D.Collected a mobile order and greeted by one member of staff wearing his mask under his chin. Then got home after a 25 minute round trip to find they weren’t capable of putting cheese on any of our sandwiches, even though clearly stated on the order. Won’t go again as I would feel like I need to check the order thoroughly before I leave.

So revisited this restaurant recently after a couple of years away and was surprised by what i found.Sometimes when you revisit a site you are disappointed by certain elements of cleanliness etc.Not on this occasion!!.
The staff were very motivated and welcoming to us at the shop.The shop was spotless and the toilet was clean and smelt fresh.The floors were well swept and the edges were clean.The choice of menu was very good and continuously changing.This i like as the menu never seems to get stale in its choices.The staff were very helpful and helped me with my food to the table as they recognised my physical disability and was grateful for this.
Once more i enjoyed my food and will revisit this shop again.Top praise to the staff who make it such a good event.
R. H.Love a good sub. So many choices and each are as good everytime they are chosen. Still confused as to why some subways hold grated carrot but most don't? Other than that no matter where you go you always get a cracking sub. Meatballs are nice, the nachos are good if they have any. Pleasant staff in all that i have visited and overall, clean tables.

Friendly staff and fairly cheap food/drink, also has free WiFi and charging ports free for paying customers.
Not oftenly crowded and even when it is the staff tend to bring the queues down quickly with fast service.
C. T.My girlfriend and I visited here and were immediately met by smiling faces and a clean, well presented kitchen counter, with a full stock of produce. Previously we had gone to the subway in nearby beeston, and vowed never to return after the awful customer service and bad sandwich.
At the stapleford branch the bread was lovely and thick, with a crisp edge and it was the best subway we have had in years. I wish all subways were up to this standard! Thank you to the team at stapleford, we'll be back.
M.Not bad for a Subway. Bread wasn't very seedy for the multi seed bread. The girl serving had a festival camping band on not sure of that's hygienic. Clean inside as a member of staff was cleaning when we walked in
J. M.Been going to the store for the last 3 years, amazing staff, food and very clean! Nice to eat in a store owned and ran by local people not some faceless fast food outlet, nothing is to much trouble.

Cleaning the tables quickly and the mess left by young adults who can’t walk 5 feet to a bin.
