Booked a table in advance for 4 adults and 4 children, seated straight away. I found the staff friendly, service was good, you do get complementary pitta bread with dips whilst waiting for your mains. The restaurant was clean, although the toilet's could be cleaner. We ordered bubble tea but it was different compared to how we were used to, once this was brought to the attention of the staff this was replaced with an alternative drink that was nice. We all ordered various steaks, which were OK. The price was reasonable and if you have a blue light card there is a 10% discount, there is paid parking in front of the restaurant.

Tried this place as its newly opened and looked good. Being new there is definitely massive room for improvement; the fries were very plain and dry, the lamb chops are tiny in size considering how much they charge for them and finally the staff need to be more visible; had to wait around several times when needing something as no one could be seen. Having said that, the decor is very nice, place is very tidy and well laid out. Very bright and colourful inside which I like. We ordered a few starters and 2 mains; all came so nicely presented. Excellent flavour in the food. The pizza could have been slightly better, very plain in taste. Parking is a bit of a nightmare, there are a few bays outside the restaurant but its down a dead end where it can get very tight for space. There's a car park nearby across the road which is a decent size but is pay and display. Overall, definitely worth a try, something on the menu for everyone and hopefully they succeed 🤞

Just wasn't for me is the best way to sum it up other people may love it but there are many other places I'd rather go first then here 1. The parking alone is enough to put someone off but going further 2. The wait was quite a while I understand places can be busy but it really felt like a long while 3. The main attraction the food was ok at best not to be mean but just was not worth the prices we had to pay so would I recommend it personally I'd say go check it out and see if it's your thing but if there's another place you're wanting to try too maybe try them first... I don't like giving somewhat bad reviews but I have to be honest and this was my experience would I go again... Nope..

Really nice place to go with friends and family. Conveniently located in Central Notts but with ample free parking outside. Food was really good also. I had chicken thighs and friends all had burgers and butterfly chicken, everyone really liked their food. My main was really tasty. Would definitely have it again. I complimented it with spicy rice which wasn't really spicy but I didn't complain as the rice was nicely done. For a drink I opted for a Pina Colada mocktail and maaaan was that really nice and refreshing. A couple of friends had strawberry daiquiri, and mojito mocktails. Those that had the mojitos said their drinks tasted like sprite. So I suggest you don't get those. Aside from the minor things, Jpingos is reasonably priced and the ambiance is nice. I recommend a visit.

Great food and the Calzone is to die for. Deceiving as it looks massive but is actually very light and perfect for 1 person. Burgers are classy and presented well. The beef patty was juicy and cooked to perfection. Finished off with a waffle with ice cream so a perfect night.

Friendly staff, really nice food too. We've been twice now and will defo go again. Parking can be a bit of an issue though as there are limited spaces and the location means you can't just park up on a street, but the restaurant and the food can't be faulted.

What a food experience 😀 This restaurant pulled out all the stops! Fantastic choice of food on the menu, lots of lovely month watering dishes to choose from. We both had garlic bread to share and looked at the drinks menu, we noticed it was non alcoholic,(when asked why, it's a Muslim restaurant with Muslim beliefs and rules), we order the best looking cocktails(candy floss toppings) wow..sooooo gooood. We were reccomend by Naz the guy who served us to let the candy floss fall into the drink, as it changes the taste AND WOW, it did. The food was superb, delicious, cooked to perfection. Naz who served us was such a nice, down to earth guy and excellent at his job. Definitely a restaurant I'd visit again AND RECOMMEND.

What a platter! Presentation looked amazing (very instagram worthy!), the food was spot on and the service was great - very attentive with the bottomless drinks! The half platter offered a real selection to dig into, so would definitely recommend to those who are a little indecisive. Had dinner and ordered the half meter platter. At first I was slightly skeptical about the different varieties but I was surprised each dish was great on its own rights. The pasta was seasoned well, the chicken and steak were juicy, and the sides were delicious. The burger was also good although slightly salty to my liking. I’m from Birmingham with some experience in the Italian kitchen. When I ordered a pizza I thought it was going to be like the million pizzas I had since I moved to the UK but this one amazed me! I knew straight away that the one who made the pizza has Italian roots or similar experience/knowhow of the Italian kitchen! Turns out the pizza chef is from Sicily!! Best pizza I ate since I came to the UK and 1 other in Birmingham called “So Pizza” The staff were super friendly and very professional! I definitely recommend this place to anyone with a good taste!

