D. D.The service was very good. Polite and very friendly staff. The pasta dish was a little overcooked for my liking, but was nice and filling. The truffle fries were divine and the blackcurrant cheesecake was so delightful. Would go again.

The only thing I would say is the staff weren't 100% on vegan options...we wanted a separate vegan menu but were told to look at the main menu for all items that could be made vegan...sometimes it's a little easier for us to see it in one go.
I'm sure that prezzo have reduced their vegan range as well.

K. B.Just ordered off Deliveroo and absolutely loved it, thank you! Food was fantastic, absolutely delicious, well cooked, excellent flavours and brilliant portions too. All packaged very well too.
We've also dined here many times in the past and its my mum's personal favourite restaurant too.
It has a really nice atmosphere especially in the bank and service is generally excellent, along with the clealiness and tidiness of the establishment too. The quality of the food is always consistent and the fries and desserts are also divine here.
Still our favourite Italian restaurant so and by far! Thanks so much again anyway!
I skipped the review option by accident on the Deliveroo app and unable to leave a review now, so I thought of doing it this way anyway.
A. D.Visited for a pre Valentine's meal with husband. Great ambience and prompt service. we were made seated promptly on arrival. We order spicy pizza bites and garlic bread for starters with drinks.Liked the pizza bites but not the garlic bread. But husband liked it so no complains. Ordered a Pizza and pasta for mains. Pasta was really nice and Pizza tasted good too. Will definitely visit again.
D. T.A decent Italian restaurant at a very convenient location (very close to Victoria Centre). I’ve dined at this restaurant a couple of times and immensely enjoyed my meals. Both the chicken & roasted peppers pizzetta & the goat’s cheese penne al forno were really delicious.

d. h.We were on a Groupon deal, so a set menu. Staff were excellent, food arrived promptly and was very good. We all enjoyed our 3 course meal. Coffee was luke warm, which was the only slight spoiler to the evening, but not a huge deal. This was probably our fourth or fifth visit and each time, we've enjoyed it.

Witnessed a phyco customer tonight complaining and making a scene about 'falling over'... which she didn't! Obviously trying to make a claim..The manager handled it so well which prompted me to write this review, as we come here a lot and never have any complaints. Keep it up! :)
J. T.Little bit disappointed, booked ahead and were given an upper table which was fine but I don't like being on a corner of a gantry. Food was ok, mine was incorrect but was offered to be rectified and it was refunded with out having to ask. Starters were small, but all in all enjoyed a clean comfortable meal with decent staff.

T. P.Went with a buy a gift offer for a bottle of bubbly and three course meal. Menu was a bit restricted, but all the same we both had three very nice courses with great service. Will be back!
G. M.We went on a Monday evening so it was quiet and we were able to choose our table. I was happy with my baked mushroom starter - the filling was crisp and the mushrooms were just right - but my husband was left feeling disappointed by his king prawn starter - only 2 prawns! He also found his Italian burgers very dry and resorted to lashings of mayonnaise to help them go down. Meanwhile, my gorgonzola chicken was tasty and the portion a decent size but the chicken underneath it all was slightly overcooked and consequently a bit dry and stiff. We opted for the mini dessert with hot drink and while the mini desserts were all right, the hot chocolate that came with them was lukewarm and my panna cotta was garnished with a tired mint leaf that looked as if it had been left over from yesterday. Note to chef: it's not decoration if it doesn't look nice! The two waiters were fairly busy but service itself was prompt and our waiter was happy to discuss the menu with us while we were deciding on our order. Overall, a reasonably good experience was let down by the food.
B. S.Great good and really nice atmosphere. I would fully recommend the calzone and pizzas. I would definitely go again. A very nice atmosphere and not loud at all.

My problem is that I went to the restaurant on a Friday and Saturday and noticed that every few minutes there were Deliveroo bike riders coming in and walking straight through the restaurant to get to the back of the premises so get their deliveries
It was frustrating and spoilt the embience especially for me , taking out my partner and I assume all the other couples there trying to have an intimate meal.
This restaurant needs to make the delivery people to go to the back door and not upset customers.

J. D.Very easy to find a seat at 5pm on Monday. Very clean environment. Classy decorations. Super clean disabled accessable toilet. Attentive staff. And 2 for 1 meals with meerkat meals!
C. R.The food is very nice fresh ingredients cooked to customers request, and a vast choice of flavours and dishes. They cater for party groups, a couple, families, everyone who wants to try the taste of Italy.
This branch is accessible for wheelchairs they have a split level dining room. There is a hydraulic lift, just make sure it is working before you need to use their toilets or even before you sit at your table. (If not i would find another eatery)
The customer toilets are located on the upper floor, the disabled is near the kitchen. It is used as a storage cupboard, to store tins, kitchen roll and high chairs. If you don't mind the embarrassment of the kitchen staff moving most things out of the way just so there is enough room to squeeze through and gain access to the toilet then this is the place to go, just dont wait until you are desperate!! Apparently they don't get many disabled customers in who need to use the toilet.

w. 1.I went to Prezzo twice : once with my family and once with my friends. In my opinion the food is really good and worth it's price however this restaurant needs some work on the service because I always spend half of the time waiting.

P. S.Prezzo in Nottingham is directly across the road from the offensively awful Bella pasta. It's a world of difference. Whereas Bella basically sell you dolmio sauce and over boiled spaghetti Prezzo have a genuinely tasty sauce, value portions and nice service.
