All you can eat option is reasonable price. Food were acceptable, better than I expected. Went on Sat was their peak time caused food started slowly with 40 minutes wait. Service is friendly and definitely will come again.

To say I'm not a fan if sushi! My friends dragged me here and I was quite pleasantly surprised. As a vegetarian they have plenty of freshly cooked dishes for all. I'd highly recommend the fried sweet potato.
F. M.
We are frequent visitors top this restaurant. The sushi is top notch, fresh and tasty! But what really makes our visits is the attentive staff and very friendly manager Cecilia.
No matter what time of the night we show up they always squeeze us in, and the experience is worth coming back for.
Plus! 🍣 Look at how amazing that Tuna & Octopus Nigiri Looks!
G. T.
Had a quick lunch here! Half price sushi menu ! Ordered sashimi rice bowl, although not a big size but really nice Japanese rice! Reasonable price ! Will recommend friends to come as well.
M. C.
The food is excellent and the all you can eat option is reasonably priced. You can order up to 6 hot and 6 cold items every 15 minutes over an hour and a half (dessert and drinks extra).
There is plenty of space in the restaurant and it has a lovely social vibe.
The method of ordering food through an app and connecting to the restaurant is a bit convoluted, especially when you can't pay by the app.
D. H.
£18.50 all you can eat menu is very worth it!
Stay away from the tempura oysters though 🤮
They weren't off just tasted like a babies diaper.
Nice staff and restaurant 👌

Came here mid week, the atmosphere is great and we're shown how to order off the all you can eat menu (£20.80)
The app needs work which is my only gripe as we had log in issues, the food was great and you could order 6 plates at a time which came out very quickly, highly recommend the teriyaki salmon
K. W.
Decent selection and good quality on the all you can eat menu. Took a while to get seated and at least 20 minutes for food to come out when ordered from the app. Still I would definitely recommend to fans of Japanese food as it is good value for money. Even if you don't like raw seafood there's enough cooked options to get your fill.
H. W.
For a group of people who like Japanese food - a fantastic night out.
Higher quality dining than something like Yo Sushi, so perfect for date night or a night out with some friends.
We got the all-you-can-eat where you get brought more food every 20 minutes or so. Absolutely great social dining experience, couldn't recommend enough.
D. M.
Enjoyed the food. Been quite a few times before and the food is consistent. The service was a little slow this time. I counted 12 staff (7 in the kitchen) and 24 customers? How they managed to be so slow with 1 staff per 2 customers? There were probably more staff I could not see. They only did 3-4 takeout orders during this time. Sack half the staff and lower your prices. Win win 👍
N. B.
Confusing process to order. Luckily we had an expert with us. The request for another chair almost caused a diplomatic incident. The answer for something so trivial is "yes of course" not "I will ask the manager". Not "I will go and see". It's just simply, "yes".....
Very pleased otherwise. My first visit. Nice well prepared food. Pretty good value if you're hungry.
J. R.
Absolutely the best sushi I've tried. The "all you can eat" buffet is what we go for and we are always delighted with the quality and service.
H. A.
I love this place! Me and my husband ordered lots over lockdown, and then we've been coming in often since they re-opened. The staff remember us each time and always make sure our meals and going well, and they always make sure to bring over extra ginger as it's my favourite thing! Food is really nice and always freshly made, which is fantastic. Even if you're not a sushi person there are loads of really tasty foods.
We've even shown up at super busy times and never had to wait more than 20 minutes even when there was a group of us.
Thank you! We'll be back soon.

