Good customer service and food. Was greeted at the door and me and my friend chose to sit near the back of the cafe where it was quiet.
My friend went for a full vegan breakfast and was delighted with her choice whereas I went for the American pancakes. Both were equally delicious and wasn’t too expensive. The iced coffee was brilliant even though it’s not on the menu, it could be asked for.
All in all, a brilliant cafe and you get what you pay for.

Must admit the traditional breakfast looked so good and was a bit jealous. All in all was a great meal and really cool place to be in, will be coming back soon!

A great space for families, couples, friends or if you’re on your own, the food is always made to a great standard (when I’ve ordered breakfast). Service is excellent too, the staff have always been kind and attentive, even when they’ve been really busy! Overall, it’s a great cafe and I would definitely recommend if you’re in the area looking for a relaxed place to eat.

R. D.Biggest and best English Breakfast of the year. We came very hungry and came out full. Each breakfast was 8£ plus 2£ for potatoes. Do not even hesitate to take those fried, yummy potatoes. They are worth it.

The food was wonderful, the whole visit was a fabulous experience and because I struggle with mobility Joel made the experience so much easier for me, I could avoid stairs. Beyond clearing the main course plates we were left to ourselves and not offered dessert, additional drinks or coffees. We would have spent much more money if someone had tempted it from us. The singer that was there was really good and enhanced the atmosphere without impeding on our ability to chat which was mega appreciated

Me personally I like when I can go to the bar and get served without a long wait, which is what i got. I can see from the position of the bar it's likely to be rammed full Friday to Sunday. From what I could see the place was clean and inviting.

The waitress noticed my lactose intolerance (due to my request for soy milk in my coffee) and put the hollandaise sauce in a separate dish when I ordered Eggs Benedict because it contains milk - I didn't even ask her to do that, I was very pleasantly surprised by her attentiveness! Would definitely recommend!

D. W.I attended this establishment with a group of friends in the afternoon one of them in a wheelchair. We approached the disabled access which was locked and no ramp access.my partner and I had to go to the main entrance to get the door unlocked. If my friend had come on his own there was no way he could of got in,So this needs major improvement. After unlocking the door there was no where for us to sit as all seating area was high level so my disabled friend could not of eaten comfortable. In the end we had to come through the main entrance door via a mobile ramp. Finally after getting comfortable we were then offered seating in the lower area in which we all declined. The food here was very nice we all enjoyed it. My only personal criticism is that the cheese board was rather expensive for what there was. There was a wide selection of drinks of all varieties. Would recommend regular toilet checks as there was no soap in despenser what so ever and no clear labelling for the disable toilet . Some thorough dusting required on high level lighting as there was substantial dust upon round opaque shades which potentially could land on food below.

Its worth getting a side order of spuds with the breakfast, as they are very tasty. The waiting staff were really friendly,we had a great time and will definitely return.

Cannot imagine why anyone would go to a bland and charecterless Costa or Nero when this place has so much more to offer.

This weekend, I booked their beautiful private hire room upstairs for my partner's 30th birthday party and could not be happier with how the evening went. Sometimes, it's becoming hard to know where you are. as these places are starting to look the same. In this instance, there was little old features to destroy, but old pubs looking to refurb, beware: keep your individuality or lose your customers once the curiosity has gone.

Experience spoiled by group at next table who had a young child with them aged 3-4. This child ran about, shouting most of the time, ignored by the 6 adults he was with who did nothing to quieten him.
The group weren't dining, just drinking. My opinion is that it isn't appropriate for children to be in a pub under these circumstances, especially with the child behaving as he was, yet nothing was said by staff.
We decided not to stay for a third drink.

J. K.If you're looking for the best breakfast/brunch in Nottingham then I fully recommend Copper Cafe. Personally, I'm a big fan of breakfast with eggs and have personally tried the Eggs Royale, Benedict and full English. All three were spectacular. I'll go as far as saying the eggs royale is superb enough to make it on your top three best eggs royale you'll ever have. If you're feeling naughty, the pancakes are also delicious. Furthermore, the coffee is brilliant. I've always found it difficult to have good coffee with a good breakfast. Thankfully, copper house succeeds with this combo. The staff were polite and helpful with recommendations.
It takes a five star from me.

The space is firendly and fairly easy to naivigate, not a space really for those with wheelchair needs though.
The prices are on pare with the rest of the inner City of Nottingham, and so fairly reasonable in that regard.

M. H.Compared to Copper West Bridgford branch, one that we frequent quite often, the Nottingham branch does not compare on presentation for their 'Afternoon Tea'. The sandwiches were cut into small triangles and weren't presented with any vegetable crisps, hence they looked 'lost' on the plate. The scone was scrummy. There wasn't a choice of sweet as there is in West Bridgford, although the crème brulee and victoria sponge, which apparently are standard in this branch, were very nice. As for the service, our pot of tea was served within 5 minutes of arriving but the food didn't arrive until 20 minutes later, and only after we asked the waitress. This meant our tea was cold but fortunately after a small word, the waitress replenished the tea. The café has a nice atmosphere so although you may consider this a slightly disappointing review, we did enjoy the visit overall and will be using it again.
