One of the best breakfast that I had in UK, seriously, they are amazing. From outside the restaurant/shop doesn't look much, but once you pass their door, you will be surprised by a counter full of amazing products, some of them local. The restaurant go all the way to the back and they also have a beautiful garden. The food is all good quality, nicely prepared and delicious. I recommend trying any of the local products that they sell. They are delicious. I do recommend them!

Even though, this is local to me, I'd never visited, and my friend suggested going for breakfast. Upon entering I can see how clean and bright it is! Warm welcome from staff. We was being served by a lovely lady with glasses. She had excellent customer service and was very polite and friendly. Seated and ordered the poached egg on toast and a pot of tea. Food arrived and the poached egg on toast looked and tasted delicious. Egg nice and yolky and sunny side up. Tea was Yorkshire and was lovely. Positive experience and I will be returning

A superb place to have breakfast and we will definitely come again, no point messing around with chains when you have this superb independent deli on your doorstep. The breakfast was lovely, the court yard was charming and we stocked up on lots of goodies to take home.

Called in while on a walk in the area. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good cafe with fresh tasty produce and coffee! Busy when we went. We had to sit outside in the garden area. Tables here were sheltered and under cover. Service was nevertheless prompt pleasant and helpful. Front of house also a deli albeit of limited range. Had cheese ( I succumbed to a portion of soft goats cheese), cooked meats, breads, cakes. Altogether a good find.

Lovely place to come for a relax and a nice dinner, yes it’s a little more expensive, but fresh food and good coffee with lovely staff who go out there way to help you is a plus. I also love the windmill in the outside area.

This is a great little gem. The food here is amazing with a good variety made fresh all home cooked. Regardless if you want a quick snack to take away, a sandwich, relaxed coffee with friends and cake, to an afternoon tea it's always good. They also do special evening events not just your usual Valentine's and the like but tasting events too. The staff and owners are really welcoming and can never do enough for you even when they are rushed off their feet.... Which they are most if the time. Get there with plenty of time as table are usually in short supply due to how good it is. There at tables out side too they have heaters and shelter for the less than idea conditions. Don't worry if you can't get a table as this is a Deli too with a great range of produce. You can always get a picnic lunch. Did I mention the cakes.... Home made beauties.

Had Christmas afternoon tea there yesterday with two friends. The quality, quantity and presentation of the food was second to none. Delicious. Can't rate the experience highly enough. If you want something a little special then this is the cafe for you. They also do lots of fresh foods of excellent quality at the delicatessen part of the cafe at the front. A wonderful setting and ambience with lovely friendly staff. Sadly I was too busy enjoying the food to take a photograph!

Absolutely fabulous service provided us with a fantastic wedding buffet perfect in every way. Met our needs and requirements and made our Covid-19 wedding perfect as it could be. Cathy was more than helpful in every way she could as well as her daughter. They came and set up as we were away getting married and we came home to perfect spread. The people who run it are lovley,but the food is a bit expensive and thier coffee is disgusting. It's a posh cafe, where posh folk go. So if you like paying 10 quid for a ham salad then this is deffo for you.

A small shop that sells some of the most delicious homemade foods you could get. Let down only by their own success. They food is great, the quality and portion does the trick but if you don't call before you order and you want something from the kitchen, prepare to wait. They have a nice seating area as well as a great takeout service. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

What a smashing eatery. This was recommended to my partner and I by friends, and we are so glad we went.. Wasn't to difficult to find and there is ample street parking around. I had a steak and stilton pie with veg and sauteed potatoes. It was the best steak and stilton pie I have ever had. Meat was tender and the stilton was a good quality and ran all the way through. My partner had a lovely ham hock broth and a chunk of Rye bread which she enjoyed as well.. Plenty of seating and the prices st first glance were reasonable... After the meal how ever the pricing was fantastic as the quality is brilliant. Lovely little deli as well, so not only did we have a lovely meal but came away with lovely hand made cakes and a pork pie that I shall devour when this meal has suitably digested!! You need to go and visit this place even if it's for a loaf of bread .. guarantee you will end up staying too eat. Will definitely be returning.

Great food, especially the wonderful cakes (Bakewell cake is my favourite, or maybe the raspberry one, or maybe the toffee one... I can't decide!) Staff are lovely, very friendly, great service. Fab to meet friends, or go for lunch, or just nip in for takeaway sandwiches or deli meats. Has outside area that's a bit of a sun trap, lovely in summer! Remember to take cash though as no card payments possible (ASDA up the road if you forget though).

This place oh wow! They went above and beyond for me and my family. My wife's nan is in a bad way, so at any point this mothers day I was aware that my wife and her mum may need to go. I wanted to do an afternoon tea for my mum, wife and mother in law. But the risk of having to cancel was to big. To cut a long story short they made up the afternoon tea, so I could set it up at my own house. Even provided the lovely dishes and plate tower. My mum is also celiac, therefore she can only have gluten free. They really went all out to cater for her. My mum has always enjoyed afternoon tea but since finding out she was celiac. She struggles to find anywhere that caters for her. Not only did they cater but the options where incredible. The food was top notch as always, but the customer care is what separates this business from the rest. Thank you.

Ive eaten here many times but usually for breakfast which you cant fault but i can honestly say i have never been to a cafe that advertises panini's on their menu but serves toasted bread rolls instead, Ive never tasted anything more revolting. If i order a panini thats what i expect to get not a toasted hotdog bun i even asked a member of staff if they had given me the correct order and she said they always use bread rolls. Isnt this false advertising?? Panini's are a completely different style of bread. And to add insult to injury it cost me £6.50.