I LOVE sushimania. It's very different to everyone's other favourite sushi restaurant, a more typical restaurant with no conveyors.
The food is fantastic, the staff are friendly, they are generally quite quiet and don't talk much but very attentive so no complaints there.
They do an all you can eat option and an a la carte menu and they often have different offers on each shop it's worth checking the website before visiting.
Highly recommended.
2022 update - This is still one of my favourite restaurants in Nottingham, the quality of food here is always excellent, the staff are very attentive. I have spoken with Cece a few times, she is extremely friendly and clearly works hard to make sure the restaurant is up to scratch.
A must-visit for all sushi lovers.
M. M.
Food was great, better than I expected especially for an all you can eat. Sushimania has a great vibe - nice decor, good music and the staff are very friendly. Reasonable prices as well. Would recommend this place to others and would definitely come back again
M. B.
Pretty good sushi but overpriced. The all you can eat option is quite good but 28 per person is still really high. Nevertheless really good food.
There is a smaller choice with the all you can eat option.
Also to order you need to use your phone so I would recommend having a full battery
H. P.
Great service, the system of ordering on the app worked really well and staff were more than willing to help us set it up. Food was amazing, came out fast and all tasted great! Can't wait to go back again!
N. H.
Very busy but staff were on top of it. Food was servered fresh and hot in a timely manner. Staff helpful and friendly, would definitely recommend the lunch time buffet.
K. A.
Went this evening and the staff were absolutely lovely. Even with some very difficult customers, they handled it with grace whilst being able to attend to everyone else around. Angel and Mai made the experience absolutely enjoyable, can't wait for our next visit.
A. B.
Excellent value all you can eat menu, lovely staff, swift service. What more can you ask for?!
M. R.
Best sushi place loved the all you can eat sushi and hot plates would come here again
B. J.
We did the bottomless sushi and it was great! Quick service, we just ordered waaay to much food so had to pay for the leftovers - my advice: don't have eyes bigger than your belly. Delicious sushi
O. S.
Absolutely amazing place with amazing staff. We've been bringing our child since they were a newborn and we recently returned for their 2nd birthday. Once again we received the most amazing service and all the staff were beyond fab! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a family friendly sushi restaurant!
Y. B.
Gold star for this restaurant. We have never had a bad meal. Everything we try (usually 6 of us when out) fir lunch or dinner, staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and you don't wait long for your food which was freshly made (sushi allsorts) and hot food is piping hot and so much choice. Even over covid my daughter and I went in to get a take out pre order and it was ready for collection and passed over with a smile saying thank you for keeping us in business by using this service.
Z.
Food was fantastic as always. Shame service is so slow. Not sure If that's part of the all you can eat process but had to wait 20 min for drinks and food arrived first.
N. A. K.
Great food and Mai was absolutely brilliant! Service was absolutely amazing by the staff. Special shout out to Mai and Angel who were so sweet and brilliant. We’re definitely coming back.
R. R.
Busy place...for good reason! Great fresh sushi. Had to download app to order..you do everything from your phone...and staff was around and very helpful.
m.
Great meal served by really helpful and lovely people. Really good portion sizes and outstanding variety. Service was really quick and can’t recommend enough. Great all round experience.
E. R.
I am satisfied every time, whether you go for the all you can eat or the half price lunch menu option, there is plenty to choose from - delicious food at a great price! I truly recommend!
M. M.
Great food and friendly staff and management. Ordering system a bit convoluted and drinks expensive but really enjoyed the experience. Will definitely go again.
F. A.
Great place with amazing food choices. Price for adult buffet is £18.80 and half for children. Really worth it. She selection is really good and the quality of the sushi superb!
Totally recommended for families. Plus the changing facilities are really big and clean for families with babies.
K. C.
it was even better than McDonald's!
E. T.
The quality is veryy good. The quantity is very descent the environment is nice. They have half price after 21:30 at Thursdays. The only thing is the slow service at that time cause is usually very busy
c. c.
Today we went around 6pm (Sunday) it was very quiet. Last year we came on a Monday and was super packed and we were not impressed with almost everything but this time it was way way better... lucky we made a good decision tonight to give it a second chance.
Food came out a lot faster and the quality a lot better... but we think the all you can eat menu is not that much to choose from but I guess £17.99+10% is quite good.
We will defiantly come again and try the al-la-cart next time.
S. D.
I've eaten here seven or eight times and the food is great, and incredibly good value if you come at lunchtime when pretty much the whole menu is half price. As an example, that means you can get six freshly made maki rolls for £1.50! The menu is huge, with loads of sushi, noodles, ramen, tempura and plenty of other bits. Fantastic choice for vegetarians too.
Now for the downside: nearly every time I've come here, whether it's busy or quiet, the service tends to be quite bad. The staff are very skilled at avoiding eye contact and fussing around with napkins on an empty table when there's plenty of people waiting to be seated or trying to get their attention. I visited today and all our food came out quickly, but a few other times we've been waiting for a dish for ages, and twice now our orders have been mixed up with another table's. Staff are not attentive and you'll have to work hard to get their attention if you want anything.
I'd recommend it here as the food is delicious and great value, just be aware that the service is hit and miss.
S. P.
Good Sushi restaurant in the centre of town. Service was prompt and friendly. Went for the half price lunch deal. The Udon Noodles were served straight from the wok and the Dragon Roll was tasty. Would recommend if you’re looking for quick service and value for money Sushi restaurant.
P. G.
Very good restaurant. We went to the all you can eat option. Plenty of choice, very good prices. The food is delicious, the waiters are nice. We'll definitely go again.
G. N.
Not much choice on All U Can Eat option. Price is reasonable, not a bad bad choice to meet with friends. But if aimed for variety of choices, should put down the expectations
J. F.
Amazing a la carte menu! The staff are so friendly, especially the manager. We go every few weeks or so and never had a bad meal!
A. S.
Fantastic value and service! Visited with a group of 14 for the all you can eat sushi - it's amazing that everything is made fresh to order. Not at all buffet-style, the quality of the food is better than chains like Yo Sushi and miles ahead of what I expected for the price.
The staff were great and explained new dishes, recommended more to try.
A must-visit in Nottingham! I hear they also do 50% off at lunch so will definitely revisit.
P. R.
Great staff, they are so nice. And the food was good as well. My girlfriend loves sushi, and she would def go back, and I had more of the hot dishes which was also good. We got the all you can eat menu for under £18, great value. I reccomend only ordering a few at a time as the portions can be quite big. One negative the bottle beer is a bit pricey. But we would definitely go back.
W. B.
Absolutely love this place, every time we go we can trust that it will be a well priced and great meal. Make sure you check out the deals like the student discount and collection discounts.
M.
The all you can eat is a great aspect of this restaurant, there is a wide selection of food to choose from which should keep everyone happy. You get charged for the left over food you cant manage to eat which makes sense. The food is brought out gradually and is meant to be shared, especially if you're choosing from the all you can eat menu. I can't give 5 stars because I've had better Japanese food locally and the service could be slightly improved although the staff are polite.
H. M.
Great food.
