J. C.Often find poor availability here. Today no refillable drinks, on my last visit a few items were but available from the menu. Service today was definitely somewhat quicker than on my last visit. On my last visit I found the toilets to be in pretty shocking condition - definitely use the ones at McDonald's down the street!
Food however is really nice. Great food just not the best example if Burger King.

P.We went to Burger king for a change trying to order a meal on the machine's was a job and half and the drink machines were down but you couldn't get pass the fries for a drink on your oder.The bottles of soft drinks wouldn't come up on screen so you had to tell the staff, Although with all that messing around the queues were getting bigger. The only thing that was good was the food it was hot when u got it.There has to be a bit more organisation in there,and a few more staff on.
v.Nothing wrong with the food, always fresh and tasty, but the restaurant itself doesn't look very well maintained and the layout makes social distancing almost impossible. We went during peak hours and the queue was super long but they were massively understaffed and looked quite overwhelmed.
m. m.Came here on a Monday evening, so we were the only people inside at the time. Very friendly greeting from the server, who was efficient - and patient as we were undecided as to what we'd like. Finally settled on 2 double cheese burgers with extra bacon, fries and some halloumi fries too. Server said it was takeaway only, not sure why, but no problem, it was a nice evening and we could eat on Market Square. The food was good and fresh but to my surprise I had been given a single cheese burger- not a double. Don't know how they got it wrong- we were the only folk in there! Icould have gone back to change it, but I was tired, I have had to wait etc. etc. So I ate it - it was OK.
But because of that, only 3 stars...
Edit : After contacting BK customer services about the issue, I was given a voucher for a free whopper 😀. Very happy, upgraded to 5 * Thanks Burger King !!

T. G.My steakhouse angus burger's meat patty was not fresh, was lightly warm, but not hot as you would expect it, so a bit disappointing. Fries and chili cheese bites were fresh and tasty. Well placed near winter wonderland, but not very safe as a lot of homeless people come in and they are causing drama, littering in store.

I.Been avoiding Burger King for years. It's still over-priced and the service is still slow. Didn't taste too bad though and they at least gave a few more chips than the pathetic amount I'm used to getting

C. J.Very slow service. Not one customer waiting for their order wearing a mask and nothing being enforced. The poor staff are stood sweating and working all day. You have to wear one for 5 minutes whilst waiting for your order. Selfish.

P.In the evening, before returning to Leicester, I thought of stopping at the Burger King, in this city( Nottingham ) to have small snack, before resuming the vehicle, which would take me back home. At first glance (as soon as I entered the restaurant ),U notice that the staff were listless and not very organised; even if they
managed to maintain a certain cordiality towards the individual customers present. The wait to the till; even if there were few of us queuing, it was not very fast and after that I had to wait a little longer before having what I had ordered. The cleaning of the room did not seem to me very efficient, as both on the ground and on the table, it could be noticed that there were still everything that the previous customers had left in their memory. ...in my opinion, an unpleasant sight; for those who entered the room at that time. Despite the lack of organizational staff, the prepared food,and well cooked .Having said that, this fast food restaurant, I recommend it only to those tourists who are less observant and, above all, who are not a hurry to eat the food they ordered; the prices applied on the foods fall within the norm.

J. M.If I feel like having a hamburger fast food Burger King is my place to go. I this one in particular you can count on fast service. Not the greatest value for money but one in a while... justified.

C.I have visited this Burger King at various times and on various days of the week, each time, regardless of how busy it is there is always only one person on a checkout till, despite the fact that there is about 10 tills installed (?). This member of staff is also the person who puts your order together so service here is always slow, even if you are served immediately on walking in. On the few occassions I have visited also, something is always missing from my tray.
There are 2 self service drinks machines on premises and one of the two has been out of order on each of my visits.
To say there is a McDonalds round the corner doing fantastically well and always busy, Burger King really need to pick up their game.
Despite all this, the food is good and the place is clean. I have never not seen a member of staff cleaning the floor or tables.
S. S.Need more staff and more training on customer service. Bearing in mind this is a fast food place in Nottingham town centre, service is really slow and so unhappy. I'm not a huge Burger King fan, so this is another negative for me. I wouldn't recommend it if you're in a hurry. Also, if you stand at the counter you get ignored so best to use the self service thing. Not great :-(
N. 1.I am currently a Burger King employee but based up in Newcastle. Thought I’d give this 1 a go and I visited twice within a day,this was back in January and I am coming back in 2 weeks. I hope I get the same service as I did last time,specially when I was here at the night time after visiting Rock City,I thought the Crew Member was terrific. Can’t remember her name but during our wait for food she kept me and my friends entertained with her funny and wonderful personality.

I called in for breakfast, and when I got it, I was given sausage muffins and not the bacon I asked for. The guy who served me was polite but seemed a little stressed out for some reason, so I didn't have the heart to tell him my order was wrong. Besides, the food was freshly hot and I prefer sausage anyway. Give these guys a break, they work hard and probably have to deal with things we can't see as a customer.

A. S.Visited the one in Nottingham. The one good thing I like about Burger King is that you can order from the main menu at any time. However I took the burger back at 1010 the burger was cold. They did me a fresh one but made me wait for it. On purpose? Yes I think it was. I've still given 3 stars as the lady behind counter was polite and seemed embarrassed by my wait

Taken names of all staff involved so will be making formal complaint to head office as on site manager needs retraining on customer service and staff liaison
