What a place! What an experience! Just absolutely fantastic food, prices and service.
For someone who’s been brought up on Indian food, going out for an Indian is not a novelty but going out for an Indian that does it so well is an exciting privilege!!! Mowglis does it right in every way. The service is second to none. The authentic food is cooked to perfection. The prices are very, very reasonable and the experience is one you won’t find anywhere else. The founder deserves so much credit and a medal! Thank you for bringing the street food taste of Indian to the cities of UK 🇬🇧.
If your looking for a place to eat and/or struggling for a decent restaurant with fine dining experience, look no further. Mark my words, you will not be disappointed. If you get the opportunity to sit at a swing, your in for a treat to, it just enhances the whole taste!
Enjoy 😉

Ambience is unique and superb🤩. However for typically Indian taste food I would give 4/10. As all dishes were SWEET🤷🏼 whether it's Mowgli paneer or Butter chicken or chat bombs all were sweet dishes.
I saw reviews regarding services that it is best however, when I and my friends visited we feel the service was unsatisfactory☹️
S.
Nice vibes, halal chicken. Had the sticky sesame wings which were not that great. Had the paneer which was amazing. The mocktails are to die for. We did have to wait a bit for a table to become available but not too long. We were served by ruby who was absolutely lovely and made our day.

Oh dear - what a great place!! By coincidence we ran into it and didn’t regret coming here. The mixed menues were excellent and super delicious 😋 also the bread varieties were of good taste and the atmosphere is also outstanding.
R. Q.
Lovely little restaurant, amazing food! Cute swing seats! Great service from friendly staff, and they gave us free dessert because it was our anniversary!

Had a really fantastic time at Mowgli. Lovely interior design and nice atmosphere. The food was unreal, definitely one of the best eating out experiences I’ve had. Each dish was unique and had so many different flavours, it was great. Also, the staff were very helpful and ensured that we had a nice time. Thoroughly recommend.
G. C. S.
Lovely variations on Indian Street food and interesting fusions served almost tapas style with a few dishes per person it's a really exciting and interesting way to grab dinner or lunch. The place is clean and sitting on rope swings adds a huge element of fun. Top works guys will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic service atmosphere & most importantly food.
Cheese on Toast & the Tarmaid treacle chips just sounded so wrong so we had to try, both realky tasty but rather filling which didn't leave much room for our Tiffin (one veg & meat) again both great & good portion size so a bonus doggy bag for lunch tomorrow
Great value & will be back very soon

A really vibrant place to eat. Great ambiance though the tables are a little too close together. A great variety of food. Really enjoyed the cheese toast and gun powder chicken! Chicken wings were large and well- cooked but too sweet even for my palette! Curries are a little disappointing. Reasonably priced though. Seven dishes and 2 drinks came in at under £70. Would go again to try different options.

Our first experience of Mowgli last night was excellent! Really well laid out restaurant, cosy but not cramped, lively but not rowdy. I do apologise I didn't get our servers name but she was great! We opted for a mixture of dishes so we could get the most out of our visit! Everything was delicious, portion size was just right! This isn't a drunken Saturday night curry house! It's a refined authentic street food restaurant. Highlights for me were the keema and the tamarind potatoes were soooo tasty! Would highly recommend and we will be returning! Keep up the great work!

Wow.
The food was incredible.
The service was amazing.
Overall fantastic experience, I will certainly be returning.

Up there with the best Indian food experiences so far! We visited the Nottingham Restaurant of Mowgli’s Street Food, having a variety of 16 main courses between four of us. We were told it was tapas style food ordering, so we definitely pushed the boat out, by trying most of the menu out. After this we each had a dessert each, but tried each of the four different choices. We will be definitely visiting again!
M. S.
Great place with great food. Everything we tried was unbelievably good. Tried 5 small plates between us, all packed with fresh and vibrant flavours. Can't wait to go back.
R. G.
Not the real deal when it comes to Indian but a lovely experience. The food is generally exceptional; nicely spiced and reasonably priced. We recently had a meal for 4 consisting of starters, mains with drinks and the bill was a shade over £100.
Service can be a bit hit & miss and when it's busy you can expect to wait a good while for your food but in my experience, the wait is always worth it.
M. R. W.
Absolutely superb food. Great atmosphere, love the swing seats! Staff was great. We will definitely be back again and again
D. M.
Lovely food and beautiful scenery, my only gripe with this restaurant is the price of the dishes and the recommendation of 2-3 dishes per person. Me and my girlfriend went for 6 dishes between us based off the waiters recommendation and barely finished 4. With each dish costing around £8-£10 this added another £20ish onto the bill which isn’t awful but it feels wasted and left an underwhelming feeling to an otherwise great experience.
A. U.
It was an amazing experience and I'm really hoping they eventually open one in Newcastle. The food and atmosphere were great and the swing chairs were a nice touch 😊
A. G.
This place is a must! Indian tapas type experience. Fabulous surroundings and atmosphere! The food is first class! Great combination of flavours! Incredibly tasty and colourful! Great selection.
Z. K.
My friend and I came across this unique, warm cosy place and the menu looked amazing. We had amazing food. Our waitress Beth was exceptional, she really made our experience extra special. The food was an explosion of amazing flavours and lots of variety. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to Beth and team Mowgli.
P. F.
Oh my days this place is gorgeous. Food is absolutely Devine and perfect portions for lunch. The aesthetic is everything and the swinging chairs are the best idea on the planet. Staff are lovely as well. Will defiantly be coming back here.
M. C.
Tapas style selection and delivery of Indian Street food menu. Subtle recipes and a great selection of food. Lovely sparkly surroundings, definitely book ahead for the rope swing seats at the ground floor tables of the restaurant!

