J. G.Food was what we expected it to be. Been told by many people to try the spaghetti and it was decent for what you pay for. Don’t know if I’d order it again but it was enjoyable. Also had the loaded fries. The chicken was very tasty but I’m not sure why the spring onions were ‘cut’ into such huge pieces. Didn’t particularly like the mango ice cream.
But be prepared to wait for at least 20 mins to get your food. Definitely not a ‘fast’ food restaurant

We had the spaghetti, spicy burger, chicken tenders and an ice cream.
Atmosphere is nice too, to say its in a busy area.
Staff brought the rating down unfortunately.
They forgot our spicy burger and accused us of lying about it. Bare in mind it was almost instantly we noticed. A server then begrudgingly gave us our burger which was already made, with an attitude.
Pretty slow service as well.
However, will definitely go again!
N. T.The hot short man on grill side sauced me up with too much I couldn't handle it overflowing throughout my mouth. Although this isn't KFC my fingers were in all places including my mouth. The cookie and cream sundae was what I needed to clench my cold and creamy desires melting and forcing me to guzzle down the creamy goodness. Overall my experience was pleasuring to the point I would com back for seconds.
K. S.One of the best fast food experiences I've had in Nottingham, the manager was very friendly and made sure I was happy with everything. I had the spicy chicken sandwich, you could tell it was real chicken with high quality.
I was personally there for lunch, I've seen wait times being an issue for people here but I can't relate to that personally as I had my food pretty fast.
I would definitely come again 😊

There was one bearded fella at the counter who made sure our every need was catered to, would definitely give him 5 stars if I could. When the food came, the only word that sprung to mind was immaculate, I’ve never had better tasting chicken in my life, it almost made me forget who KFC even are! The kids were buzzing after such an amazing meal, would definitely recommend.
F. D.The chicken of this restaurant is superb! Every bite was scrumptious! The employees were all nice and helpful regarding helping me with choosing the right meal for me. The restaurant itself is always kept in a tidy manner and whenever there is a mess, it is cleaned up immediately. The time for food to prepared is minimal; it felt like as soon as I ordered my food, it was in my hands! This is one of the best places you could come to for chicken and the prices are honestly too low for the quality of their food. 5/5 would definitely recommend.
A. H.It's not that bad. Although the food can take a little while to be served but it personally doesn't bother me much and on my visits food has always been served hot. I like most of the food items on the menu and it's a nice little bit of nostalgia from Jollibee in the Philippines. I also like the hand wash stations near the seating areas akin to restaurants in the Philippines.

Wait time, at this branch is a let down. Not sure if it's because it's a new branch and staff are still figuring it out. Is 20 minutes an acceptable wait for fast food? D.Great food, best tasting chicken on the market however slowest service imaginable during any time of day, even when restaurant is not busy. Service is much better in London branch, however this branch is also overpriced. No idea why members of staff are extremely slow at serving and why food is sat out on the counters for 10+ minutes whilst waiting for other parts of the order. Please review how you run operations in Nottingham.
t.Excellent service from yesterday's visit. I believe some had bad experience from previous management, based on reviews here but I can assure you that they have improved and is working towards a satisfying service. Staff and managemnet were more welcoming, waiting times have improved.Food was of good portion and tasty.
It is under a new management now and I have full confidence that they are trying their best to give excellent standard of service, will be visiting again 😊
G. C.Probably the best Jollibee in the UK so far. Food was more enjoyable and it seemed a lot cleaner than most other ones I’ve been. The customer service was fab and they got my order down pretty quick without much hassle. Will probably go again some time soon!

My order number disappeared off of the screen, gave them 5 minutes and asked where my food was. One of the staff had started packing it along with another order but all the items for my order wasn't ready so it got put to one side and forgot about.
When I did get what I had ordered part of it was cold.
The food was OK but over priced for the small quantities.
The place needs a good clean.
Only disabled toilet was available and that was disgusting.
Upstairs was closed off so I don't know what it's like up there.
Not somewhere I will go back to or recommend to anyone.

The way the mango bits rest on the tongue made me feel like heaven came early, and the coconut adds a whole texture never seen before. I am a man reborn. This time (must be a change of staff and Team Leader) it has improved a lot since our last visit. Fairly clean and the staff are responsive. Most importantly, the order came quick (less than 10mins) and 100% correct, despite being a large order.

There’s no more over flowing rubbish bins, store looks clean as there are staff that goes around tidying up and cleaning tables. Staff are friendlier specially the Kababayan that served our food. AND the food has improved as well, the spaghetti is not anaemic anymore and there’s more gravy!!! Why 4 star? There’s still no Champ burger in meñu! Other than that, keep it up 👍🏽
D.Bro, When I had the spicy meal deal made my hole week. The Chicken burger filled my mouth touching the back of my throat choking me to submission. The Hot server with his thick boots and beautiful glasses accompanying his loving gaze stared me down when he gave me his special sauce.

N. K.I often visit jolly bee Nottingham on my lunch break and thoroughly enjoy the food, the chicken is always so tender with a beautiful crisp spiced flavour batter. The cleanliness of the store is always up to standard, with tables always cleaned, the staff are really friendly, there’s one man in particular with a bun who always has a smile on his face and is so helpful, really great food and I highly recommend it to all my friends and family!!!

L. L.Not a place for me because of my dietary requirements but many like it. You order on screens similar to Macdonald's. The menu is wide ranging but very similar. So you can have meal deals or items individually.
The chips I tried are lovely very crisp not burnt . Very moorish. They also do chicken that's not been tried yet by my daughter.
My daughter had spag bog. She said it was delicious. The portion was small. No complaints.
Staff are all very attentive to there job and all seem happy. One lady was washing all the customers trays and stacking them up.
Service is good.
There is plenty of seating in the eating area.

The fried chicken is on the spot. Although it is not seasoned with spices like KFC, the crispy layer is certainly better. Ice cream is good, very creamy, although nothing special, just like the plain cone in McDonald's.
Everything is self-service. Even for the table, we have to ask the cleaner to do the clearing up.

5 stars doesn't mean it's the last word on fried chicken, it means relative to other fast food joints in Nottingham it is 5 stars.
Tasty chicken, reasonable prices & portions. It is clearly better than mcd or bk in terms of quality. Fries are nice and actually still taste good when they start to cool down (I take ages to eat, I still eat all the fries in the end, but mcd fries after 10 min are gross).
What I like: spicy 2-piece meal, or 3 chicken tenders meal. Plenty for me and doesn't break the bank.
Just had my first meal inside, pretty much the same as when I ordered from ubereats or taking out. Packaging is decent, with food not getting soggy during delivery.
Their self-checkout tills are broken at the moment. A local Nottingham EPoS provider could easily sort them out.

It brings back nostalgic memories of our birthday parties, after-school meals, and happy family meals. I frequent this branch and the only thing I can suggest is reconsider the prices (it is pricey but worth it), hire more passionate and proactive staff, so they can see the difference in the service. :)

V.I thought that the chicken was really juicy and right amount of spice and it wasnt really oily so that was the perfect chicken
