Fantastic food and amazing service from Ed's Easy Diner, Norwich. Food was quick to arrive and absolutely delicious. I had a burger and loaded potato skins and they were amazing. The staff were so friendly and went out their way to make our visit special.

First time trying this today we were severed by Annie what a lovely lady, brilliant at her job and made us feel very welcome and food was bang on. It was nice to eat in a restaurant where all the staff seemed well organised, efficient and happy to be there. We had a start main, thick shake and bottomless drink came to roughly £27 a head well worth the money.

Fantastic service and food. Had an impromptu visit on a busy Saturday lunchtime and thought we’d have to wait ages for food, but was so quick and delicious. Son had bacon and chicken burger, waffle fries and Mac n cheese as sides, bottomless Fanta too. He really enjoyed it and we’ll definitely go back 👍👍👍

Good food but today we found the customer service lacking. They took my coke zero back as it was flat but forgot to bring a fresh o e toll we asked where it was. At the end of our meal it felt a bit rushed with staff asking us if we wanted the bill and card machine before we had finished drinking

Our server, named Tom, was absolutely lovely and would have singlehandedly earned the visit 5*. However, the manager at the time disregarded my partners eating disorder and made her feel incredibly judged and uncomfortable. We have been in this restaurant several times and after being made aware of my partner's eating disorder, we have been allowed to order her a meal from the children's menu as the portion size is perfect. On this occasion however the manager came over to our table and patronisingly informed us that the junior menu was for under 12's and there were no exceptions to be made. This caused a lot of distress and we may no longer eat here due to this treatment.

Ed's Diner, Chapelfield Shopping Mall. Had lunch here today with my Daughter and Grandchildren. Very clean, friendly staff and varied menu. Theme is American Diner and the food reflects that. Plenty of Burgers, Hotdogs etc. Children's menu absolute bargain at £3.99 for main, one side, drink and dessert! Cheaper than McDonald's! Food was good and tasty and loads of chips! Individual juke boxes on the table was a novelty and for 20p you can choose the background music! It was a fun, enjoyable lunch.

Always have to have a breakfast here when we visit Norwich for shopping. Always great service and great food for a decent enough price. can never fault it here.... still haven't tried the normal menu but the selection looks great.

Malt shakes are simply the best, although crazy money. Burgers are small, nothing exciting and chips were reasonable. They no longer do sweet potato fries which is disappointing.

Love a visit to Ed's! This one is old school and plays the 50/60s music. Just had a milkshake today and just as good as always