Great Experience, food was well prepared and very tasteful. Wonderful flavours. This was exactly what we had in mind. Street food at it's best 👌 Thank you 😊

This place came highly recommended and I was looking forward to it but overall it was pretty disappointing.
None of the food was notably bad but it was all pretty mediocre, very mild spices left it all pretty bland.
I'm not sure how best do describe it. Indian food for people who don't like Indian food?
A good place to take your unadventurous parents so they can feel adventurous without any danger of them having anything actually exciting?
As well as the food being disappointing we also found the seating uncomfortable (corner table upstairs) basically a hard bench and backrest with no cushions and the music was odd, hard to describe, like a light jazz maybe? But overly loud.
Overall not worth the money, over £20 each with no drinks for a pretty mediocre experience.
N. B.
Visited with friends. Lovely atmosphere for it. Loved their eco way of serving their dishes. Very environmentally friendly and the food was delicious! Their vegan menu is the bomb!
B.
Very good food. Every dish was vibrant and full of flavour. It was nice to have a Gewurtztraminer-Reisling on the menu, this off-dry sweeter white complimented the bold, spicy food very well.
Staff were pleasant and the service was great.
10/10

I don’t write reviews for everywhere I go, but HAVE to for Mowgli’s, as I’ve been 3 times and it has exceeded my expectations every time. The service and experience is 10/10, waiting staff are all lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. The decor in the restaurant is beautiful and different, but not too distracting, creating a perfect vibe for any occasion; a date, a special meal out with friends or family. The music is also pleasant and fitting.
The food is 10/10 for me. The menu is unique and inventive, with many items I have never seen on another menu. Every single thing I’ve ever ordered has been incredible, so fresh and so perfectly balanced in terms of flavour and spice. I specifically recommend the Paneer, the Yoghurt Chat Bombs, and the Bhel Puri. Beautiful dishes. Vegetarians like myself are spoilt for choice.
It seems the restaurant has really respectably high standards for their food, service and every detail of the experience, but the prices are very reasonable, so I rate that immensely.
K. F.
First time at this restaurant and what a find. The only way I can describe it is as Indian Tapas. The atmosphere, food and service excellent. Wine by the bottle there was only 3 red choices, we had the malbec, excellent. I cannot wait to go back, brilliant.
J. R.
Oh yes, this place is fab. Unique interior, kids loved the swing chairs. The kidsl9ved the food and we're happy to try things they wouldn't usually touch. Bonus!! We loved the hot & sour combos (tamarind & chili's yes please!!), the unique flavours in each dish. The food and drinks are full on flavour, fresh and pretty generous. Bonus that we could take our hound with us too!!!
J. H.
Lovely little hidden gem, food was tasty and plentiful, great service!
Slaw is to die for 100% must try
t.
Very tasty experience. Some nice spicy flavours. A bit like an Indian Tapas in menu principle. Several different dishes to try, a good way to taste the variety and with a nice lassi too. The swing seats are a novelty. Staff friendly and helpful. Will try again no doubt.
D. N.
Absolutely delicious food. Great choice and lovely service. Would definitely recommend. This was our fourth visit and we'll be back.

Food: 5/10
Price: 6/10
Service: 9/10
Place: 10/10
I ordered house chicken curry, and my chicken was still raw in the middle!! Didn’t eat it, it was still slightly pink. I didn’t complain because I was having a good time with my friends and didn’t want to ruin my mood. I also ordered picnic potatoes and basmati rice, they were good. I just think this place is too pricey for tapas. However; the place looks very romantic and beautiful.
I. H.
Lovely place, nice friendly staff and the atmosphere was chilled, service was great and the food was excellent. Had a great night, thank you. :-)
G. J.
Fabulous venue, great service and excellent food. Went for lunch with work colleagues and thoroughly enjoyed by all. Had a Bunny Chow, which was excellent. The sticky tamarind potatoes are to die for. Really interesting and original menu, excellent gluten free selection and a great concept. Very reasonably priced. Will be back here very soon hopefully.
C. D.
A well appointed restaurant (with swings for seats at some tables) and lots of fairy lights. Staff are attentive and helpful. Food is really good lots of exciting flavours. Think of this as an Indian themed tapas so go for two to three dishes each plus some rice and breads great to share and try different dishes. A small but nice range of beers plus cocktails too. I will certainly be going back for more.
S. R.
Been a few times now and every time had a fun and pleasant dining experience. The staff is polite and the food is very yummy!
T. B. F.
Love this place! Food is excellent, the Angry Bird, chicken wings, yoghurt chat bombs and the lamb curry are highly recommended! As I don’t eat coriander they were very accommodating with having the dishes all without coriander😀
J. K.
We ordered 4 (+2 more carbs)dishes between two and found it was very adequate. Service was good and fast and the atmosphere was very nice. The sauce on the food was good but the texture good have been better. All in all a very solid lunch spot
J. K.
Indian tapas - it's a revelation! Dozens of delicious Indian street food helpings to tempt you. Excellent for sharing. Great with friends or dates. The swing seats are a cute gimmick, but are optional for the statically- inclined. The aromatic lassi options are a scrumptious cool option. Highly recommend the South African - inspired "Bunny Chow." Its a hearty chicken curry open sandwich.
A. M.
Friendly helpful venue with a good choice of dishes. Relaxing atmosphere and great place to watch the world go by!
A. S.
Contemporary Indian tapas. I really enjoyed all the dishes. Service was good too.
J. G.
Really nice staff. Beautiful place. Food is so yummy but on the pricey side. But we'll worth a nice treat now and again
T. H.
Wow, Totally blown away with the quality and taste of the food. I've never had anything like it.
Will DEFINITELY be coming back.
Staff also very helpful.
J. D.
Absolutely excellent. Beautiful food. Perfectly cooked with brilliant service.
And incredible value too. The set meal was really varied and far too much for us to finish and I can eat a lot.
Brilliant.

