This place is chilled and great place to catch up with a few friends. The place is very clean and friendly. Service was good. The music there i like. Played a mix of some soul classics and a little modern. Good place to take your kids for some food. First time I've ever been there and will go again. Food was very good. 👍

What a wonderful place. They say it's a cafe/bat it should be changed to gourmet alternative dining experience. The interiors here are something I've never seen before and I work in the interior fit out sector. The staff are so smiley, friendly and very responsive when I asked a bunch of crazy questions about the food. I came here for the beyond burger and then the following night the moving mountains hot dog and both have surpassed my expectations as I've eat at purely vegan restaurants all over the country for many years and I thought London and a few in birmingham couldn't be equaled but this is at the top of the line. The presentation, rainbow of colours, taste and texture shows that this place is going place. The drinks menu is clearly created by themselves through a long through process and trial and error testing which must be the same as the menu. Northampton is luckily to have this place and the staff who have made it happen. So glad they survived the pandemic. I wol be visiting every time I pass through Northampton or work here. So gutted I'm going home tomorrow 👍👍👍👍👍

I went to Zapato lounge today with family. Just like the other two lounges I have been to the atmosphere, staff, food and decor was Amazing! I have coeliac so get worried about eating out. The gluten free menu has alot of choice and when I ordered my food the lady taking our order was very helpful and friendly and double checked I could eat what I had ordered safely and gave plenty of reassurance which I really appreciate. Unfortunately i didnt get her name. My meal was delicious and come clearly labelled with a flag. My family members who havent been to a lounge before also enjoyed their meals and will be going back again in the future. I will continue to recommend people try out the lounges as they are great. 😁

Perfect place for brunch/lunch, menu offers impressive choice accommodating any dietary needs, all staff are friendly and attentive. It was particularly busy when I went there with my friends but from the moment we walked in we were attended to right away, and made aware of possibly longer wait than usual for our food (it wasn't!) That was my first visit, needless to say I'll be back there soon again.

Food was good, it wasn't amazing though. Chicken was dip fried and overdone to the point that should be replaced really. As if wonderful recipe by head chef was badly prepared by a junior chef. Service was polite and professional, very friendly people. Place itself is nicely decorated, however high exposed ceiling full of cables and pipes somewhat brings the overall impression down. Wasn't expensive.

It's a town centre coffee shop with a few upgrades, meals, cocktails... Part of a chain, more than 150 of them around the country. I went with a friend who recommended the place. I was in work clothes, so a bit hesitant when she said, 'A lounge'. But no worries, the member of staff we saw on the way in gave a cheery greeting and asked if we'd been before. I had someone to coach me so we were OK. This was the first time I'd ordered food and drink from the table using my smartphone. Very easy, pretty quick, and decent quality comestibles at reasonable prices. I would go again.

The food here is just stunning, always hot fresh, fast and excellent value for money. Staff can occasionally seem like they're ignoring you and because they don't wear a uniform it's sometimes hard to actually work out who works there! Once you are being served they can't be faulted, it's just the initial trying to catch someone's attention sometimes!

Great popular cafe in the town center. Retro feel inside which is fun & quirky. Friendly staff, good place to bring children/babies and dog friendly too - they even have water bowls and a treats jar. Milkshakes are good - served in a milk bottle, and we had the burritos which were a good size for lunch and tasty. There is outside seating too.

Me and a friend attended here and had the 3 tapas dishes each for lunch. The pulled pork and the pulled chicken and chorizo dishes were both very nice. The accompanying bread is usually served warm, although today it was cold. The buttermilk chicken was slightly dry although otherwise the food was satisfying and the service was attentive. Would love to come here again and try some of the rest of the menu. I was impressed with the choice of vegan food, although I am a meat eater.

Visited this place for the first time and ordered cappuccino. Price is a bit high for a simple cappucino, it cost £2.50 for a large cup. Tables are clean, with funky patterns on some of them. After checking the menu I can say that this place is a bit expensive. They have a nice vine menu, but food menu is kinda poor and does not offer anything serious, mostly it's tapas, burgers and paninis. What I really liked about this place is open terrace, which is super cool for hot summer days. Overall it's a very nice, cozy place with great background music, polite waiters, but not-so-cool prices. But that's just my humble opinion.

This was my first time in the Paletto Lounge and had popped in for a quick drink and bite to eat with my partner. This place is well presented and has a good feel to it. The menu is amazing with lots of gluten free and vegan options available too. Price wise it was very reasonable and the staff were incredibly friendly too. Needless to say I will be back 🙌

Always wonderful recently with the situation of the pandemic I visit here every Friday and the whole team is lovely all working incredibly hard to keep the dining experience safe and as unique as possible as well as making sure test and trace is done every time . Food is always fantastic and very fast Service can’t recommend Zapato enough well done too all staff :) properly the best place I have visited in Northampton for safety and service .

For fellow vegans, this is a Mecca in the town centre! They have an entire separate vegan menu with lots of options. It straddles the line of celebrating vegetable-based dishes while having meat-replacement options. You can choice whether to embrace your wholesome or junky side :) From experience they tend to have at least one (accidentally) vegan craft beer on tap, although labels would be a simple, informative addition. Staff are helpful and friendly if you have any questions. It's spacious inside with an upstairs floor if you need more seating. I've never been when it's truly busy but it's a little loud for my tastes even when quieter. Overall, this is one of the best vegan places in the town and a decent pub for everyone else. There are better places individually but not all in one place!

Always a great place to meet up. I love going for brunch or dinner, the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed. It is dog friendly, and welcoming to people of all ages, from young children to grandparents which really adds to how lovely it is. The food is very good and there is a nice amount of variety on the menu.

Nice place but not very clean. I feel overwhelmed with a low ceiling - but this is just me. Staff is friendly. Some drinks are definitely overpriced as for Corby. Food is average, the burger which I had was burned and lettuce not fresh. Generally ok for a drink. I think that Kino Lounge in Kettering is a much better option.

Only the 3rd time we visited here and it's been during the day. This was Sunday night.it was busy but there was still tables available, they offer a good selection of drinks and food, but haven't tried that yet. It's the decor we like everything's odd with lots of random pictures on the walls but it looks really good in a quirky way. Also there's no TV"s just decent background music.A quiz started which was well attended and the questions were easy so everyone playing had a chance. It was a very nice evening.

Very noisy but had a buzzing vibe. It's a bohemium type bistro very close to the theatre in Corby. Food is nice, burgers, salads, noodle dishes, pizzas, gluten free food vegetarian and something for everyone. I would recommend a visit.

The first time my family went there. We order tapas and it was quite nice. After a few months though. I went with friends they had lots of problems with the food. The main reason was that there was stuff missing in the food that they ordered. I think they are losing there standards. If they don't buck up there ideas, there restaurant will be eaten up by Corby's rent bills!
