A. T.Meh. It's ok.
We had to wait a while for a table (we gave our names and went for a wander) which wasn't really a problem. The restaurant itself wasn't full but deliveroo orders were constantly flying out so I suspect it was the kitchen at capacity.
Ordering is encouraged by the app, but I spent 10 minutes trying to get it to work before giving in and ordering at the bar. This meant my companion had ordered a good few minutes before me, but thankfully our food arrived at the same time.
I don't often eat chicken and I remembered why I'm not fussed, it was a bit greasy and slimy and I could've lived without it. The macho peas used to be a favourite but they were fairly cold and a bit disappointing. Overall it filled our bellies but I'd not race back.
E. H.I came to the restaurant last Saturday and had a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was incredible. Our waiter Alfie was so attentive to all of our needs and made the experience overall amazing. The restaurant was very busy but this did not stop the staff going the extra mile to give us an enjoyable experience and the sense that we should come back again and again. Well done Nando's in Market Square, will be coming back again very soon!

S. V.Proper banging Nandos. Brilliant location right near the bus stop and the center of town. The food is, of course, elite and the vibes inside are immaculate. Some areas of the restaurant are a little cramped, but this is in no way a deal breaker. Best of all, it has some really lush gender neutral toilets. Would 100% recommend a visit.

I didn’t get the name of the lady serving me- but for reference it was 3 May at about 9pm-9:30pm Nando’s Market square Nottingham and she was about mid to late twenties with blond/ brown hair. (We ordered sunset burger 2 sides/ grilled chicken burger 2 sides and dessert) I never leave reviews but me and my partner hadn’t had the best night prior to our visit and went to Nando’s to cheer our selves up, the lady who served us was so incredibly thoughtful and kind we would really like to pass on our thanks and appreciation.
P. B.OK but service was poor. Not busy and yet the staff were more interested in chatting among themselves than getting our order right. What's the point of table service if you have to get up and find your own cutlery. Food was average. Chicken rather dry.

Food is what it is, expensive for what it actually is but nonetheless edible and plenty of it & the real thing is being able to mix and match menu items to create the ultimate dish.
The ordering system is absolutely brilliant and didn’t have too long to wait for it to come.
Bottomless soft drinks nice idea in theory but hard to grab any of the busy staff’s attention to get them to refill so a bottomless soft drink that is actually bottomless.
Staff disinterested and too busy, dropping things as they were rushed off their feet. One girl with blue hair could to with a smiley course or perhaps finding a job that she’s more suited to, because service isn’t her area of expertise. There’s no point of having a face mask system if she, the front of house staff member, stands there with the mask below her nose!
Overall a pleasant experience but nothing overwhelming for the price paid.
V.I used to order from here when I worked in Nottingham, they never failed to deliver what I asked for, chips were always good. Double chicken wrap was never dry for me
R. M.We were seated immediately after we entered the restaurant. Order must be placed at the counter and you pay upfront. We ordered one quarter of chicken breast with French fries which was served quickly. There was a wide range of sauces to select from and we were pleased with our choice. Overall it is a great value-to-price experience.

A. W.Favourite Nando's restaurant layout, best appreciated during the day. The chicken was good as always and the extra hot had a particular bite in this branch. My friends with me also enjoyed their meals and we had a surprisingly short waiting time for our food.

D.Fantastic food, excellent service and very good practice of Covid-19 control measures. We were asked to book a table and that the wait would be about 45 minutes and that we were free to go and wonder round the town centre and shops and that they would send me a message when the table was ready. Very good social distancing measures and we were told that anything we needed we were to wave the wait staff over and they will get us whatever we need and that masks were to be worn when using the utilities. The restaurant was relatively quiet and we ordered the food and drinks online to be brought to our table the food itself was delicious, full of flavour and although relatively pricey the portion sizes were quite large so I was not disappointed. The menu has a vast selection of vegan/vegetarian options so its very suitable for all dietary needs. Overall I was very impressed if I could give 6 stars I would!

R. H.we had an unexpected experience here. We was greeted by amazing people at the door and our table. We ordered the food online to then realise we had ordered it to be collected. HAHA. We then shouted a member of the staff over who was serving the food we had told them everything we did and shown them. They said they was going to sort it right out for us, they then made everything fresh for us and brought it to us. We would always recommend people to go here its always amazing and top quality food and staff!

J.It was ok. The fries weren't very hot when they arrived at the house and had to be microwaved but not a big deal as they tasted nice. I also had the wing roulette but all the wings tasted the same despite the whole point being that they have varying spiciness. I also got the wing box. All the wings had a lot of black/burnt on the skin which didn't taste very nice but the actual meat tasted nice and tender.
Overall it was ok but disappointing given the positive and feedback and rep this company has. Hopefully it was a one off because I would like to eat their food again if the quality improves.

Tables could be wiped better, as they remain sticky. This is probably as they are wiped quickly with the product they use but probably becomes sticky if not wiped off after or if not wiped properly.

T.Food was decent, attentive service which was really good. Only down side is the help your self bottle's of Nando's sauce. The pour tops need a good clean, they were massively clogged up with dried remains of sauces past. I had to remove the pourer and tip out the bottle.... Pretty gross and shouldn't really happen as they should be cleaned at the end of everyday surely? Stops growth of bacteria etc?
R. C.If I ever go to a Nando’s, then this is the one. Very comfortable, quiet and relaxed as opposed to the other ones which tend to always be quite busy and loud. Nandos overall is very overpriced for what you get.

But a word of warning, due to Nando's popularity, it can get very busy at peak time Friday/ Saturday night and you may have to wait 10-20 minutes to be seated, but the staff do always do their best to accommodate!

Tasty chicken, hoummous and sides as always. You can even have different beers and wines, although only soft drinks are free of charge refills of course.
A.Best Nando's in Nottingham. Very often overlooked because people forget that it's there, so it's very rarely full. Service is quick and food is delicious! Vegan and vegetarian options are available and they are very tasty. The garlic bread here can't be beaten. Yum!
w.It was really nice, kind staff, good chicken and sides.The only thing I didn't like was the sauce (a bit too sour but it obviously depends on one's taste) and during winter it gets a bit chilly (again, depends on one's seat)
C.Me and my partner had been visiting Nottingham yesterday and decided for the first time to try out nandos, we had been wanting to go for a long time but we're one of those coupes who plan nothing in advance and every time we went past it looked so full ( clearly a good place to go) . So we went to Nottingham Market Square got a lovely introduction on the door from a lady I'll never forgot! I so wished I got her name she made our first experience the best ever and made us feel so welcome and special. She's a credit to nandos.