This is definitely a hidden gem within the restaurants in Nottingham. We were simply looking for a nice place to have lunch and came across this secluded at the bottom of the high street. The restaurant has a nice comfy feel and it is beautifully set up with a proper South Asian feel, and a matching decor with swings. There was also a warm welcome at both arrival and departure, and I would definitely recommend the food which was also quiet appetising. Overall a great restaurant if your looking for a nice meal. The only downside would be the heating which had gone down on the day we had visited, and it happen to be pretty cold in general.
A. S.
2nd visit to the Nottingham branch and delicious food as always. Friendly staff and an excellent quick service. The staff were even helpful and offered to explain how it works (if we hadn’t have visited to the Mowgli chain previously).
R. B.
Food really good, service friendly and helpful, good location. Swing seats available if you book early (but only a few). Tiffin boxes give a fun selection of things you might not have ordered yourself, and the sharing ethos means you get to try all sorts of dishes on your table rather just ordering your one choice.
D. T.
A unique place where I had the best of experiences. The food was very delicious and the atmosphere relaxed. Can’t ask for more.
C.
Wonderful food, great atmosphere and staff were brilliant. Recommended to all our friends!
G. S.
Not your average Indian Food Place. Healthy authentic cuisine delivered in a tapas style. Everything was spiced to perfection and worth every penny. The cocktails while a little expensive, were very different to the norm and are worth a go. The staff were definitely on the ball and couldn't do enough.
Expect a bill of £20-25 per person depending how you eat but they do a lunch time deal for those looking for something different who work/live in the city.
U. D.
Excellent food Excellent atmosphere great service thanks for making our 17 year wedding anniversary weekend a good one.
Will definitely go again the food was excellent and the price was reasonable for the quality food and service.
Can't wait to book again went on Sunday 7th November evening meal.
C. H.
Lovely food, friendly helpful staff - not too sure about the swing seats though bit tricky to negotiate when you've indulged in a glass of wine or 2!
K. G.
Absolutely lovely. Beautiful restaurant, outstanding food, really friendly and welcoming staff. 100% recommended.
H. A.
Drinks are pretty expensive, food is good but the plates are so small that you’re either going to leave hungry or leave broke. Also, the ‘roti’ seemed like a warmed up tortilla from a grocery store (?)
It’s a cool experience, beautiful decor, okay food.
R. K.
I enjoyex Mowhli a lot. I am intolerant to diary products and gluten. I asked for food allergy guide and they provided me with a list with all their dishes and allergic ingrediants that they might contain. Service is fast and staff friendly and responsive. Meals are tasty and of decent sizes. We did not manage to finish all dishes and were given carton boxes to take away.
H. P.
Louis is an outstanding chef, the team is extremely attentive and the food is superb. Best restaurant in Nottingham, hands down!
E. C.
Fast service in a cool themed relaxing restaurant. Food was so so tasty! Would definitely recommend. Love the fact the optional £1 donation goes to a Mowgli chosen charity.
P. M.
Beautiful food in both taste and appearance. Welcoming staff and fairly priced overall
c. a.
Really good food, nice cocktails, never felt pressured to leave the table, all in all a fab experience.
A. H.
Amazing food, interior and a lovely atmosphere! I felt the staff to be slightly unwelcoming but overall a great restaurant. (Try booking before hand if you’d like to sit on the swing chairs)
N.
Food was amazing. We loved it plenty to eat and super tasty we would highly recommend
C. P.
Fantastic food love the concept please leave room for the doughnuts as they are amazing. Lovely atmosphere
D. B.
Subtle and wonderful flavours of spice and texture. Tin plating is ideal for street themed food in a fine dining touch. And to finish, a indulgent brownie ♥️
A. D.
Good view, nice ambience, decent customer service but guess what bad food.Except the bhelpuri nothing was fresh, nothing had any taste. Those who ever ate authentic Indian food will relate to what I am trying to say.
S. P.
The food was absolutely amazing and the service was super fast and polite. Definitely plan on returning!
w. c.
Absolutely amazing great staff, food tanx to will for being an amazing host 😀
S. T.
Wasn't quite sure what to expect so pleasantly surprised by the decor & the food. Plenty of choice and very reasonably priced. Tasty chicken curry, basmati rice and extras plus 1 vegetarian dish, 1 wine, 1 lemonade & 2 cappucinos total £36. Staff helpful and pleasant too. The swing seats are novel but could do with cushions! Food bought out with no cutlery or napkins and had to request water 3 times..small glitches that were quickly sorted. Only downside is you can't book / reserve a table but there are 2 floors.
S. Q.
Fantastic food and great service 🎉 all at very reasonable prices. And love my new tote bag! Definitely will go back
K. H.
Decent food nicely decorated restaurant, swings for chairs if you just can't wait till you get to the park .
J. M.
Excellent tasty food, full of flavour and spice. It was our first time here and would certainly recommend. We shared several dishes and all were absolutely amazing. Good ambience and helpful, pleasant staff.
D.
Delicious food and all the staff are wonderfully happy! What a refreshingly great experience for what was just a quick dinner.
Great to have good service in a chain restaurant.
j. s.
Food was fine, just a little uncreative and uninspired. Would describe it as quite bland, definitely make tastier indian food at home. Decor was good and staff were very good despite being busy. If honest would probably not visit again.
L. I.
Genuinely the nicest freshest food I've had in years. Very well priced, new experience of flavours. Can't recommend enough
e. n.
The food was good.
The staff were not.
Changed our reserved table on the spot. ( downgraded)
Then directed me to a spiral of bureaucratic steps to check why I wasn’t pleased.
A. M.
Delicious and awesome!
Realy special Indian food with great choices also for vegetarian. And also the arhmospgere is very special with a touch of romantic. Absolutely one of the best Indian restaurants I have yet been!
S. B.
Very tasty food and great ambience. All food served in 'Tiffin boxes' so portion sizes are carefully controlled. Options to mix and match courses with friends and colleagues to make a great lunch / evening experience.
L. U.
Where shall I begin. A lovely bright and airy restaurant. The swings are fab. Amazing food and not your usual run of the mill Indian food. The staff are friendly and efficient, overall a 5 star experience.
a. b.
Always have an amazing time at mowgli.. wonderful atmosphere, food is unreal and the staff are super attentive and friendly - especially Ruby and Mikey who served our table.. however I’m pretty certain every member of staff is just as lovely and welcoming, as every time I have been it has been amazing.. you can tell it’s a wonderful working environment!
I’d eat here everyday if I could!
Also hugely accepting and no judgment of my 6 month old whiny daughter!!
D. M.
Stopped of for a quick lunch, was very impressed by the food. Freshly prepared and delicious street food dishes, I will definitely go back for dinner one day. Would recommend booking, think we were very lucky to get a table without pre booking. Also very good helpful and friendly service
J. H.
Nice atmospherics with the swings and lighting. I’ve been with friends and my partner, who both enjoyed it. The menu has good variation between meat and plant based options, although the staff were a bit curt on our last visit, though it was admittedly very busy.
O. S.
Amazing food amazing service. Had a traditional Indian lunch, tried some tasty dishes I wouldn't otherwise and the lady who served our table was lovely. Will absolutely be back!
W. B.
The best food in Nottingham!! Amazing place for special occasions, nice atmosphere and great food
S.
Loved it. Really friendly staff, the food was superb and the cocktails were great
G. P.
New favourite place can't fault it it was our first time for my partners birthday but it definitely won't be our last visit.
K. S.
Food is ok, not as great as the hype that led us there. Portions were surprisingly small for the price. Nice place though, and service was second to none. Overall a tad disappointing.
G. H.
The food here is delicious, friendly staff are welcoming and it's really nicely themed. One down side is the noise when it gets busy.
J. F.
This is certainly worth a visit
Excellent street food prepared fresh
Excellent friendly service
Swing seat experience a must brilliant
J. C.
Excellent service. Very tasty food. Enjoyed every bite.
R. T. T.
Amazing food 😋
Like an Indian tapas.
S. C.
Excellent food, great choice. Superb atmosphere with friendly staff.
(Shame the 10% service charge wasn't included in the price shown, rather than added on)
N. K.
Cozy place, especially in the evening. Tasty food, but not the best wine.
L. B.
A totally different experience from anything I have had before. Great venue, a bit wacky, but fab. Food was interesting, the house chicken curry was delicious, potato dish was not to our taste, dhall was great, will definately return to sample more of the menu.
H. J.
Staff were very helpful explaining the menu. Food was lovely, great options for vegetarians so would definitely recommend.
N. S.
Great ambience, but really a let down for the food, it was bland, no Indian taste in it, portions r tooo small.
M. P.
I cannot think of the words to describe how amazing this place was. The food was some of the best Indian I've ever had. The staff was friendly and the price was just right.
l. W.
Some dishes were great : rhubarb and green ginger curry, gunpowder chicken. Others were okay
S. G.
Fantastic food!
K. M.
Great setting, attentive staff, toilets are 3 flights of stairs up! The food was delicious and overall a nice experience.
L. N.
Excellent food and the menu was pleasingly different to the usual Indian menu. Good ambience and service. Will definitely go again.
A. C.
Food is fantastic, never had a bad one yet.
Highly recommend

