R. S.Fast service and good quality food. We've used this branch a few times and the food is usually spot on, we've had a single bad experience and they regularly forget to add the dips we ask for (hence the 4 stars) but on the whole it's pretty decent.
I must add, the last bucket of chicken we had from here was absolutely outstanding, clearly fresh out of the fryer and cooked to perfection, the smell alone was mouth weathering. It reminded me of the good old days of KFC back in the 90s when the chicken was cooked to order so it was perfect every time. If they can keep up that sort of high standard I will be back to change this review to 5 stars for sure!
D. H.Tables and seats were clean and tidy. The floor, not so clean. Condiments were well stocked up. Food was warm rather than hot. Corn on the cob watery and spun on it's stick, which was not pushed in properly. Coffee wasn't made properly, the machine was obviously having an off day, again. Car park was well over half full, but not too many were inside using the seating. Maybe a lot of customers now use the drive through and park in their warm car rather than the cold interior.
P. C.Opposite KFC is Greggs who turned me away with empty cabinets and "staff only " toilets at 15:15 today - they close at 16:00. Their loss. I went over to KFC and had a "wrap of the day" @ £1.98 which was terrific. On the down side the mens urinal was breathtakingly bad. I think it's one of those non flush types, and this one definitely needs a flush. The photo was taken outside Lidl looking over towards Greggs and KFC.

j. p.The food is hit and miss here as sometimes it's hot and sometimes it's warm and you have to go back and get it changed. I definitely wouldn't call it fast food as you normally have to wait quite a while even if it isn't very busy.

T. A. D.Pretty much since it opened I had been really disappointed with the Langley Mill KFC. Over the course of numerous visits they never once got a order right, the food was lousy, and the service dire.
So imagine my surprise and delight when today we visit after a day out, and the drive through experience was great!
The person taking the order on the drive through was cheery and polite. She answered my question about available "Crush'ems", and waited a moment for me to check what everybody wanted. Our order was taken, and we drove around to collect.
The order involved a special request for one of the sandwiches, so took a few minutes to prepare. Everything we ordered was included, fresh, and hot. The sandwiches were all well constructed, and could almost have been used for the poster photography. No soggy chips, no half empty chip bags. The bag included napkins and salt packets, and even the drink order (1 regular Pepsi, 1 Pepsi Max) was right.
With this much change, I would guess that there has been a change of management at the restaurant. The difference is profound, and I hope it continues.

Tried it out again today after a few months.
Upgraded stars from 1* to 4.*
Was served by Josh (tag). He was polite and food service was good. food served was to a much better standard. Maybe this is due to new recruitment?
Will be returning.

Would like to mention that their is alot of garbage with KFC logo lying around the facility that needs sorting as I'm sure this would eventually make it into the canal.
COVID AND THEY WANTED ORDER BACK AS PROOF!
3rd order in row incorrect. I had to drive back and get the order out the bin to give it KFC back to get a return, not happy with manager.
K. D.Drive thru took the absolute piss. 5 or so cars in queue. Took around 5 minutes for each car to be able to order. Overall spent nearly half an hour in a small queue. However foods great as aways. No salt though.

S. H.Seems to be a garlic mayo shortage here. Hasn't had any for weeks and the app still let's you order but they just don't put it in or refund you. Ensure you ask if you've ordered to make sure it is in the bag or you can choose an alternative. Otherwise the zinger stack is treeemendous
M. B.Well placed blue badge parking , looks wheelchair friendly easy to access and leave . Hot food lasted a 17 min drive without needing to reheat. Very helpful staff 👏
I. C.First order through Uber delivery was short of items, so not impressed, next time I collected, service was good, staff were polite and friendly, but chips were cold and floppy, box meals were all mixed up, so not a big fan

J. P.I wouldn't really call it fast food. You always have to wait for a while and then theres normally something missing or wrong. The staff always sort it out in the end though. It is a clean place but the floor is always slippy and greasy.
