenings!