5/5 Katsu Curry (Chicken). 100% Perfect.
3/5 Spicy Dragon Roll (Prawn). Not spicy needed more sauce. Tempura prawn needed more batter.
D. P. S. P.
Good food. I like their half price offer. I reccomend trying out rainbow roll. We had a variety of sushi due to the discount. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good environment. The teriyaki tofu was bit too sweet though.
J. K.
Salmon was huge but Not the freshest, in my opinion. Order at own risk. But buffet was a wide spread. Delivery speed was alright as well. This Asian male staff has really terrible attitude, and temper but he tried his best to tone it down. And it's really not necessary to assume a customer's country of origin, it doesn't make you more superior in any way.
J. G.
One of the best places for traditional Japanese food.
I can't rate it high enough.
The staff are super helpful both with the food and how best to do things.
The food is all cooked in view and tastes great.
The bubble tea was amazing.
This is now one of my favourite places to eat. A true hidden gem in Nottingham.
A. P.
Slightly upmarket spacious restaurant on three serving floors with "eat as much as you like" option - but ONLY for 2 or more people.
As I was alone only option was a la carte.
Food good quality - Kimchi, Flying Fish Roe Gunkan, Yellow Tail Sashimi fresh and very tasty but Rock&Roll Uramaki uneven with low ratio of protein.
Soy sauce on table could be better quality.
Meal finished with nice and not to sweet Matcha Fondant & ice cream 👌
Restaurant very clean include restroom, empty plates taken quick, reasonable waiting time for dishes.
Now I need to explain why 4 not 5 stars :
- on arrive I was "welcome" by female server (wearing red shirt, short hair, middle age). Initially after first suprise that "eat as much.." offer is not for single person she pass me menu cart to decide and left me alone. Restaurant wasn't busy, about half of tables on one from three floors taken only.
After few minutes I get her attention again and was taken to table.
She quickly remove second plate and sheet to order unlimited menu (well,I was already told is not for me 😕). When I started to make order I have to ask her back twice because she show me back before I finish. And even when she repeat my drinks choice my tea didn't arrive.
After some time I get attention of other server and he bring me my tea, hurray 😒. When I complaint to him about first approach and attitude of female he apologise - and soon after manager lady arrived. We had constructive chat with "we just open and we working hard to be best" conclusion. Processional and appreciate.
So half star down, half up. BUT:
- unlimited menu is confusing, with extra charge for some of items and limit of 6 meals in one time per table, disregards how many people on table !
(Warning! if you didn't finish everything you could / will be charged full price 😱)
- If your child is over 1.2 m. will be charged full price (that mean my 6 y.o eating like adult ?! 😠). Rather expensive for families then...
- and there is compulsory 10% service charge on top of bill 👀
OVERALL good experience, with room for improvment, but worthy to give a try - and I wish them best, as I love good sushi and will be back there.
T. G.
The sushi was very lovely and the hot food tasted really nice and fresh. The all you can eat offer was easy to navigate, had quick service and very friendly staff!
l. d.
Normal amazing. Long waits. We went for all you could eat and it took 30 mins each time to get our sushi so we were limited to what we could order
N. T.
Had all you can eat menu. Service was great but the food is meh. Tempura was soft and pale, and all the hot food was bland and tasted the same. Sushi was fresh and tasty but the pieces are too big and have too much rice. Wouldn't visit again.
J. B.
Love this place. Great food, great service...once you get used to ordering from the App!
W. W.
The price and food were acceptable. Maybe it was a busy weekend, so we ordered a main course for a long time. The staff is very polite and helpful, and will greet and chat with the old customers.
A. C.
Food is great and great value. Half price lunch menu is 🔥 service can be a bit slow so allow time but it's worth it. Loads of non sushi options too.
I. H.
Best sushi in Notts! The bottomless sushi offer is amazing value, and the sushi is such high quality - they just keep bringing more to the table! Highly recommend - service was so friendly and helpful. Loved their recommendations.
S. W.
We were recommended here by a friend when our usual place to eat didn't have any chicken or beef products in. So glad we did as the food was amazing and the decor is beautiful. Special thankyou to the amazing lady who was super sweet and made my 4 year olds evening being so kind and lovely, she chatted about her all the way home 🖤
L.
Sushi 👍🏻,won't recommend noddles
Tofu and Fried chicken are really good!
Two person= £20 (choose 50% menu)
L. T.
AMAZING. Honestly, we're frequent Yo Sushi goers and they are nothing compared to Sushimania. At Sushimania you get nicer food and bigger portions for a cheaper price! What more can you ask for? Mai (I so hope i spelt your name right) you were incredible!! You were so welcoming to us and especially our little boy Jacob. Thanks again xx
L. H.
Order via app which had to be downloaded during visit after connecting to WiFi so a bit of a faff. Food was delicious serves typical sushi options. Staff are very friendly and a nice atmosphere inside.
R. M.
Loved sushimania! I went during the 50% menu, so much choice to choose from and all tasted amazing. Definitely recommed trying the Ugani dish and Salmon Teriaki - really delicious. Worth every penny.
C. L.
This was such a wonderful experience! The staff are professional and friendly, the food is amazing and the choice is so vast! Really do have to pay compliments to the chef's for such consistent turn out and high quality dishes. It can get very busy so I would recommend booking but definitely recommend
K. H.
I really enjoyed my experience at sushi mania..I ate out last Thursday with a group of friends from work..I was the only vegan which is always a concern when eating out that food could easily get mixed up. They gave me my own pin to order food with labeled vegan and it was all plated up completely separately to the other food. I was also given an allergy menu so I could check to see if the food was vegan.
When the food was brought out it was made very clear which was mine. Very reassuring and only left me with the worry of clearing my plate!
I think the rules regarding paying what's left on the table is a great idea to prevent food waste!
I really enjoyed the night and will definitely go back again!
B. C.
Sushi us fine, but tempura frying temperature seems too low, nit crispy at all.
Price is reasonable, service us good.
D.
The table ordering app is so complicated (feels a bit like a cyber risk to my phone) and the surcharges for leftovers make dinner feel like a negotiation... Despite this, pleasant enough though. Food is good value for money.
K. C.
Lovely staff! Amazing food, I would definitely recommend coming here for their "all you can eat" menu!
H. C.
Friendly and helpful staff 5 stars
Food 2 stars
Environment 4 stars
G. C.
Food was lovely, we all enjoyed it. The service was outstanding. Prices are good. However we did order a bit too much by accident and ended up paying £80 (family of 2 adults and 2 kids), but this was not the restaurants fault. We will go back again, food was amazing.
Y. K. (.
The all you can eat deal for ~£16 a person is fantastic. Wide selection of sushi and other dishes. The fish quality is decent, but not the best I've had, although for the price it's definitely worth a try.
H. L.
All you can eat, limited menu, £23each
A. B.
Excellent value and quality all you can eat sushi and other bits. Lovely service too.
C. A.
Good was delicious! Unfortunately quote pricey so make sure you go there expecting to pay quite a bit. Another down point, when ordering you need to get the attention of the waiters but they keep their heads down. We waited 20 minutes before we managed to get the attention. Was quite disappointed on service end, food was delicious tho.
M. N.
Very nice selection for all you can eat. Good price, design , atmosphere 😊
s. w.
We came here after church on Christmas Eve... the dining room was lovely with incredibly comfy chairs and the ladies lavatory was clean and modern...my friend and I ate from the Bottomless menu...all the food was fresh and delicious and the service was polite and friendly--will definitely return.
c. a.
