Great chip shop that is always busy which is reassuring. I don’t think I have seen jumbo sausages like theirs anywhere else. They are delicious too. The staff are always very friendly and the prices and portion sizes are pretty standard.

This is an excellent chip shop, the best in the area. Whilst it is sometime very busy, though to me this shows its popularity, the people serving are always friendly and provide a quick and efficient service. The quality of the fish is brilliant and the chips are great, even better with curry sauce or mushy peas!

Large means exactly that LARGE at Barron's. Chips were good (not overly oily). One of the cleanest food shops I have been in for YEARS. Good, friendly fast service. Will be returning. Altogether good value for your money.

. Super fish and chips, good size portions. The chips are lovely and not greasy the fish is outstanding and the batter is crispy and again is not greasy. Altogether I would recommend this fish and chip shop unreservably. In these strange times they have organised the social distancing very well.

I orderd a jumbo sausage for £2.20 I thought that's a little over the top but it was huge I couldn't eat it all plus if you ask they do wet fish for a decent price the chips are cooked to perfection I only complain that they don't do delivery but great chippy fresh food batter is golden brown definitely coming here again

Always service with a smile even though the smiles are behind masks currently, one of the many thoughtful and well planned COVID adjustments the shop and staff have made to keep their customers and themselves safe while still delivering superb fish & chips.