Found this place by the smell of food 😆. Brilliant bright n decorated like a Xmas fairy lights. Offering delicious Indian street food. Active n helpful staff. Even i didn’t book a table but she still managed a table. Food was hot n tasty. Situated in height street so not hard to find it. Btw I really liked it. Thanks to the smiley lady who served us 😊
A. G.
Lovely premises and lovely staff serving amazing food. We shared curried lamb, chicken, various sides and bread. Very tasty.
D. G.
One of the best places i have eaten in a long time. Staff are lovely and the food is exceptional. They offer vegan and gluten free options
A. B.
I had the best night at Mowgli when visiting Nottingham on Saturday night with my sister and friend! Such a beautiful place, very relaxing with all the fairy lights! The staff were great, really attentive, knowledgable about the menu and helped with recommendations. The food was delicious. I live in Leeds and will be giving Mowgli a try there at some point. Just hope the experience is as good as it was in Nottingham :D
J. G.
It was a novelty sitting on swings! The food was tasty and worth going just for the experience.
M. K.
There are people saying that the food is average. Don't listen to them. The food was amazing and stood out from all the Indian food restaurants that I've ever tried, which are all more or less the same, but this one was more inventive and, in my opinion, more delicious. That's of course not to mention the setting, the staff, and the atmosphere, all of which are extraordinary as well.
C. G.
Wonderful Indian Street food, So authentic!!!
Loved the fresh Rory bread!!
C. W.
Amazing food, good price, lovely staff
J. C.
Incredible food, great staff. Everything was delicious, wish we could have tried the whole menu! Very authentic after our recent trip to India
A. P.
Really tasty food. Sadly there was a 25 minute wait after our booking time to get our table, because the previous occupants stayed beyond their scheduled end time.
G. G.
Really good, funky little place.yogurt bombs are great
L. B.
Gorgeous food and great service, Indian tapas style. There for an early birthday celebration and loved the birthday brownie given as a special treat. Charlotte was fab and even secured us a swing seat which added to the experience. Will definitely return.
M. B.
The food was great -its like having a Indian tapas
A. P.
Great food and dog friendly. No swimming pool.
H. R.
Daniel, our waiter, was super helpful with suggestions attentive without being intrusive. And OMG the food was AMAZING! and my cocktail.. perfectly balanced flavours, super tender meat..just delicious. Thank you 😊
T. H.
Service was friendly and fast and the food delicious. There's lots of great sounding things on the menu and everyrhing we had was delicious. The Angry Bird was by far the stand out dish for us!
J. l.
Food is excellent and reasonably priced..staff were all lovely nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend i cant wait to go back
S. J.
Me and my friends went to Mowgli for my birthday and everything was spot on! From the service to the food to the aesthetic. Fantastic job team! Beth and Ruby really made our night, thankyou for your hospitality!
G. S.
Food is excellent, would have awarded 5 stars had the staff correctly worn their face masks during these covid restrictions, wearing a face mask under your chin doesn't count
G.
Odd choice, but the tumeric chip butty was one of the tastiest I've ever eaten! Gluten free menu, the chefs take coeliac very seriously. Large choice for gluten free.
P. C.
I have heard a lot about this place from a couple of friends and also reviews online however I wasnt that impressed by the food in all honesty.
I understand its Indian Street food however almost everything on the menu is somewhat spicy.
Obviously that is personal preference but as a person who isn't that fond of things being mega hot it has put me off.
I'm happy with what I got and the price I paid for my food being on the eat out to help out scheme however I would of been less impressed if I had to pay full price for everything.
L. K.
We were just passing it looked inviting and we were hungry! There was no problem in getting a table. The very inviting menu was explained by a very nice waitress. We didn't have to wait long for the food, and it was delicious. fresh, tasty and different Indian cuisine. Great staff, great food, nice atmosphere.
P. P.
Very tasty food, a little pricey.
P. S.
Staff were super friendly and attentive, as well as knowledgeable about the menu, and were able to give advice. I recommend the tiffin menus if you're there for the first time, as it was a great way to sample a selection of dishes
C. E.
Wow what a fab restaurant. The food was amazing! Staff were brilliant.
I would highly recommend a visit, you will not be disappointed.
B. T.
Lovely food and all the staff was amazing
R. R.
Had dinner here on a Sunday evening & it was just lovely, we decided to drop by without a booking & the staff kindly gave us a table by the window sitting on the swings & service was quick. We ordered some drinks & then ordered our 5 different dishes to share which I must say were all amazing & very tasty.
The menu was well thought out & full of great vegitarian, vegan & meat dishes. They also provided a separate page for any allergies which was easy to read & clear for anyone needing to check what exactly is in any menu item.
All together a very nice experience with a very high standard of food & service.
Thanks Mowgli, will definitely come again!