Visited last night in a group of 11 of us... service was fantastic, manager was lovely - make sure they explain the concept clearly i.e. how many dishes you can order at a time, etc. Sushi, tempura, katsu, ramen, yakitori dishes all great. Lots of choice available, all delicious and great value at just 16.80pp! Would recommend
K. L.
Incredible service, really friendly staff. Got us seated in just a couple of minutes at Saturday lunch time
Z. T.
Had a rocky start but honestly this is the only place to get sushi in Nottingham.
Tasty fresh sushi and half price/bottomless menu is great, service can be a little slow at busy times but even still the manager is absolutely lovely, always running around working hard and will happily chat about your visit and how you've been, they make you feel like your regular custom is important, so glad to see it growing and becoming a really great venue for sushi, a trip worth your time.
:)
W. A.
Cost atmosphere, food all are nice and fresh, recommended place to eat with friends and families 👍
D. A.
Eat here fairly often and it's always good. Occasionally very good. Is it the best sushi I've ever had? No, but the all you can eat menu is exceptional value, especially because you can have sashimi included in it. Also the service is always excellent and friendly, even when busy.
L. C. R.
Had a buffet style dinner here. The concept seemed odd but it actually worked. Had some lovely food and tried stuff I'd never tried before.
S. A.
All you can eat is amazing, wheelchair accessible kind and friendly staff would recommend so much
R. H.
Best sushi I have ever had.
Amazing experience.
Loved the staff and how friendly they were also.
The food does come to your table very fast.
Some more range would be good
l.
Cheap price
Great Japanese cuisine in uk
But the not enough waiters
Need to wait for a long time to have a sit, order and other services
S. P.
We come here all the time! All the staff are always incredible. Reading some of these posts about staff being rude. Has to be the wrong place also I think people jump so easily to complain about small things and it's stupid. We had a lovely waitress new she was and she was being trained by the lovely manager. When trying to open our bottle of wine the cork screw fell on the floor by accident and they apologized so much they cleaned the cork screw and continued. There was no need to apologise these things happen. The food everytime we have been is amazing red hot and delicious... This is our favourite place! We love it.
C. W.
First time visiting Sushimania. It was superb. Food was served quickly and super hot. We got the all you can eat so had many different dishes (gyoza, soba noodles, tempura veg etc). Everything was delicious! The lady that served our table (forgive me, I didn't catch her name, but I guess she was management/supervisor as she was dressed differently to the rest of the staff) she was brilliant. We had our 4 year old daughter with us, she MADE some easy to use chopsticks from and elastic band and a napkin. She also helped with the ordering process via the app. She really went above and beyond to help, a huge credit to the restaurant! Will definitely return here again, new favourite restaurant!!
A.
Yum...this was our first visit...the food was so fresh and served instantly after ordering. The restaurant decor is trendy and the customer service initially great. Initially thought we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated, but it really wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend this place.
C. T.
Amazing food, even better service, definitely recommended and will be returning
W. G.
Always go all you can eat, recommended particularly with four or more to get a good selection to share. All food was excellent - especially the beef skewers - with the one exception of the octopus, which was a tad rubbery. Also be aware that drinks are expensive but that's pretty standard for this sort of place and considering the value in AYE it balances out in the end anyway. Staff all pleasant and friendly too.
C. C.
Food was amazing, absolutely flawless. Such a wide menu and tons of variety.
G. T.
I have visited my son and his partner this week. They took me to sushi mania, omg the food was amazing. Its so beautiful inside and it was more spacious than I thought it would be. The staff were just lovely, so helpful and polite. The best food and service I certainly have experienced in years. So well sushi mania keep up the great work you do. To the people that cook and prepare all that beautiful food, you have my total respect. Amazing guys and thankyou. See you again
D. G.
Fantastic food, fantastic staff just a little too noisy for my liking.
N. A.
Amazing experience, food was delicious, staff were so friendly. I went for all you can eat which was well worth the money. 10/10 would recommend.
R. g.
The food here is lovely and you get a wide variety - all you can eat for £18.80 is certainly worth it! Alongside the food, the staff made us feel so welcome and were really hospitable. Cecilia, in particular, was so warm, friendly and helpful, really making our evening so enjoyable. Highly recommend!
G. M.
Amazing service as always! The staff are lovely and so patient even with disturbances from rude customers.
A. K.
The bottomless menu is great value for sushi, and the servers where polite and frequently came to our table to pick up plates. Most of the food was delicious, but a lot of their sauces in the dishes were overly salty or acidic. The salad had an overly strong vinegar taste which was off putting and the Chicken Katsu was good but the sauce was again much too salty. Though have to say the Nigiri dishes were delicious and now I know what dishes to avoid, would definitely come again.
M. H.
Clean, nice ambience, easy to order using their app. Friendly staffs.
S. H.
Honestly my favourite sushi place in the area. Affordable and very fresh. I have ordered from them many times (probably close to 10 times since moving to Nottingham a year ago) without any issues (other than long queues certain days, which can be a bit chaotic). However, everyone at this restaurant have been polite and nice whenever I have picked up the food. Have tried other places but always come back to Sushimania!
C. D.
The layout is very nice with the atmosphere feeling very relaxed. The staff were well mannered and the process of ordering made very clear. So many choices to choose from which was all fantastic. We went as a group of 6 and all left very full. Highly recommended 👌
P. B.
Went for lunch on a Sunday, pleased we booked as people were queuing out of the door.
The restaurant use a phone app to allow you to order food for the table, ordered a few plates and drinks and some tap water - drinks arrived, food arrived in dribs and drabs - water didnt come.
Ordered some more plates, again came in dribs and drabs - but again, no water. Asked one of the waiters for some water - none came.
Finally some water came, after 90 minutes - along with one of the Sushi plates we had ordered when we first arrived.
I guess what Im getting at is that the service, in fact no, not the service - as the staff were super friendly - the waiting times were way too long for the cold items. Hot foods came at a pace, but the sushi rolls etc took far too long....and we shouldnt have to ask 3 times for a drink of water.
Nice place, decent food, but on this occasion - very slow service.
D. D.
My order was delivered in 71 minutes via deliveroo. I wish to check reviews here before order. I can see they are not good with deliveries.
Sushi was good but tempura was horrible. Driver try to convince me that tempura must be served cold. It was ice cold, greasy and cooked in overused oil. Portion size doesn't justify price they charge. I would not order any hot food.
A. S.
Amazing tasty food, service, atmosphere. Super delishious !! I recommend it in 200%! I was there first time but I am sure, not last. Already can't wait for next time eat lunch there.
S. S.
Food was absolutely amazing and the portion size was great. The serving staff were so attentive and polite throughout.
A. L.
Tried the all you can eat menu and it was great! The same price I’d spend in other places here but get nowhere near the amount of food, and if ordering just sushi the price would be higher. I loved the prawn tempura, prawn tempura roll, avocado salmon roll and chicken katsu amongst many others. The food arrived extremely quickly and it was easy to order through the app, staff were also very helpful and nice.
M. Z.
Delicious food, attentive staff, quick service and amazing value for money. Vegan markers on the menu would help some people with different diets. The app is really simple to use to order.
E. B.
All you can eat sushi x what more can you want

