Such good food. Had the loaded beef burger, so juicy!!! Got the Passionfruit and Vanilla drink, delicious! The one thing I didn't enjoy much was the skinny fries, they were so skinny, if they were a little thicker, they'd be amazing. Would recommend

came here for a ‘moving in’ meal with my parents and it was absolute perfection. the staff & our waitress were all so polite and lovely to us. i ordered the ‘beyond & cheese’; and i was not let down. the whole build of the burger was gorgeous; the patty cooked to perfection; the bun warmed but not to the point of being soggy; the cheese was beautiful; perfect portion of salad & overall a real treat to my tummy. my parents also throughly enjoy their burgers, all polished off with yummy sweet potato fries & skinny fries.

First of all I am a big fan of burgers. I moved to Norwich about 2 months ago and it was time to order a nice burger so I did. They are making the best burgers and I don't even want to try other burgerers in Norwich. Here is how they are treated me:

I can't fault much about the place. Service is friendly and the food is really tasty. I love the refillable fizzy drinks and also there's a good selection for all dietary requirements or restrictions. The food came quite quickly, and it was all hot. However the one thing that always stings is the price. Paying over £12 for a burger alone that, although tasty, is a burger is always a struggle. They do a reasonably generous discount for students, but aside from that I can't see myself coming back at full price unfortunately. Tasty food, but perhaps a little too pricey :/

The food is fresh and well presented. Staff were attentive and the place is clean and well maintained. Pricing and portion size don't go together for me, £11 for a 6oz burger with no sides. Sides for the whole party were served luke warm at best. Could have been better.

Burgers were good although they could only cook them well done as problems with the machine. The place was clean and staff friendly. Toilets are upstairs but there is a lift if you have limited mobility. Thought prices had increased a lot but so has everywhere else. They have a separate gluten free menu and the burger arrived with an allergy flag on it. Advised not to have fries.

A really nice place, If you go after 5pm the food will be cheeper. After 5pm you can buy a meal deal for 10£ which is alot cheeper than buying everything separately. I put 4stars because I felt the other GBK place I went in Cambridge had nicer food, but overall it is a nice place to go for a meal. Free refills for the drinks !!

Amazing. Delicious. Great vibe inside, amazing food, friendly down to earth staff (and not overbearing). Only teeny improvement I'd make would be if we had received the shakes closer to the meal as they had mostly melted by that time. The food was lovely and beautiful. Meat was juicy, with the perfect runny, slime-free egg. Truffle tater tots were to die for, and I had a thick shake with chocolate chips in it 😍 My partner also had a coffee which he said was very nice. Pure 10/10 experience. I don't have any pictures because I was too busy eating.

This is the best place I have ever been for burgers! I had the GBK Cheese & Bacon burger. (medium cooked with double American cheese and salad and relish) That is now officially my favourite burger that I have ever tried. I also had the cheesy Truffle fries as a side. I customized them so that they were skinny fries instead of the regular chunky fries. They were amazing! The Grana Padano added a little more flavour which was awesome. My dad had the Classic Cheese burger. (medium cooked with smoked applewood cheese and American cheese with relish, dill pickle, onion and salad) We both shared some onion rings and they were so light and crunchy and basically the perfect onion ring. I had Sprite as a drink and my dad had Elderflower Fizz from the Fresh and Fizzy menu. (homemade) I will put a picture below to show you what I had. (If someone from GBK Norwich is reading this, well done to you for the amazing service and food)

I would give a review but a review doesn't give it justice to how amazing it is. Me and a friend went there just because why not and oh my god the food there was heavenly everything and I mean everything just simply MELTS in your mouth, enphasis on the words 'melts'. The burgers there just put everything else to shame, I can't even eat McDonald's anymore without thinking about this place, everytime I eat a burger elsewhere I just feel as though I've cheated on this place. Seriously go give it a try and if you don't like it I'm sorry to ask but what are you to say its not good?

Delicious food cooked perfect to order. I ordered on the app. Tables, backs of chairs and chair legs cleaned after every serving. This restaurant has good hygiene standards. The menu can be ordered with the app on your mobile or paper menus which only get used once then binned. The milkshakes are good. But not a lot of if any malt in them. So don't drink to quick because there is a half an hour wait on food. With a full but half full restaurant.

Just a quality textbook burger and chips - Bit of a wait to get into the restaurant (20 minutes?). Eventually entered the restaurant, was led to our table, of which we had an option for 2. Despite waiting another 15-20 minutes, it was well worth it. The burger I had, a plain classic cheese despite being cooked to well done, was still juicy, tender and maintained a decent amount of flavour. The skin-on chips were again, textbook; crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. Tried some skinny chips, and despite looking a bit pale, I have the same comments. Would recommend.