The butter chicken was the best thing on the menu. I wish I had ordered 3 bowls of just that.
B. C.
Superb. A must visit if you enjoy Indian food.
M. N.
The Dahi Puri (Yogurt spice bomb) is just amazing. Do try it. Indian street food tastes quite authentic.
M. F. Y. N.
Love the food here, only been once but definitely returning. Loved all the Indian tapas they served us.
K. W.
I went here with my son for lunch. It was a first for both of us. Our first impressions on the decor was hey this is nice, we loved the lights and the swing seats. The service was polite and quick. The food was small pricey portions. But the taste completely compensated for that. We will definately visit again.
D. P.
We had a dinner there on Friday evening and it was amazing ! Food is amazing totally new taste to me. Look inside is beautiful and it has amazing atmosphere inside. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you havent been there yet go its worth your money.
J. T.
food is amazing, clean and pleasant restaurant, staff are smashing.
H. Ö.
Fantastic food, fantastic place, fantactic serve.
m. s.
Good food. Small portions but still amazing! Great options. Wonderful service! Great ambience. Menu is good.
The swing chairs though are not suitable for tall people. Ergonomic failure!
But still an amazing place!
R. B.
Lots of choice, great tasting food. Good choice for picky eaters or a big group as you can pick and choose from the menu.

Awesome decor as other reviewers have noted which results in a well lit cosy atmosphere. Vegan menu is really extensive and was tasty, bhel puri and the daal particularly.
For £50 we got 2x tiffin, bhel puri and the fenugreek fries along with two drinks, which I think is reasonable but not a bargain. Other reviewers have said the portion sizes are quite meagre- not our experience at all although we did over order to be fair! Staff were great when we said we’d like boxes to take leftovers home and were very nice generally (again, obviously not the experience of other reviewers).
E. R.
Food and drinks excellent, service excellent. Interesting menu. Not too busy at the right time.
Flipping expensive though.

I had a great time eating here this evening with my friends. Unfortunately downstairs was full so we sat upstairs but it still looked cute. The staff were very efficient and knowledgeable on the dishes so were able to advise us on which one we might prefer. The food came out promptly and was very flavoursome. I can't wait to return and try something different from the menu.
D. F.
Small Plates. Great Taste.
Great dining experience at Mowglis, unique interior and amazing food. The only issue we had was that it was a bit loud where we were sat so it was difficult to have a conversation
N. S.
The atmosphere is great but unfortunately food is average.

Our favourite place to eat in Nottingham. The food and cocktails are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. The service is always very quick and the staff are always very attentive and helpful - big thanks to all of them, especially Drew who always comes over to say hi and make sure we have everything we need! We highly recommend this place to anyone who likes interesting, spicy food that feels indulgent without being stodgy or heavy - everyone we've taken there has enjoyed it as much as we have.
A. B.
Amazing cocktails and delicious street food, great portions and food is so delicious. Great for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters as there’s so many options for all diets. I had the most amazing vegan cocktails, the turmeric sours was delicious. The vegan showstopper was incredible, it was huge! The street food feels authentic and the atmosphere is lovely. The decor feels relaxed but special, the whole place sparkles so nicely!
Would wholly recommend for anyone wanting to try somewhere new.
A. H.
Absolutely fantastic experience, the food is some of the best we have ever tasted and well worth a trip, we will be back.
E. T.
Amazing food!! Could not fault it except I ordered too much and overdid it 😂😂
Great lamb chops, epic angry chicken and chicken curry. Also ordered the rose water lassi which was gone in seconds. Also loved the gluten free menu, such an easy touch but so impressed. Delicious
V. N.
Always wanted to visit this place as it looks absolutely beautiful from the outside... the white walls, magical fairy lights and ofcourse the swings! Me and a friend decided to just turn up Friday lunchtime and we managed to sit at the front by the window - we were chuffed and took great pictures. Place is great for romantic outings but we didn't feel awkward as two female friends. There were families there also. Food was tasty but I've had better in Nottingham and I was a bit skeptical about eating street food out of plates and tins that made you feel like you're eating streetfood in such a romantic place as this combination doesn't sit right with me. I've got to say I liked the vegetarian options and portions were nice. All in all a nice experience in a nice atmosphere! Best to go when it's darker outside as fairy lights look and feel amazing.
B. M.
Not that impressive, sadly. The interior is lovely and the staff are polite. We were put on an awkwardly positioned table right in the middle of the throughway although there was plenty of space in the more-open upstairs. Some of the food was quite nice - I liked the flavour of the gunpowder chicken (although it wasn’t hot temperature wise) and the dal, but the paneer dish was unpleasant. Definitely nothing like Indian street food.
L. A.
The gunpowder chicken, and chat bombs are incredible. My fave!