This place is excellent, the food is very fresh and the staff helpful and polite!

It's called a sushi buffet but the sashimi, salmon and eel sushis are limited. Quality of food is borderline acceptable. Ambience and service was good though!
H. P.
Food was good, nice experience however the service was a little slow. Good place to go with friends to sit and chat and have a leisurely meal

Perfect food, atmosphere is great. Timing of the service and food was perfect also. A great sociable meal with friends.

Unbelievably good food. Lovely staff and great atmosphere.

Food is really great, however a bit confusing menu at the start.

Great value and tasty fresh sushi, cant go wrong!

10/10 great value for price. Decent sushi.
M.
Love it. Always very pleasant service. Has an app to order items for the all you can eat sushi
S. P.
We come here all the time! All the staff are always incredible. Reading some of these posts about staff being rude. Has to be the wrong place also I think people jump so easily to complain about small things and it's stupid. We had a lovely …
Z. T.
Had a rocky start but honestly this is the only place to get sushi in Nottingham. …
C. A. N.
The makis are not very good
The rest is fine
Desserts are extra of the bottom-less menu
a. b.
Food was all amazing and came fast, service was great. The all you can eat menu is great value for money. If you're after sushi/japanese food this is the place to go
K. S. Y.
The food, people and environment are good.
B. B.
Staff are super friendly, and the food is great, I go here a few times month with my wife and we both love it! Best option is the all you can eat!
F. L.
Good value. Especially for all you can eat.
H. P.
Food was good, nice experience however the service was a little slow. Good place to go with friends to sit and chat and have a leisurely meal
J. M.
Great food, great place! Would highly recommend
L.
First time here, loved the atmosphere and food. Staff friendly and polite, great service all round. Highly recommended.
N.
I really love their sushi! I think it's definitely worth the price for the amount of sushi you can eat! The only reason I didn't rate it any higher is the customer service is lacking, especially when it gets very busy. Staff often forget you've ordered and there's a mix up between table orders. Perhaps, re-organising their order system to be digital and that way people would know what they have ordered and if it has been delivered. I continue to go to this restaurant because their food is delicious!
C. F.
Amazing and delicious! Best place for Japanese food in Nottingham! Excelente food, good price and good staff. Recommend it 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
S. W.
Great value and tasty fresh sushi, cant go wrong!
R. F.
Been here a couple of times now. The offers they have are great, especially half price lunch time menu. The buffet is good value for money if you're up for a massive meal. The quality of the sushi is not as good as a non-buffet sushi restaurant, nevertheless it tastes good.
Food is served quickly but given how busy it is getting the bill at the end can get late. Staff are friendly and explain how their service works.
Bit chilly in the restaurant, my other half had to wear her jacket while eating.
D. R.
Visited for the first time this week and have mixed reviews. The restaurant is very nice and inside it is far nicer than it appears from the street. The first thing that hit me was the poor, if not 'bizarre' service. The waiter who dealt with us was simply useless. He kept having to be told what to do by a colleague which didn't add much to our experience. The food '50% offers' (lunchtine), seemed amazing, until, 25 minutes after we ordered, a different waitress came and advised the £25 dish we ordered was not part of the deal! As we'd waited so long we didn't have time to change this. The food itself was worthy of 5/5. All very fresh and tasty. The very poor service means I can't give any more than 3/5and probably won't return for that reason.
Y. C.
It's called a sushi buffet but the sashimi, salmon and eel sushis are limited. Quality of food is borderline acceptable. Ambience and service was good though!
T.
Food is great but service not so much. Had to wait downstairs with no one even paying attention to me for a good 5 minutes. Then had to wait another 10 minutes or so trying to get someone's attention to order. Food came and no wasabi brought over, when I asked the waitress for some and some water she said okay and then started cleaning tables and wandered off. There was one waitress who was lovely and it seems she was running around doing everything
k. g.
Great service, great food and great price
P. P.
Amazing selection of food.
The best place to eat Asian food in all Nottingham.
They have a dine in buffet option that allows you to eat so much food that you'll be bursting.
Amazing service, positive vibes inside, and a excellent customer service experience.
Words cannot describe how amazing this sushimania restaurant is. ❤️
B. T.
Their food is of good quality. I especially like to order the oyako Don, a must-try. Their ingredients are really fresh.
Staffs are friendly, especially the female manager who treated us as friends. Could be really busy in the afternoon as many customers like their all-you-can-eat bundle at about £16, but surely your order will be attended shortly.
Highly recommended.
F. F.
Amazing Japanese food, reasonably priced all-you-can-eat buffet with a lovely menu for both sushi and hot food. Service is very well-adapted for public health safety and coronavirus concerns. Would recommend again and again and again!!!
C. K.
Loved the food, awesome staff. I did feel like the front of house were stressed with the pressure of a slow service however. We had to flag them down a lot and was left for long periods of time with no check back or explanations. Understandably the food isn't quick food to make, however I think if there were more chefs it would make it more streamline.
H. P.
We had “all you can eat sushi” and it was much better than we expected. Before we went, we read the reviews that the service was bad or slow, but everybody there was really friendly and the food came out so quick that we had to keep up with it! All the sushi and dishes were great and I’d highly recommend! (We got 50% off for all you can eat sushi dinner on Monday as a part of the Eat out Help out scheme :-), so it was even better!)
N. B.
The reviews here are a bit ridiculous. I was in on a fairly busy Saturday night. The staff were friendly and attentive. They got a bit muddled at times but in general they communicated very well. The food was consistently very good. The salmon sashimi was fantastic and plentiful. The manager told me she orders it in from London because the local salmon isn't good enough, and I can believe her. Fifteen pounds for a house bottle of wine. Food comes out quickly and regularly. Not sure why they're getting such a kicking on here - we need this in Nottingham!
I. H.
Food delicious!!! Definitely, I will be back
D. M.
Very great quality at a low price. We went for the "all you can eat" experience.
M.
Love it. Always very pleasant service. Has an app to order items for the all you can eat sushi
k. i.
Amazing sushi. Favourite place to eat out in Nottingham.
V. M.
Brilliant! The best service I've ever had and it surpassed my expectations! The staff were wonderful and really helpful as it was our first time trying it and they were lovely! The food was spectacular and when you order it seems like your getting a lot of food at once but they bring it out 1 tray at a time and it really helped! I loved it so much i can't wait to go again!
S. R. (. R.
A group of 5 of us went last night and didn't have long as we were going to a show. We started getting a bit twitchy about not having time to eat as it was quite busy so mentioned it to the manager and he did an incredible job at rushing our order through and kept coming back to check if we needed anything else adding on. Yes the food does take longer than chain sushi restaurants but it is all fresh and prepared to order so definitely worth it!
M. V.
Food was bussin, service was fast, music good vibes
C. V.
Visited Nottingham last night (Friday) really enjoyed it. Waitress was superb. Really nice and explained everything really well. Didn’t wait long for food. The way the food comes in stages is great (and needed). Enjoyed both the sushi and the hot stuff we ordered. Don’t go mad and order loads there is plenty. Excellent value for money. You will get some food of better quality elsewhere but I genuily thought the food was good and we came out stuffed for under £17!
T. B.
Perfect food, atmosphere is great. Timing of the service and food was perfect also. A great sociable meal with friends.
O. T.
Very good menu and the half price option for lunch makes it decent value. However the service, particularly when waiting for our bill was very slow and they add on a service charge at that! The venue itself was busy but it was lacking in some style and appropriate atmosphere. I'd give it another chance as the food was good and there's not loads of choice for cheap sushi in Nottingham.
N. S.
If you want to devour endless amounts of sushi but are not too concerned about the quality, as long as it tasted good!.. Then this is a place for you. If you want to eat from the a la carte menu, then you can find better places around. The buffet is £15 for adults and half price for children. You can order up to 6 items at a time, per table, the food is then served fresh. Some dishes have an additional charge and any wasted food may be added to the bill. So enjoy yourself! But be sensible, no need to waste food now is there.
N. D.
Been twice now in the last couple of months - the food is really tasty, however they really damage themselves we've their awful service. One male waitor walked past our table for about 20 minutes in an empty lunch time resturest and completely ignored the pile of use plates, bowls and glasses. When he came to give us the rest of our food he just places the fresh plates onto the old ones. It takes forever to get a drink or served, i think if you weren't confident to ask for service you'd never be served. This happened on both occasions which is sad because the restaurant has the potential to be amazing but the floor staff need a class in hospitality!
It looks like from the reviews I'm not the only one with this opinion.
L. H.
I've been here twice. Loved it the first time and the food was really good. Great if you want to try lots of different dishes. Second time was a little disappointing. Seated to dine at 10pm without being told there was a limited menu as they were closing soon. Was given the all you can eat menu and order sheet. At 10.25pm we were told the all you can eat menu was not available even though we'd been given order sheets and menus? Also had to ask for a glass of water 4 times.
w. 1.