Went here on August Bank Holiday Saturday. No booking system thank god as everywhere else booked out. Ordered the cheeseburger, cooked medium and it was great with chunky skin on fries. Girlfriend had the chicken burger with avocado which she thought was really good. Staff doing a great job under difficult circumstances. Would definitely go again. Thanks GBK Norwich!

Went in and ordered a burger expecting top quality. The burger was beautifully cooked and delicious and was a fair price considering my coke was refillable. The atmosphere here is warm and lively without being noisy. The staff are welcoming without wanting to share your table! The food is great.... Varied but all in keeping with a top burger restaurant. My only hesitation was that we sat for ages hang looked at the menu.... To The be told that you have to order at the bar! From then on its table service!!!

Excellent burgers, if you like burgers, which - I'll be honest, I don't really. But my son wanted them and was paying, so I tried it. As it happened it wasn't too bad. They did two vegan burgers, a vegan mayo and the chips were very nice, the service excellent. I tried a bit of my son's burger and can confirm that their vegan options are very good. Bit expensive for me though. Overall though, I would recommend.

Overpriced, rather slow considering fast food nature of the restaurant and the vegan and veggie burgers were pure mush. I appreciate having them on the menu but hopefully the recipe will be adapted in the future - it may be veggie but it doesn't have to be bad! Never has a bad experience. They were having a bit of trouble with the apps the other day and my free burger had apparently expired but the reward hadn't gone so they have me the free burger anyway. The woman who always serves me is so friendly and efficient. Never had an issue with getting a seat when I go. You can also use the app to order if you don't fancy walking 5 steps to the till.

Great to get a genuine medium rare burger, burgers cooked how you like, even still bleeding a little. Burgers and sauces and extras all delicious. Great drink selection too, with amazing milkshakes, however the portion sizes for fries are a little on the small size for the price. Every burger I've ever had from here has been perfect. Even just a simple cheese burger is delicious. It's worth ordering their super-skinny fries, but all variations of their fries are good. I particularly like the halloumi bites to start with the tasty, tangy dipping sauce. If you're not in the mood for something alcoholic with your meal, their range of 'fizzes' is great. My favourite is the rhubarb and vanilla flavour. All of their fizzes are 'bottomless', adding extra value. Staff here are always very friendly and helpful. There can be a wait at peak times, but you will usually be advised how long you might have to wait if you haven't pre-booked. Definitely worth a visit.

Friendly staff, understand difference between Halal and non Halal meat. All chicken is Halal (verbally confirmed) and staff will allow customers to for instance select a beef burger but replace the beef with chicken. Staff will also guide if any of the fillings are non halal. All around a great, relaxed and enjoyable experience

I go to gbk every year for my birthday had all the burgers so far still wanting a shake but burgers so filling never have room for 1. Toilets very clean and tidy and staff very helpful. If you get a chance to go it's an average of £15 a head so burger, shared fries, drink and a baconaies is a must have. 👍👍👍😊

My favourite place to get burgers! I've tried other places such as Byron and Giraffe and I can honestly say that their burgers are nothing in comparison to those at GBK. Was looking for a tasty burger meal, so thought I would give GBK a try. The first thing I would is the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and informed me on their procedure on ordering and how your meal would be cooked. After been shown to my table (outside which I requested), I sat down and decided on my order. i ordered The Persian Lamb Burger, Rosemary French Fries and a can of Lemon And Paeroa, which came to just under 15 pound, which surprised me how cheap it was. Also again, the girl who took my order was again pleasant and helpful, and pointed me to the free Monkey Nuts, and provided me with a glass for the nuts and shells. After a ten minute wait my order came, complete with water and salt, and again served with a smile and a pleasant manner. The Fries are really skinny, but nice and especially with the Rosemary. You also get a nice bowl full. I would say some of the best chips/fries I have had in a while, and very nice. The Burger comes with a stick through the middle and has a nice varied compliment of vegetables with it. It was cooked just right for me, and very juicy, and unlike other burgers stayed together and didn't fall apart. Again one of the best burgers I have had in a few years. The can of Lemon And Paedoa came with a glass of ice, and was very refreshing, and complimented the meal well. I've heard GBK is an upmarket Burger King, but I would disagree as it is a place all of it's own making. More like a restaurant style burger and fries, where you pay before instead of after. It may cost more than your trip to Micky Ds', but the quality and service is much better, and you get what you pay for and the meal and service was value for money and left me filled and satisfied and looking forward to trying other burgers here and my next meal.

You want a burger? You want a range of fries and sides that are always on point? Well yeah GBK is the place to go to. I always ger Panko fried chicken which never lets me down, their onion rings are crispy and big and are a must. The staff are a delight and very caring. Atomsphere is busy and that adds to the fun a great place for groups or evem couples.