Went for lunch today (Saturday) and found it totally full at 12:45 and told to come back at 13:30. A good sign when you have to book!
The place itself is bright and airy, clean and staff really friendly.
Suggestion by staff is 2-3 dishes per person. 2 of us had 6 dishes (including one rice) and that was plenty.
Food itself is different from your run of the mill indian restaurants and really nice. My only criticism I have is that some of the dishes are far too sweet...overly sweet which masks the subtle flavours of the spices.
I understand that we are not the only people say this, so management/chefs please listen to your punters!
Price range about average .... 6 dishes, two drinks and two lassi £55
D. E.
Really enjoyable lunch - Indian food with individuality. Different to other city Indian restaurants. Food quality excellent with a creative element in the titles, descriptions and the food itself. It is part of a small chain, but it gives the feel of being a one-off restaurant. Recommended
W. C.
One of the USPs of the restaurant is the swing seats, sadly they only have a few so you are lucky to get one. The food is nice but small sizes for a large cost. You need buy at least three - four dishes per person. The atmosphere nice, cosy but cramped. Staff polite and friendly. The biggest let down for me was the fact sharing dishes come with odd number of shares.
M. T.
Food was overly sweet, drinks take a little long to arrive. Waitress spilt my coffee and half of it was gone no mention of replacing it for me. Portion to price and taste ratio is not worth it in my opinion. Waiters all stood around the corner end of the bar laughing and joking with manager rather than attending to customer.
N. A.
I've been there twice already since they've opened. For a person who's used to having Indian cuisine, Mowgli really stood out with their extensive list of options available. Vegan friendly. The interior design complements the way the food is served.
Staff was also wonderful - shout out to Anthony!
C. V.
Quirky, loved the way the food was served in small tins and the swings! Will book next time so i get to sit on the swings! The food was delicious and just the right amount. If you have a very large appetite you might want to order more than one main dish each.
Y. P.
Average at best. Out of the five dishes we ordered to share, there was only one we really liked. The curries were ridiculously bland and even lacked salt, tamarind potatoes were overly sweet, rotis did not taste very fresh. It seemed like they just couldn't get the flavors right. But perhaps we just didn't order the right dishes. The rub on the chicken was quite nice.
A. B.
Some of the best Asian food I've had for quite a while. House lamb curry and Angry Bird chicken thighs are amazing. Vegetarians will love the cheese toast and the greens. Service was very good and friendly. Great addition to Nottingham!
M. J.
Food was delicious but I wasn’t very satisfied with the waiter behaviour. We wanted to pay seperately by card and he printed the bill and let us to count with the words ‘Do the job’ and he left. So we had to count the price by ourselves. He wasn’t very polite even when we came to the restaurant. We wanted to tip but after that we didn’t.
A. S.
We had a really nice meal and drinks at this place. It has a different take on Indian cuisine; certainly not the usual fayre. Many of the starter items especially are dishes I've never come across before. Friendly and efficient service.
J. N.
A great and authentic feeling experience. The swings were fun and the food an exploration of flavours
B. B.
Excellent food and Daniel was awesome. He should have a wage rise, so engaging with the customers really helpful :) Thank you
J. A.
Really good food i am going every week
S. S.
We've eaten here three times. The food is very pricey but some of the best Indian grub I’ve eaten in Notts. The paneer and lamb curry were my highlights. The service was terrible last time we went though. Too many trainees resulting in wrong orders and an inexperienced manager who actually vented on us!
L. P. (.
Great food….so fresh and tasty. Dinner for two with drinks and pudding £30 each,
Super service from waiting staff
D. N.
Food and service were excellent! Amazing range of vegan options, lovely cocktails. Just a shame you can't book in advance (walk in only) but we're happy to give me a box to take my left overs which is great!
D. C.
Odd at times. We went on Wednesday for a couple of dishes and drinks but although there were empty tables we were told they were full. Have been before and although we had pushed our booking back by 30 mins a) because they were so busy b) we were in no rush so enabled us to go for another drink. We got back for 9pm only to be told the kitchen would be closing soon so could we order quickly. Its a tapas ish menu and we were quite put out when we had to stop ordering. Other tables were in the same boat. Thats 2 strikes!!
G. P.
Absolutely gorgeous. Walked past this place a few times and always been intrigued. Food arrived promptly and was divine. Think of it as Indian tapas. The only problem was that we could have eaten it all again, but we know for next time 😊
j. w.
Loved it. The staff attentive, the food fragrant but not too hot, and when asked to withhold the coriander from the food they did it without complaint. The place is tidy ,well lit and the music isn't too loud. Would definitely eat there again
G. R.
Great selection of food and great service. I'd particularly recommend the Goan fish curry. We had 6 dishes between 2 plus a roti each. This was a bit much, I'd probably recommend 5 between 2, but then who gets to choose the odd one..?
F. K.
Food was great, don’t get me wrong - all plates were equally delicious - but service here really needs improvement. Understandably the restaurant has just recently opened but it’s evident more time needs to have gone into their training. We had a heavily pregnant woman at our table and so having water at the table was a requirement. It took over 3 requests for it to finally arrive, after which we’d already eaten our served food. Bottled beers were served without the bottle and the server couldn’t remember which was which. When the food arrived a lot of curry ended up smeared across the table as the server dished them out.
With my next visit I really hope there’s a significant improvement as poor service can really make or break a place for me.
G. B.
Awesome place to eat, food was amazing, and I could barely walk after I ate so much. But in my defence food this good shouldn't be wasted.
Full disclosure I also took some home in takeaway boxes.
c. s.
We went to Mowgli for my birthday. Have wanted to go for ages and was not disappointed. The food was tasty, something different to the usual with different dishes that id never tried. Staff were friendly. Restaurant clean and welcoming.
J. F.
Restaurant, service and food all fab. We were a party of one meat eater, two vegans and one gluten free vegetarian and the menu provided plenty of choice for all. Tiffin boxes are also a great way of trying out dishes. And we all loved the tamarind fries.
D. N.
Excellent from the star to the end. Everyone was really helpful and quick nice place with lovely customized cocktails and food really delicious.
S. T.
Delicious but pricey food. Its a nice meal with homemade food. The swing seats seem like a good idea but destroy your back ! Lovely staff and beautiful decoration.
J. B.
Without question the best lamb chop dish I have EVER eaten. Absolutely amazing. Other dishes also excellent but I have to call out the lamb chops. Staff and Service excellent. Fully recommend. Will be back as soon as I can
F. A.
This place is unique. I rate the food here just ok. It's not earth shattering - I'm Indian and I know that Indian food can be better. The space was small but they were extremely accommodating with us considering we had a stroller and a baby.
E. S.
Really lovely food, excellent gluten free options and a calming atmosphere! Will visit again! :)
S. W.
Amazing!!! A must visit place
A. T.
Chat bombs are amazing but the potato curry tasted like tinned tomatoes yuk. The dhal and puris were nice.
N. H.
Great experience (swing seats) with friendly and knowledgeable service. Food flavorful and well presented.
B. W.
Great food, great atmosphere, very good service. Particularly good selection for vegetarians, vegans and/or gluten free diners. Will definitely return again to try more of the menu!
m. “.
Love it here. Generally quite sceptical of the increased number of Indian Street Food restaurants that have popped up around the country, but the interior feels the part and not forced whilst all the dishes are very distinct. Recommend the tamarind fries!
P. M.
What can I say. We were so lucky to get a walk in and we were not disappointed. All 4 of us went for tiffin with a variety of curries. Everything is fresh and tasty. All wrapped up and a cosy atmosphere. Service was great. I do enjoy visiting
k. a.
Lovely nice Indian food .with a twist .beer .cocktails etc prices are good .for what you get .be going again
S. H.
Nice food, nice Lokation... I liked it a lot
C. K.
We stumbled across this place while looking for somewhere for a quick drink and bite to eat before the cinema. We loved it, great food and service. The swing chairs were a bit of fun too. Can't wait to go back for a full meal.
D. B.
Food was homely and traditional bought to a modern market.
Service on a Friday night was just "service" nothing special.
Temple Daal, Mowlgi Paneer and lamb chops were outstanding.
Overall, a place to share a couple of dishes rather than stick to one.
7/10
H. T.
Really good recommendations from the servers in here -everything was delicious and Great value for money -added bonus this time we got a seat downstairs where there is a swing to sit on at your table -thanks for a great dinning experience
a. k. j.
So far I tried bhell puri and it’s something that I would recommend everyone.
A. E. S.
Had a really nice meal for lunch yesterday, 2 of us had an office workers tiffin box each Loads of food and very tasty Would highly recommend 💜
S. L.
Wonderfully fresh, tasty food in a beautiful setting.
Service was quick and friendly, and prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food served.
We will definitely be back.
N. M.
Excellent dining experience.
V. T.
Food is great but the service was very poor. Our food came quickly but once it was on the table we became invisible.