I wasn't expecting much from this place on the edge of town that doesn't serve alcohol. But we were presented with our orders of steaks and were immediately impressed. The options for steaks and sides were everything you could want and they were correct as requested came out quickly and, most importantly, super tasty. And that was just the steaks, there's plenty more on the menu. So select a shake or boba tea a chow down.

I took the family here on the Saturday just before Ramadan, was quite busy so had a 5 min wait for our table, once seated we placed our order initially for drinks as we were still browsing the menu. The drinks didn't arrive so had to get the attention of our server which was not easy. Part of our food order then arrived but two dishes were very delayed and finally came to our table when everyone else was finished. We planned to make our complaint at the end, but before we did our server came to ask if we would like free deserts to make up for the inconvenience. The food was ok but service is lacking professionalism. My favourite part was the milk cake which I would highly recommend.

Amazing staff. Was served by someone named Raheema she did a really good job alongside her other colleagues. Always made sure everything was okay and made amends for any mishaps. Never been to Nottingham before so lovely introduction to it. Their candy floss mocktails is a must try. I was blown away by the flavour. I have not tried anything like it before. They actually do loaded fries quite well but I would ask for an extra plate as it is served in a tin cup and difficult to eat from. They will happily do it. Their Ottoman burger is a decent burger. It’s quite big and filling. It’s not a burger that’s mind blowing but it tastes like a good burger should.

Dropped in on the off chance as our 8 Yr old was moaning about walking to The Lace Market. How we thanked him afterwards. My burger was excellent, my wife's chicken breast burger was fantastic and the peri chicken delicious. Bottomless drinks too. We assumed at the prices that sides would cost extra-we were wrong-choice of sides included!!. Total bargain and lovely helpful staff too. 100% going back soon. Asked to speak to the manager and the owner came to us. We just had to tell him how impressed we were. Turns out he was a lovely man too.

I'll be honest the burger and lamb chops we tried weren't very tasty at all. No taste or beefiness to the burger and chops not succulent enough. Also stay away from their loaded chips, these guys idea of loaded is adding 3/4 pieces of chicken and a whole load of sauces. When I spoke to the manager about it he was like this is how we do loaded. He was kind enough to offer me an extra portion of fries for free which is solely the reason it gets 3 not 2 stars. Like I said to him if anyone wants to try a succulent tender beef burger with real 'loaded' chips then come to Cafe Clock in Burton. It'll be well worth your time and fuel.

Nice done from the bottom and crust and great flavour throughout, defo recommend. We were passing through Nottingham, and ended up here. The decor was great, nice and warm, welcoming and modern. All the food that we ordered was great, so tasty. There was a slight issue with one of the orders being forgotten about or given to someone else, but the way the management and staff made up for it by apologising, and offering complimentary drinks was refreshing. The staff were great, especially our host, Olivia. Great smile, and super friendly. Also, the young worker, whose name we didn't get, but with keanu reeves hair, was great too. The mamager/owner came over to apologise, that was really good. All in all, a great place to eat, and I will definitely be visiting again the next time I'm in Nottingham. Good job guys and gals, keep it up.

Great HMC Approved restaurant Jpingo's has a very extensive menu and the food was freshly prepared. The food was good quality and decent portion sizes. The restaurant was clean and tidy, what more can you ask for. The staff were attentive and looked after us. The owner was customer orientated and really wanted his guests to enjoy the experience. We had a great conversation. The onstreet parking outside is a little awkward and tight, probably the only downside, little pricey as well including Sunday and until 2200hrs each day. This is clearly out of the restaurant remit. Prayer facilities are available I can't wait to be back in Nottingham, so I can pop in for a meal.
