Not been to Netherton for a while and it looked so Christmassy and welcoming when we walked in Lovely South African Sauvignon and fab food I’m not a big fan of batter but love fish n chips and so the fish came unbattered just perfect!! The monkfish and prawn Katsu curry looked Devine I had food envy!! Will be back soon, great helpful smiley staff thanks

Highly recommend, had the roast pork and my partner had the roast beef. Cooked to perfection. Staff friendly and very attentive even though they were extremely busy. We'll worth a visit will definitely be going back.

We didn't even have the steak but the meals we both had were outstanding. My partner said they were the best ribs he'd ever had and my cajun chicken burger was hugely flavourful and tender - a real piece of chicken beautifully spiced. Best onion rings I've ever had anywhere. Really clean, efficient, friendly and altogether brilliant.

Had an amazing Roast Dinner today, I had pork - husband had beef! Absolutely beautiful, meat was cooked to perfection & full of flavour, great variety of fresh vegetables that were gorgeous, such a great portion - haven’t had a such a fantastic roast like for such a long time - would def return & highly recommend. We Arrived and were told our booking could not found(table for 8 on Saturday). Were then told they can still fit us in . We were soon seated and ordering drinks , also our booking was found (a mistake by one of our waitresses whom apologised, not everyone would admit guilt. The food arrived in good time, all together, and was very good ,tasty and full of flavour. Generous portions. The staff were all very polite and attentive. A good time was had by all.

Fantastic experience. The wait staff are friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, we had the tomahawk steak to share. It was beautifully cooked and the accompaniments were equally as delicious. We also had dessert (Biscoff Cheesecake and Crème Brulee), which was equally as delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Never been before for dinner but was just fantastic. I had what I have to describe as the best seafood sandwich in my life. And I am absolutely sure it was the best ever. I don’t normally pay that sort of price but it was just amazing.

Nice pub with a great beer garden. Fancy something a little more upmarket than the other 2 drinking establishments in Long Stratton? Then this is the place for you...well technically it has to be as it's the only other pub in the village. I can't comment on the food but the drinks are well priced and well chilled. There's a great beer garden out back and they often put on some form of musical entertainment.

Food is fantastic , service could be better and more attentive. Had to ask for jug of water for the table and no cutlery for starter. Had the Chateu Breiand (excuse the spelling) the meat was fantasic. Pie was very impressive and Duck very nice. Very nice would have no hesitation to visit again.

So...this little place opened up in the village of Long Stratton a few years ago and oh my, what a joy it is! Lovely grub everyday with different, seasonal menus to please all genre of people. Then to the drinks ! Professional cocktail service with a huge choice of draft and bottled drinks along with table pitchers and bottle buckets to suit every occasion. Definitely worth a try regardless of what time of week or day!

Netherton House is a great place for lunch or evening meal or even just for drinks! There is a little bar inside but also an outside bar and pizza oven on the warmer weather. The owner, manager and staff are all really friendly. Love it!!

Nice place but once food ordered , shown to a table in another room and left for several minutes,( only diners that lunchtime it seems) before food served( which btw was top class) BUT language from bar area customers and 1 very loud member of staff left alot to be deserved and spoiled the ambience somewhat on Valentine's day