No one asked how the food was and we sat staring at our empty plates for 30 minutes after we had finished eating. (Which is unpleasant when you are full) We were brought the bill whilst our main course was still on the table and I had to balance it on lap while I got my card out. We had to ask for dishes to be cleared whilst we finished our drinks. I was paying but the waitress kept handing the card machine to my husband, and then still returned the card and recipt to him after i had entered my pin.
All the tables around us had the same experience as us and paid up and left with main courses still on the table which meant we were literally surrounded by half eaten food.
S. K.
Outstanding food, great service. A little pricey for drinks, but food is very reasonable, and the restaurant is clean and tidy, with novel swings for some seats!!! You can't book, which makes planning difficult, but Ice only ever waited 20 minutes max (so far)...
c.
Really nice food. Good cocktails. Good vegan selection. Very tasty . Not overpriced at all. Will definitely go back again.
S. W.
Fab restaurant, fab food, fab service and great advice given on choosing food. Can't wait to go again!
P. C.
Second time we've been and absolutely fantastic both times. An assault on the taste buds in the best way. Great service and reasonable price. Proper Indian food.
Ю. В.
A delight for Indian cuisine lovers and vegetarians! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff. The menu is a tapas take on Indian dishes. A separate vegan menu is also offered.
G. W.
Noticed this place on Monday because it looks so great and we’re couldnt wait to go!!! I was amazed to learn that it actually only opened on Monday! You would never have guessed as the service and food was perfect. Staff were very friendly and knowledgable and really added to the fantastic environment. It’s reallt added something new to the restaurant in hockley.
We had never tried how they described “Indian style street food/tapas” but we can’t wait to go again!
We highly recommend the Goan fish curry.. it was so good 🐟🐟
We’ll definitely be there again soon ( hopefully we will get a seat on the swings)
D. H.
I was in Nottingham for the weekend with my wife and this place just happened to be right next to the hotel so had to try, we had no idea what to expect but absolutely loved it, the staff were amazing and helpful, i had the office workers box and i would get it again and again the randomness of what you will get was fun and makes you try things you maybe normally wouldn't i would definitely recommend and will visit again next time I'm in Nottingham!
B. L.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, asked the lovely waitress what her favourite on the menu was, and it did not disappoint! Great selection of varied street foods
C. S.
Superb place. Tapas style Indian food and all of the dishes we had were excellent. Great service too. Will be back soon.
M. B.
Holy Moly! Yoghurt bombs, a monkey wrap and ginger chicken. Bliss. Tried some of a friend's sticky chicken wings, and another friend's lentil dish and spicy potatoes. Delicious. Great service and very helpful staff. 10\10
R. A.
Awesome food and very friendly staff
J. C.
First off, the food is excellent. It's a sort of blend between fine dining and street food - I realise the contradiction in that but I still stand by it! I've only visited once and the food took about an hour to come out, which is pretty unreasonable, but I'd chalk this up to a one-time issue. The seats however, whilst designed to be hip and different I'm sure, are completely unreasonable. Rope from the ceiling suspending a plank to sit on makes a swing-like apparatus which frankly does not do. Do you put your arms in front of the rope to eat, in which case you swing forwards to attack the table, or behind and tilt backwards away from the food you're trying so desperately to eat? I don't know either - perhaps enjoy them at home with deliveroo.
S. H.
First time of trying and I would say it was amazing, distinct flavours and a good choice of vegetarian. I would recommend only having 2 dishes each rather than the 3 which was recommended to us as it was too much food. You must try it!!!!!
S.
Great vegan food but the drinks are a bit of a rip off. £3.20 for a lime and soda is taking the p***. Would happily award 5 stars if they were a bit more thoughtful regarding drinks prices.
N. S.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and friendly staff
C. P.
Great place with good food, it was busy and we waited 15 minutes for a table but the food came quickly, we sat on swing seats which we felt were a bit low. I am coeliac and there was a good choice of gluten free food.
T. B.
Excellent service. Wonderful food. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
D. F. O.
Excellent food and service very friendly
T. K.
Love the food in this place amazing!
N. A.
Amazing ambience and good food♥️
B. P. B.
What a beautiful restaurant, great food and great staff, really lovely dining experience.
C. M.
Excellent meal like tapas but Indian
K. F.
Some decent food, though this is more like a tapas restaurant where you order 3-5 items per person. Quite expensive for the food
L. R.
Mowgli is tapas style Indian food. Tapas is my favourite and I have to say the food was superb. The atmosphere was also really cool and quirky, will definitely be going back.
J. F.
Got to say I like the food here so much I bought the recipe book. Friendly helpful staff make this a great place for all. Not sure about the novelty swing seats though.
H. W.
A different take on Indian food - not your usual Chicken Tikka Masala and pilau rice etc. Very rich flavours. Swing seats a bit of a gimmick. Pricey for what you get.
M. H.
Really enjoyed my evening out with friends. Service was excellent and so was the food. Not your average Indian restaurant. I would say a young person's place but at 72 I didn't feel out of place.
R. G.
Just as good as Mowgli always is....fresh food, not your classic Indian but a pleasure to eat and lovely staff.
P. N.
Loved the delicious and varied Indian tapas; staff friendly, patient and helpful; decor twinkly and attractive;service charge added on the bill. Highly recommended.
B.
Great looking place, Food was okay tasting but the food cane cold
S. H.
Great tasty food in an insta worth setting
N. D.
Terrific venue food was diverse but every dish was really tasty staff were great a real treat can't wait to return
T. T.
Thought food and overall ambiance good, just a bit odd being told before ordering,"the food will be here when its ready"what the hell is that all about?no need for that at all.Your talking to a67 yr old woman, not a drunken individual demanding to know where the meal is !!!!!!
G. U.
Delicious food and the service was awesome. Will definitely return! Thanks Mowgli...!
P. T.
Warm friendly atmosphere, good quality, food really good. Friendly staff and really can't fault this restaurant. Excellent for catching up with friends.
s. p.
Beautifully decorated and a really nice atmosphere. The food was nice, but I'd much rather eat Indian food at tamatanga. I would visit again though.
L. W.
Great food! Authentic and creative set with a contemporary atmosphere. Pleasant service and good value! Thanks for our curry fix!
T.
Really nice food, atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. Staff were attentive and easy to talk to. Well worth a visit!
C. H.
Very tasty food served by fun staff
C. E.
Lovely food, had the meat Tiffin which was a mixture of meat and veg curries. Difficult to choose a favourite one, although the lamb one was sweet and delicious!
P. S.
Delicious authentic food, although quite pricey for portion size, as are the drinks. Overall definitely with a try and thoroughly enjoyed it.
A. R.
Good place to hang out for lunch with indian street food experience. Like the concept of using the lunch box carrier reminding the culture of Mumbai dabba wala. Staff is good and they have narrated complete info of how it works in Mowgli. Nice place to visit
P. R.
Lovely grub, with a great setting. I would def be going back.
M. A.
Been eying this place up since it opened and wasnt disappointed. The menu is great and it was really cheap as city centre eateries go. There was a good selection and vegan options as well
S. H.
Lovely setting. Keen staff. The yoghurt bomb was superb - perfectly balanced. The rest we picked had a little too much tamarind and too sweet.
M. S.
The food was INCREDIBLE! However, it took about 30mins for anyone to come and clear our table and bring our bill, and there were A LOT of staff working.
A. E.
Food was amazing, buying the book to enjoy the food at home.
A. L.
It is always good. A bit loud but the food is great and I love the atmosphere.
M. A. A.
Nice atmosphere, good service, but food is in the mediocre side of the spectrum. Portions are small, maybe going for a "tapas + drinks" kind of night would be less frustrating.
C. S.
Really tasty food and drinks. Lots of choice and good value for money.
A. B.
Great fresh food! Totally enjoyed it and staff helpful. Excellent vegan menu, will be visiting again.
T. L.
I really could not fault anything, the place is lovely, the food, stunning, had an entirely vegan meal and it was beautiful....the treacle and tamarind fries are unique and very moreish....defo going again!
R. C.
A more premium lunch time offer but will worth the extra money
M. B.
Lovely food. Didn't really know what to expect but really fantastic favours. Will definitely book and go back.
A. F.
Amazing food, probably the best curry I've had in the UK. Great atmosphere. Definitely worth trying if you havent yet!
F. M.
WOW !!! Blown away by the food here,
12 of us visited on our post Xmas works do
Excellent service - delightful surroundings - the only problem I had was choosing what to eat !!
Will definitely return !!
A. J.
Large selection ofTapas style Indian food was delicious I want to visit again!
T. P.
Lovely staff, food and atmosphere. They never seem to have any lassi though unfortunately.
E. W.
Lovely fresh tasting curry
K. “. H.
Was okay. Would have liked the portions to be slightly bigger, lassi to be colder and the place to be a bit cleaner.
G. L.
Fun, good food...go with the server's suggestions, try the Tiffin options, small dishes, mix it up. Avoid sitting in the 'Swings' if you are at the mature end of the spectrum.
M. T.
Curry and swings. Meat Cooked to perfection.
D. G. (. b.
Nice food but very expensive for the small bowls you get.
P. J.
Definitely enjoyed my meal at mowgli yesterday with my sister would go again and recommend it as a good restaurant to eat at.
g. c.
Good experience, good food at a reasonable price!
K. J.
Amazing food and will definitely visit again!!