The food is honestly amazing and extremely cheap especially if you manage to get it for half price cheaper. The amount of food you get given is absolutely shocking and I always leave the restaurant with a full stomach but u personally see that as an advantage. However the service is quite poor. I visited this restaurant multiple times and each time I spend more time waiting than eating.
D. F.
Nottingham: I really wanted to like this place. And it has some excellent things going for it. The ambience is good and, although slightly confusing, I liked the buffet style-all you can eat approach. It helped to make choices.
The service was slow and poor, particularly at the start. It took a while for anything to get ordered and then delivered.
They didn't advise some wines only come in bottles; my wife ordered wine and had to make a split decision in the moment whether to have a whole bottle or not when it arrived (ages later, it felt like). Advise when ordering, surely?
I also believe they have some kind of in house procedure; after our 2nd order our bill arrived without asking. Almost like a "you've had enough, get out". We ordered a plate with beef and it was delivered without beef. One of our plates had a single portion, not a double. These little things could have been mishaps, but it felt like underhanded tactics to make us eat less of their food for the same money.
The food was nice, not ground breaking; it has some things it could much improve upon.
J. R.
After another restaurant let our group down they managed to fit our group of 8 in at the last minute on a Saturday night. Staff was excellent, service a tad slow but acceptable for a Saturday. Food was excellent and will visit again soon.
C.
Food is very fresh and delicious! Worth waiting a short time for! Staff very friendly and welcoming! Will definitely return! The unlimited buffet is only 3 order rounds within an hour 45 serving time.... We never made 3 rounds... Absolutely stuffed! Thoroughly recommend a visit! 😉
J. H.
Great food, great prices, shocking service! I've been here a few times and the orgernisation is utter chaos. The staff are friendly and I've never experienced anyone rude, but the management of the staff is abysmal. No one seems to have delegated roles, everyone is doing everything, and it simply does not work. 20mins to be seated at our visibly empty table. 30mins to try and make eye contact for someone to come take our order. 15mins to flag down someone to get the bill. We wait 20mins for someone to take our card for payment before we threw money down and left without anyone noticing. If I was less honest, I could have got away without paying!
M. H.
First time I have ever tried sushi - was not disappointed! This place also made it very easy to understand how it all works and enjoyed the whole end to end experience! Would come back again no questions asked!
A. L.
Great food and decent prices but we had quite a bad experience :/ The waiter dropped a glass of water on our table which spilled across the table and my friend's lap. Didn't say sorry, but 'don't worry it's only water' instead and left to get a table cloth, wiped away about half of the water then disappeared. I had to go to another waitress to get another cloth and a new plate to wipe everything dry. What was meant to be an amazing japanese experience was ruined by one rude waiter. Impressed with your food quality but seriously, please hire qualified waiters or at least someone who know what being polite means.
Apart from that one male waiter everyone else was wonderful.
L. L.
2 of us went there to try out the bottomless menu, which allow 3 rounds of "bottomless" ordering from 2 pages of selections. Each round allows 6 units per page.
Long wait at the reception area.
Poor waiter service. After handed the order sheet to one of the passing waiter, it was then promptly ignored and not until we have chased up the order, They then said they will prioritise our food.
Once the initial food order started arriving, the service seemed to improve.
You cant fault the food quality, they were fresh, tasty, may be made you a little over thirsty to boost the drink sales.
A good food experience but let down by its service, which makes that 10% service charge a little hard to stomach.
M. S.
10/10 great value for price. Decent sushi.
S. Z.
Excellent food and excellent service. It was our first time dining there. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place for people who love sushi.
A. N.
Good eating place and yummy food
H. G.
Overall I enjoyed eating at sushi mania Nottingham, there were some timing issues that consisted of first orders and drinks coming after 40 mins (when there is a time limit for all you can eat its not great honestly) and the rules were not explained to us properly which wasn't great either, this was clearly a result of there not being many staff, and perhaps the ordering system could be a bit more efficient.
However the quality of the sushi was great, the stir fries were a bit watery and didn't taste like real yakisoba but the yakitori was good.
Overall once it gets over its teething problems I think it'll be a better place to visit.
S. P.
Literally the best sushi I've had in the UK. After visiting Japan and experiencing the amazing food there, I've been longing to find that same taste at home. Sushimania knows what they're doing with their food and you can tell that the ingredients in their dishes are fresh and of high quality.
Be warned that currently service may take a little longer than usual, but I cannot fault it because the food is an absolute pleasure to eat. Ignore the other 'average joes' who are 1 starring because of long wait times (and not even saying anything about the food!), they should just go back to their regular fast food joints.
For people searching for an authentic sushi experience, eat here!!! They even deliver from their website with a loyalty scheme too :D
m.
Fantastic food and really friendly, helpful service. Unbelievable value for money too at under £17 for bottomless sushi. Dishes come as they are ready - similar to tapas style - so best to order as a group and share everything
J. E.
What an experience! loved the food, loved the experience, staff were incredible and extremely helpful, if you like Japan, anime, sushi or anything to do with Japan then give this place a visit!
K. S.
The food would be 5 stars if we do not have that absolutely salt rice with part of the sushi. Was really to much salt in the rice. I hope it not happen again in a next time.
The place is great but we have a group with 8 in two tables and just 1 menu was available (we asked). This makes things difficult, so please, more menus for the tables.
I recommend the salmon sushi, it is really delicious and the soup... I just can't remember what soup's name, sorry, it is not helpful haha
P. S. B.
My First time at the restaurant. I saw the all you can eat sign outside. Waited 10 minutes for a table. Was given the all you can eat order list. I filled it out and ordered. Eventually someone's can back to my table and told me there needs to be 2 or more persons for the all you can eat price, so I was given the choice to reorder paying separately or leave. I stayed. Food was average. Service a bit chaotic. My sashami came with wasabi and ginger. Had to request it twice before I got it. I will try other places before I return.
s. g.
Food was amazing. I mean just superb. Service was sadly lacking. Long waits between courses. Had to remind them to bring our drinks. Waiting to get the bill was ridiculous. Plus the non optional 10% service charge.
V. C.
Wonderful! Great food, friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere. There is a flight of stairs but a lift is provided. All flavours are balanced perfectly everything is fresh, down to the wasabi. Perfect dining experience.
D. H.
Visited a short while ago for a friends birthday, food was okay but waited ages for the first dish we ordered. After repeatedly asking for said dish it finally arrived...much to our diappointment. Katsu Chicken did not live up to expectations. What made it worse we were then charged a service charge when actually we did not really receive any service AND then asked to walk to nearest cash point as card machine was 'broken'. No apology or anything! Tax dodging if you ask me.
T. J.
Good friendly service. Food very good. Portions làrge. Too easy to over order 🙂. We had an issue with the cold air conditioning, however. We will be more careful when being seated in future.
S. C.
Very good quality food and enjoyable dining experience. The service was fairly slow, and it's not a cheap place, but all you can eat, good quality Japanese food(cooked to order) for £17.80, is reasonable and worth what you pay for. Overall would recommend
J. H.
Food good nothing special though. Pricey I went with 3 adults and child of 10 years and they charged full price for her and she didn't eat anything only 3 chicken in batter pieces as she didn't like it. They wasn't pleased when I asked if they could take the £8.50 service charge off. Don't think that I will be going back 👎
C. A.
Always love coming here for lunch and dinner. Food is fresh and delicous. The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is the automatic service charge that is added to the bill. There is very little interaction with the servers as they just bring the food I've ordered through what I've scribbled down on the paper they provide since they mostly do all you can eat.
C. A. N.
The makis are not very good
The rest is fine
Desserts are extra of the bottom-less menu
M. M.
The food is great, tastes even better during the half price deal hours!! Quality overall is fantastic, no dish has disappointed me thus far. Location is in town which is perfect if you are visitint nottingham or a local as Nottingham public transport makes it easy to get around.
B. 2.
Had a delicious sushi feast for only a fraction of what I'd usually pay as well as the service being very warm and friendly so I therefore have to completely disagree with some of the previous comments. If you like Japanese food and haven't been yet, you need to check this place out!
K. H.
Only lost a star due to waiting over an hour for our food but it was valentines and really busy so totally expected and wasn't a problem as the food when it did arrive was amazing and the staff were all lovely and really helpful. Will definitely be back :)
S. C.
Food was really good, and came out very quick. Only downside was that it took a while to have our order taken and to pay. Also difficult trying to order additional drinks as it's hard to get someone's attention.
R. A.
One of my favourite places in Nottingham due to the all factors you can find here.
Nice service, great food, beautiful location, fast serving.
You should try mochi as dessert and here I always have the best bubble tea!
A. S.
Nice place, some sushi pieces are enormous so just stay clear of those! Good flavours and the fish seemed fresh. Overall recommend.
