A large menu choice to cater for all tastes, this place is certainly worth a visit.
The location was Atmospheric, Christmassy and really inviting.

R. S.A lovely Carvery and a lovely sweet.
Noticed the same person clearing tables bringing the menu for the sweets to the table. Knives and forks ready on the tables connected to ours. ? Wondering would they be changed before the next customer. ? I am guessing so . But all in all a perfect meal and would return as much as possible. Thankyou !!

K. S.Lovely, clean, bright place, had the delicious carvery, good priced meals, wide selection at the bar, great app, friendly helpful staff, has a children's play area both indoor and outdoor.
T. A.Table service was well organized. Varied menu which suited all age groups. Staff efficient and helpful. Sat outside to allow young children to be supervised in the play area. Good service.
L. e.Staff were awesome when I explained how nervous I was... I suffer from anxiety at the best of times and after lock down it's extra growly but it's a lovely family friendly place and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Building my confidence back is priceless.

L. G.Visited here the past two days on visit to Norwich. Must say this is one of the best carveries we have ever had. Nicely cooked, hot & a range of 7/8 vegetables. Staff very friendly as well. Would definitely come back if in the area. 🙂

I had the mixed grill and found it to my liking how ever my girlfriend had a lasagne
She had to ask for it to be reheated as it was not cooked properly and was cold. Upon return it was adequately heated at best and pasta was raw
Worst lasagne she has ever had at any restaurant. Won't be ordering that again there

J.I had not visited the Clocktower for many months as its appeal had diminished due to the condition of the restaurant, dirty seating and carpets gave the impression that nobody cared, however I visited today and found that the majority of the seating had been replaced with easily cleanable materials. Hopefully the carpets will be either deep cleaned or replaced soon.
As the restaurant was busy again the food quality had returned to its previous standard.
Well done!! A very enjoyable Sunday lunch

Some of the customers have no manners, some unruly kids running around unsupervised, throwing food around and feet all over tables and furnishings. Probably not the best for a quiet chilled meal but again if you go at a quieter time it may be worth it as the food is worth it

L. R.So noisy and chaotic! Not relaxed dining at all, feels a bit stressful, at least it does at busier times (we went at 3.30pm om a Sunday). Food is fine/mediocre carvery is a pile it high thing, overcooked veggies and soggy potatoes. Kids menu all deep fried. Think its just one of those chain places though.
Okay for a quick lunch, pricing probably reflects food standard. And kids enjoyed outside play area

J. W.The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was brilliant after we ordered some stuff for the kids but asked for a few bits to be changed - they were more than happy to oblige.
The only thing I find disappointing is the children's menu doesn't contain any proper "light bites" - things like sandwiches etc.

Think it's a shame to pay for kids play if you all have a full meal though. That's disappointing and should be included for free if purchasing food, I think

S. K.The food is delicious but unfortunately on more than one occasion I have had some really rude service. I have been ignored, started to be served and the server walk off (this has happened twice), not polite ect. I have spoken to the manager on one occasion and she did seem very sorry. But I just never see any change. Such a shame as this is may favourite carvery to come too.