Excellent as usual. Great friendly service and good food.
M. B.
Very friendly and brilliant food. Couldn't fault it
M.
The food was alright, had a really bad stomach ache after.. the staff was very friendly and understanding we had a good time in there!
A. G.
Never been before and was very impressed with the varied menu. The staff were very helpful and friendly only regret not having any room for dessert.
L. O.
Mowgli have a gluten free menu and staff very helpful and food very tasty. But would love a gluten free bread aswell but can't be picky.
k.
Tasty food, lots of veggie choices and great cocktails. Very pretty setting too.
J. L.
I first went to a mowglis in its home city of liverpool and my wife and I were so happy that one has opened in Nottingham. Love the food, the service and it’s a great addition to Nottingham’s food scene
C. R.
Absobloodylutely awesome food and staff.
Definitely going again.
N. S.
Lovely street food, really tasty but I think it's slightly overpriced for what it is.
B. M.
Bustling atmosphere, wonderfully tasty food (and plenty of it!), and friendly & attentive staff. Well worth a trip or three.
J. E.
Lovely food and staff

F. J. (.
Went here for my birthday!! I love it!! We had cocktails and food! Both were brilliant
E. C.
Had to wait 1.5 hours for a table as not allowed to book. Food was nice but high price for portion.
H. T.
Mowgli's food is amazing, the only downside was the service. It was particularly busy but the staff just weren't as friendly and attentive as the Bold Street restaurant sadly
J. C.
Some of the nicest food I've ever had in Nottingham. It's like street food in tapas form. Very nicely decorated inside too.
B. N.
Amazing food, great staff. Swing chairs are quirky but slightly uncomfortable.
G. A.
Excellent food, relaxed environment and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.
e. w.
great ambiance and food is good. I have been here few times now and never left dissatisfied.
D. S.
Seating uncomfortable, service was slow, and drinks were expensive. Food was good though and the atmosphere felt unique.
M. E.
Nice food, can be expensive and cannot guarantee you'll get a table.they didn't have any non-alcoholic lager which I think is essential in this day an age.
T.
My favourite place! Excellent food and great attentive service. I recommend the Masala Espresso Martini!

Mowgli never disappoints. Delicious food, beautiful restaurant with fairy lights and a few swinging chairs. Would definitely recommend.
J. C.
Good food, but quite expensive and not spicy at all. Also the bread is disappointing and tiny, go for the rice instead.
G. B.
Always enjoy this place with a mixed crowd. Tiffin is my choice always get a good mixture of dishes.
A. J.
Absolutely delicious food, so so so tasty. Best Indian I've had in a long time.

B. T.
Great food and good service with outside seating
I.
Best food in Nottingham, really tasty, reasonably priced and the ambiance of the place is amazing. Highly recommend!
A. J.
Good service, but food far too sweet - every dish had way too much sugar added.
R. J.
Only had drinks there so can't comment on the food. Nice interior design and good service
S. W.
Great food made extra special by the lovely friendly staff and authentic talented chefs.
I. M.
Beautifully formed and presented small plates (or triffin boxes to be precise) of Indian street food. Fantastic 👌🏼
