I always come here on a Thursday night and the food is always hot, relatively fast and the staff are helpful. The tables and toilets are surprisingly very clean and not sticky. Great place to popin and have a nibble to eat (The spicy mayo chicken legend is amazing) so would definitely recommend.

Opted for a McDonalds after a long day of site work, we were hungry and tired and were not disappointed. Ordered a veggie burger and fries, which were excellent, particularly the fries which were crispy and hot. The restaurant area was clean, there were plenty of tables, charging points and although one ordering screen was faulty downstairs, upstairs there were plenty more. Parking was easy and spaces were large for vans.

As McDonalds go, Snet is one of the best ones I've been to. Always open when you want it to be, quick service and friendly staff. Always pretty clean and just really very consistent.

Its McDonald’s, the same everywhere, sadly though on my last visits staff couldn’t have been more uninterested in the customers, shouting a number and dumping the food and disappearing, I checked my food and and wait ages for a larger bag to carry the order in as the bag was brimmed. , no one came out so I left with ripped bags, not the end of the world but disappointing none the less.

Today the chips were awful, not fresh and very salty. Didn't discover to that unil after we'd left and didn't have time to return. Would avoid using this place mid afternoon. Service was good and staff fine. Return visit many months later, early evening this time. Is this the only McD's that serves soggy chips? Perhaps it's a house speciality?! Shame cos everything else was good.

Standard Mc Donald's. The toilets are upstairs so a bit of an unnecessary trek if your planning just to stop for a toliet break and a take out coffee. I like I was. But the service was rapid and the staff friendly. My friend got some food and said it was good.

Clean and relatively quick, ordered table service but they forgot an item, asked 2 staff members on the upper floor about it and they told me to go and collect at the counter myself despite standing and having a chat. I had to leave my 2 kiddies unattended as our food had arrived. Food was cold after I had returned with missing item after standing at counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me, which was a shame.

Out of the many McDonald's I visit this really is one of my favourites. The food is consistently cooked well, the service is fast with two lanes in the drive through. But the biggest plus of all is no damn hight restriction on drive through means I can use my van add well as my cat and that's a bit plus. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, good place to stop in the way up to the coast.

Spacious, clean and tidy, lost a star due to some of the dining area being right next to a exit the staff use alot to bring orders out to the customers waiting in cars. Making it quite cold in the dining area.

Usually quite good but have had bad experiences.. I.e been told to wait at the next window... waited 20 minutes.... had to go in and was given very cold food... was meant to be a treat for my daughter for lunch after a full eye examination. I made a complaint and was pretty much palmed off.

I don’t like leaving to many negative reviews but I cannot rate any higher. I don’t usually use this McDonald’s (only have done on two occasions) I’ve used the drive through twice and the service was poor, one early morning got to the first window not a hello or nothing then the second window received my coffee and nothing again from the same young women disappointing that. Second time at first the young girl dissent say anything again then there was a problem and she was apologetic and was polite as well as the manager also. It’s a brand new restaurant looks good and would go here again but the service at thickthorn seems a lot better as I use this one regularly. When you have staff at the face of the business they need to be polite a smile and hello is all you need.

We use this restaurant daily for coffee stops as we are up and down the A11 all the time, super friends staff and they even remember the number of sugars for the drivers based on the cars so we are through the drive thru really quickly.

Clean and tidy, plus a quick and friendly service. All you could want from a McDonald's. Conveniently located off the A11 and situated right next door to the Snetterton race track, it's useful for a pit stop. Can't fault it.

Almost brand new so really clean, staff polite and efficient. My first visit so initially found the road layout/Signage to the services slightly confusing/insufficient respectively. Adjacent are a Subway, Gregg's and Starbucks with the fuel station.

Usual MC donalds standard pretty good although they did get the order wrong but they did change it without issues. Just a note on the new double Big Mac stick to the normal one: too much beef and looses alot of the Big Mac flavours.
