S. D.Went there for dinner for the first time. Not bad experience but we had to ask all the time how to place orders and other things works. The staff won't tell you beforehand. They got huge variety of sauces and good food all in all.
T.…mmm. 🤔 In this modern,technical, super-duper fast 💨 world 🌎, with 5G, self-drive Automatic electric cars and planes with Auto-Pilot, Chemical Weapon warfare it genuinely baffles me that you STILL can’t book a table @NandosUK but you get put in a ‘online queueing’ system at the door.🧐. We were told to wait for 30 min. (Which was actually 38 min). When this got to 8min it went back up to 30!!! Then we asked if we could wait in the seating area but we weren’t allowed when there were a blatantly, evidently, obviously people waiting there. Disappointing service to start. The ‘imitation burger’ claims it was so good it taste like chicken. ❌ 🐓🚫. It tastes of Quorn Sausage and that’s not even Linda McCartney.
We then got asked to make bookings via online if we wanted too. The signal in there was that bad you couldn’t! We had to go to the desk anyway! 🙄
Eventually the food came, I can’t complain as it was actually nice. I wouldn’t purchase it again but would go to Nando’s but try something new.
S. S.Great staff, fast service, large portions of food enjoyed by all. My son's are nine and eleven and the children's meals are too small (aimed at under 10). Recommend buying two adults meals but only get one with sides which they can share. Will definitely go again.

We was seated relatively quickly even though warned of a wait rather politely when we first arrived.
The restaurant was clean and seemed very well managed at the time and the service was relatively prompt once the food was ordered. Items are provided to keep children entertained.
Can't fault the place at all for how large of a turnover of customers they deal with.

J. A.Decent fast food grilled chicken and whatnot. Nando's is a bit of an institution now isn't it? Shouldn't need much explanation. This one was ok, very busy but we got our food quickly and the staff were working hard to keep the place clean. It was freezing outside so they put the over door heater on for us when we asked as we were seated near the entrance. Not bad.

A. D.Food is great every time I come, always meets expectation. I am completely full after my meal and satisfied. One thing that pulls the store down so much is the lack of clean cutlery. If you look closely you can see food stuck to it. Sometimes clean your cutlery and save your customers time looking for clean ones.
G.food was lovely and fresh, also there was a disgustingly rude and drunk person in there who kept shouting and was abusive to staff. We informed the manager who was fantastic and put the man in his place, didn't have anymore issues after that. The manager even came over to apologise and gave us a little bit of ice cream. He's a fantastic member of staff.

Food arrives quickly, all working pretty efficient. As soon as someone leaves the tables get wiped, throughout the restaurant is very clean.
A young girl dropped a glas which broke into tiny little pieces and the employees, along with the manager lady, asked the people around to make sure there is no glass in their plates, asked us if we were ok, to shake our jackets before putting them on just in case glass somehow got on the jackets.

R. S.This is a very busy restaurant, but staff are friendly and welcoming. Always good quality food and drink and I think you do get value for money. Only problem can feel like you are in the way dependent on seat as people go to and from drink machine. Overall well worth a visit.

J. C.Always quick to be seated, even if they tell you it's a 20 minute wait. The food comes out promptly. Occasionally, when it's busy, cutlery is slow to be replenished so I've had to wait for a knife and fork but other than that, really good!
C. B.A little disappointed in this Nandos. It has always been a good reliable restaurant. Ideal if you want to eat before going to the cinema. But our last two visits have not been good. The food was warm but not hot in temperature like you would expect. Service was not too good either.

H.This nandos has great customer service, the food always comes quickly and we had plenty of space- we've visited previously with 2 wheelchairs and were badly placed, being knocked into and kicked. If you're booking with wheelchairs, request table 1 or 2! This was a good place, staff couldn't have been better with us, taking our order at the table to save us having to traipse through the restaurant in our chairs. Always a good meal at this nandos, if anything is wrong just tell the staff!!