J. S.
Lovely food. Be careful not to over-order on the all-you-can-eat as it's surprisingly filling and they charge a la carte rates per dish for wastage. I've managed to avoid this so far, but be warned.
D. P.
Unbelievably good food. Lovely staff and great atmosphere.
J. “. M.
Went Here with my fience for are anerversary last night. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the place had read some or the reviews about the all you can eat menu charging extra and stuff and was a little worried a little. However the food was really well done and all made fresh. The staff where very helpful only downfall I had was ordered a couple of cokus and they took a while to come to the table however water was always around to get so it made up for it
J. B.
Loved it. Way better than my last experience in a different branch. Such value for money and incredible food. A nice restaurant, it really is. Excellent
M. L.
This is the fifth time we are here. We are here for lunch simply becuase of the amazing half price in the afternoon Monday - Sunday.
Food quality is above average. Definitely a must try sushi in nottingham for the good price.
Please do not expect a good service becuase the staffs are really busy serving on how the way it is operated.
E. B.
A bit confusing with online menu and buffet.
Ordered sushi and chicken ramen. Cheap, but very average.
C. 1.
Food is delicious, service was very slow, went as a group of 5 we had to ask a few times if they could take our orders feel its not worth the recent price rise! Shame as the food we did have was delicious
M. S.
Amazing food and value, staff let it down a little but can't always be perfect
D. M.
Have been a couple of times and haven't been disappointed. It is popular, so if you do go at a peak time, then be prepared to wait for a bit. Last time we went, we had the 'all you can eat' option and although it does have some restrictions, we definitely felt like we had our money's worth. I would recommend them.
A. B.
Food quality was superb, all tasted really great. Table next to us weren't so great after their experience, but the manager spoke to us after our meal and she was really friendly & genuinely apologetic.
L. L.
Went for all you can eat option on Tuesday evening. We had three rounds of orders, all of the food was of great quality and service was good even with a busy restaurant. Definitely recommend!
S. B.
Great sushi with very friendly customer service, all at a reasonable price. Go after 10pm (but order before 10:30!) To get almost everything half price. Really good value!
J. K.
Good quality sushi and good service. Very generous with the rice so be careful not to over order if you are eating from the all you can eat menu!
p.
I love sushi. Well I use to love most now only theirs. Great atmosphere. Chilled and cool. The manager is so lovely she treats us like family so.welcoming. the food is good. Can take a while when its busy but so so worth a few mins wait. I would recommend this place to everyone. Even those who think they don't like sushi. Defo worth a few trys. I can't wait to go again
O. D.
Had lunch yesterday, was spoilt for choice. Great prices amazing food and really great service our waitress was lovely. I would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.
Д. В. Ф.
We ordered a meal to collect on certain time, we came there a bit later due to parking issues and still needed to wait for the order. But rolls were amazing.
J. J.
The miso soup is spot.on, which is always a good benchmark for a Japanese restaurant. But how they manage to deliver the quality of each dish for such an incredibly decent price is beyond me. This is a current and firm favourite for quick and high quality food in Nottingham.
A.
Always a delight to dine here, such good quality food for excellent prices.
P. L.
The place is ok in terms of decor. The eat as much as you can deal is not worth the money in my opinion. You could have better food from the standard menu at the same price.
The service is slow and often need to ask several times for the same things.
C. T.
All you can eat Japan food
F. C.
Love the place. Had the early bird price.
Love the soft shell crab
And my fav Japanese dessert, green tea ice cream.
Would come more often if I lived there.
j. S. R.
Basically freshly hand made sushi in the very heart of Nottigham, I don't think you could beat that anywhere else in town. Definetivelly. The staff is amazing and willing to give advice in case of doubt, the exquisite menu will make your most delightful dreams come true.
Open kitchen for the most curious the bunch and freshly brought ingredients that make all difference ! No matter if you take away or stay in, you are in for a treat!!!
K. W.
It's fine. I think a lot of effort was put in when it first opened but the service and quality of the food have steadily declined. Not a bad place overall but I don't think we'll be back again.
a. t.
Great food. The customer service was amazing. They made a mistake with a dish I ordered and made sure they give me extra items.
A. M.
Best sushi place in Nottingham. I ordered delivery not only it arrived in less than 20 mins but when it did the food was still warm. Best chicken catsu curry I’ve tried in town.
L. A.
Absolutely wonderful establishment. The staff are super friendly and it is so entertaining and exciting to be at Sushimania, I would return each time if I could.
S. D.
One of my new favourite places to go and eat! Excellent range of Japanese to eat, staff are very friendly and the food is superb. 100% recommend for sushi beggingers or sushi masters!
Y. Y.
A good sushi place. Quite fresh with many options to choose. The ordering app they use is quite helpful.
N.
Clean fast good environment and sushi. I didnt care for the soup but the grazed beef and salmon sushi were 5 star. Large staircase and upstairs.
S. H.
Amazing, quality sushi, fantastic and friendly staff and the Manageress is always a delight. With their daily offers, I can't imagine going anywhere else for my sushi fix!
E. S.
I love to have some good time eating tasty sushi in this spot in town. Staff is nice and helpful. Very clean and a lovely design.
A. C.
Very strange etiquite, good food, but had to pay for food that I didn't like as it wasn't done in the typical way (don't order anything with spicy sauce) was also told that we couldn't chat in the bar after the meal was over and we're politely moved from the foyer onto the street!
A. M.
Good sushi at moderate price
S.
The food took a bit long but the sushi and buffet is worth it if you're in for quantity of course. The starters of the buffet are average so I'd recommend picking some sushi and the skewers as they're the best out of the buffet.
M. T.
Lovely meal and a wide range to choose from. A bit slow on the delivery of food. Had to prompt staff on missing items.
Beware of service charge added to bill.
Very naughty.
M. J. F.
Great food. Nice service. I ate more than I can take.
Z. E.
Always top tier food and service. Genuinely one of my favourite food places in Nottingham!
S. P.
Terriyaki was amazing
Eaten a lot of sushi living in London there's lots of choice not yet found all you can eat til this place, loved every minute of it booked again to come back. Food takes time to come out but I get it
S. B.
My daughter and I love this place. The food is amazing and the staff always make you feel welcome. Great value for money.
A. O.
Superb place excellent food, wonderful service. Sunday evening and packed, but still friendly happy staff. Can't wait to go again!
A. G.
Love sushi? Then come here, talk to your server they will help, can't see your fav dish they will try make it, nothing seems too much. Very yummy
C. N.
Waited for over an hour for a take out.
L. M.
The best sushi in Nottingham, very friendly and fast service, but I don't understand why people complain about it. It has been nice since the first time that we have been there. It's getting better every time. Thank you guys
B. R.
Fairly generic sushi restaurant with some elaborate all you can eat type deal at some times and for some items (found it quite confusing). I'm assuming its target demographic is mainly students. Staff are friendly despite seeming fairly overworked. Didn't try the hot food, but the sushi was ok if nothing particularly special.
G. Z.
All you can eat.
4 of us went f or the all you can eat. Completely pigged out and couldn't finish what we've been given. Amazing expereience and suggest going back. Bit pricey though but worth it.
A. T.
Sushi was very nice, but appetisers were very dissapointing. The service is also terrible.
T. W.
Yeah good. A couple of dishes missing, and service slows right down during rush hour, but hey... "All you can eat" so no major moans!
D. A.
Brilliant for half price sushi and all you can eat on a Sunday
We have tried a whole bunch of new sushi dishes we wouldn't have thought to try before because it's essentially all you can eat from their selected menu. Definitely worth a go
D. C.
Lovely Sushi! Great way to try out new sushi and other dishes. Went with a group and we all shared the food so I tried out lots. Definitely would go again!
Y. L. H.
The food there was nice!! But there's a staff ruin the services there. Asked him for some order and the order never came, need to asked from another staff.
A. T.
The food is amazing the service is excellent . The staff are happy to help and explain the options. You really get good value for money.
E. T.
Very tasty food and lots of selection. I like the way you order on the bit of paper. Service was rather slow though
P. P.
Great variety of excellent tasty food. I definitely recommend to any foodie lover.
S. O.
My daughter ordered food from sushimania for the third time, hands up.excellent
One of the best, had sushi everywhere, even in Japan, one of the best, well done
H. G.
kind of like it here, nice style with friendly staff, also fresh foods
R. C.
Was a lovely meal, all the food was good n well portioned. The food did arrive a bit slow but it was a busy dinner so it seemed reasonable.
T. G.
All you can eat menu has a good selection, clean, good atmosphere. Limited selection on the sashimi and dishes can take a while to arrive
D. S.
Great food, great customer service, friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
M.
The bottomless is such good value for money. Food all prepared fresh and great taste. Never disappoints.
E. G.
Went for Sunday lunch at sushimania today, it was busy but the food came out quickly and the service was fast and friendly. The sushi was first class and not too expensive.
D. S.
Great food in a really nice environment. Staff are all super friendly and prices are good too. Highly recommend
A.
Great food and atmosphere before and after the new owners
A. M.
Bottomless Sushia Menu! So much variety!
F. P. C.
All you can it is the best option and everything was so delicious 😋 I would definitely recommend it to anyone even if you don’t like sushi, this restaurant is worthy to try! ❤️

