A 15 min wait for a table inside and then playing with the app just to order, did take a little of the magic and shine of the Nandos brand i visited a few years ago.was told "no paper menus" as my phone cracked and I was struggling.. yet on leaving a huge pile was at the door. Visually with children, this would have been useful...but this is not a negative review as despite this, the food was good (a little pricey) but still worth going and a s a small family we all enjoyed it. The kids loved the bottomless drink and the puddings which did taste mighty good. If they got rid of the app I would consider going again, was nice to go, but happy if im not back for a while again ONLY as it was a 40 min drive in, just for chicken..humm. Wrap was good though #justsaying If you like the Nandos brand..love chicken..then yes I still reccomend. Book it, or arrive early

Nice cozy place. It wasn't busy when I visited, staff were all attentive and very much engaging with customers it was a pleasant dine-in experienced.

Staff were really helpful and we went late in service so they had ran out of some items, but they endeavoured to sort it out. And the food was delicious. And at the end of the night, the lady who served us (can't remember her name I'm sorry!) Found some pastel de nattas even though she was not sure there were any left. Thank you for a lovely experience.

It wasn't very busy so the orders came pretty quick. I got the medium spice grilled chicken wrap with steamed broccoli. It was a lot more spicy that I thought it would be, but that's on me. Though I wish there was something more in the wrap apart from chicken and salad. The broccoli was just the way I like it - steamed just a little bit and still crunchy. A bit expensive for what you get.

It was a really quiet, friendly atmosphere and the staff was amazing. The food is always spot on! We took our little one who's under 2 years old and he enjoyed the food too.

Love the food but they had no hot sauces available. The website opening times differ to the door opening times. The water machine was broken and it took awhile for the jugs to appear. Likely just a bad day there and all things were circumstantial but I go for the hot sauces!!

It was late on a Wednesday evening. Most places seem to close at 9.30pm That's Norwich for you?!. Manager gave us 15 minutes bit it lasted longer. The Chicken (Medium) Thighs with peas were surprisingly nice.

I just went in to request the manager to start doing halal chicken because Norwich has had an influx of muslim masters and phd students in last couple of years, and it would make life easier for us if Nando was Halal. Halal places on prince of Wales Road or the Halal Indian restaurants run by bangalis have terrible food. Fingers crossed 🤞 my suggestion will be passed higher up. Thanks Nandos
