Food is good, but it always takes way too long to get served. They need more staff at the back or they need to get the food out quicker. It is definitely not fast food, if that is what you are after. Also, I have had to go back a few times as parts of my order were missing, so it's always best to check that you have all the food you have ordered in the given bag/s.

Only place for halal KFC I know in Nottingham, but service is slow (does get busy in fairness). Food is not always great. This place does need to improve its quality and not feel like it's the only place we could go for halal KFC.

Had a wrap of the day. Very nice. Though the large bag of fries? To be honest, don't bother, unless you want to pay a lot more for less. Kiddie portion I'd say. Though buying that for my child at the time he would have been blaming me for eating them on the way back to him. Ridiculous.

They had no hot wings, and the lady at the till did not get my order right and took ages for her to correct it. It also took awhile before I got my order.The food I manged to get was hot. The staff need to listen to what customers are ordering as she got it wrong a few times with other customers.

Visited this Halal KFC last weekend, the car Park is busy as it is shared with a Tesco Express. It is 2 mins walk from Masjid Umar. It was quiet, staff are behind a screen suggesting things get rowdy. Menu was at the back, a little difficult to see. Food received quickly and was fine. Unfortunately, the seating area tables and floor don’t seem to be cleaned unless it gets busy. All of the tables had stains and food on them. I cleaned our tables with the hand wipes, spotted a box of half eaten chicken on the floor 🧐 When a few more people came in someone came and cleaned the other tables. Disappointing that people can’t chuck their own waste into one of the 2 bins.

If you are taking away make sure you check the contents of your order in the bag before leaving. I had to learn the hard way after arriving home without pop corn chicken once and ice cream on another leaving me with one very grumpy child.

staff was so friendly! not sure who served us but he was the sweetest guy. he was very helpful and got us a better deal on our food. he also added and extra wing on my boyfriend’s order as you can’t get 3 wings on the side with a zinger stacker meal but you can’t sell 1 singular extra wing😅 he made the best krushem i’ve ever had, no lumps and good amount of ingredient. lovely overall experience. will be visiting often. however, this may be personal preference but the batter to the chicken was inedibly salty so it was difficult to get a few bites in but the mayo wrap was very nice.

For those, who keep complaining about dirty tables ,the store's staff don't make them dirty customers do! If everyone would take their rubbish to the bin the mess wouldnt exist. I went to have a lunch on the weekend, I was shocked by customers "CULTURE" ! Speechless! When I finished my food, 5people left before me, all of them left their rubish on the tables. Anyways nice food and quick service. 👌

Only one person serving even though a queue of about 8 people waiting. This is a regular feature of this KFC.despite people tutting and kicking off at having to wait 20 mins to be served the staff are polite and professional despite being overworked and exhausted. This is capitalism and exploitation at its finest -overworked and underpaid staff who are submissive and just get on with it. Shame on "yum yum" group of companies (pizza hut pepsi KFC) who continue to subjugate and overwork hardworking young people and reap the benefits of high profit margins.

I don't know what it is about certain kfc shops but one in particular that iI go to the service is SO SLOW. More time is spent waiting than actually ordering the food but I also noticed that food ordered online is sent out far quicker. When are kfc going to get it togethe. And stop running out of chicken.

Manager was screaming on the staff to go and open the tills and serve the customers but staff doesn't care.
