J. T. R.Excellent proper burgers with lots of ingredients that you might not have at home so worth going out for. We had the dirty cheese and bacon burger with Denver fries which were excellent. Cost around £12 each to takeout. There was a bit of a wait for food so I was given a free refillable drink while I waited. From ordering to getting food was 45 minutes on Saturday night.
D. J.Staff were really friendly, décor was strange but quirky, had an almost mine type feel to it but was pretty consistent. Burgers were amazing as expected although the Denver chips could do with some more sauce. Unlimited soft drinks was a nice surprise after being used to places charging £2.80-£3 for a smallish coke.

D. R.Been twice now and enjoyed it both times. Casual style and friendly staff. Generous portions, one portion of fries is usually enough for two of us. Good choice of burgers and I've never had an excessive wait.

W. B.My favorite chain of restaurants, but not my favorite one of the bunch. Good food, decent value (Amazing milkshakes!), nice staff but the location/building is a little naff. Can't put my finger on it but the minimalist look just doesn't quite do it for me (pipes etc uncovered on the roof/wall) but not something that takes away from the food & service.
N. B.Service is not consistent. Sometimes very good, other times the person at the counter doesn't want to know.
Food is good but burger buns are poor quality, very often falling apart and you end up eating with knife and work. If you're going to serve huge burgers, which is great, make sure the bun is just as good.