Best sushi I've had in Nottingham and really friendly service.

Incredible food and despite some poor reviews on here, we found the service excellent. Friendly and helpful staff and the food we ordered was quick and fresh.

Good quality sushi, service a little hectic but a busy place. Don't over order or you'll pay for what you don't eat on all you can eat menu!

Fast service, good sushi, expansive but expensive menu. Highly recommended for sushi in Nottingham.

The food is excellent and the waiters are wonderful. Service can go a bit slow when the restaurant is full but it's usually well worth the wait.

Good food, although a bit expensive. The staff seems to be always in a hurry, which makes the wait time not so great.

The food, people and environment are good.

Their interpretation of sushi is absolutely delightful and food is of a good standard, if the drink menu was slightly bigger and food wait shorter there you go the 5th star

Great food, ordering style for the table 'all you can eat' is really good; able to sample loads of different foods from the menu.

This is a must if you like an abundance of good quality Japanese food. The staff are great and service is very professional.

Amazing food, and the all you can eat menu is diverse and really enjoyable. The only thing that can be slightly improved is table service.

Blue sea deluxe
Went for the sharing box. For £72 its not cheap BUT. That is the best sushi I've ever tasted and it was more than enough for 2.

Good atmosphere, sushi was decent but nothing out of this world. Service was ok. All around a pretty average sushi restaurant.

Food is really good and the price is fantastic if you go for lunch, but sometimes the staff don't know what they are serving you and it gets confusing if you are with a large group of people.

Food was generally great and good value but it took half an hour to get our bill by shouting for a waiter. Smh
