C. C. H. &. B. p.Sunday lunch needs amendment to vegetables were undercooked and needs a cauliflower cheese thicker gravey and flavour to all of it. Guiness tasted out of a can and chemical. Not good . Felt cold when sat down not cosy enough otherwise lively staff and nice place need attention to detail

H. G.I went here last night for the 1st time and was so impressed by the food. The venue itself was smaller than I thought. The portion sizes were really big for the price. The service was really quick and the staff were so attentive and polite. I will definitely be coming again. I might even take the kids as the price for the kids meals was really reasonable

C. L.Always lovely food. Very quiet when we visited which was early lunchtime. Pleasant atmosphere, staff are always friendly. We had pizzas which were delicious. The halloumi fries are great too. We have them every time! Pretty average prices. Not cheap but not overly expensive. They do some good offers but at certain times.

C. R.Sadly disappointed. Steak night last night, my husband got a 10oz rump steak and a pint of ale - good value offer at £9.95. I ordered the salmon and a soft drink. For £9.95 I got the tiniest piece of salmon on a huge plate of salad with chips, with half a pint of lemonade - in my mind that was not good value at all and frankly quite stingy. The choice of soft drinks linked to the steak night offer was very poor indeed, next to the choice of alcoholic drinks available. Despite this, I thought the food was tasty and well cooked. Service was efficient, polite and not overbearing.
F. C.It was our first chance to get together with familly. We were treated extreemely well the food was exellent and everyone was smiling, i highly reccomend The old flower shop. We came here some time befor the 1st lockdown and the standards ar as high now as they were then.

S. S.What a lovely place. Great ale and a good choice of gin! Fab atmosphere. Serves food in the day which sounds very interesting and at night is a proper buzzing spot in a great location. Nice staff too :-)
D. P.Have had some lovely meals here. Except for the last time we went.the chicken on the burgers was very dry and burnt.My granddaughters child's burger was dry and full of grissle and far to spicy. She wouldn't eat any of it.our food came out at different times.we had eaten ours before everyone's had come out.Also there is a very poor choice for anyone requiring gluten free.
O. M.This place is great, it's got great food and drinks with friendly and helpful staff. They have a load of seating I side so plenty of space for groups of friends, got a little bit of space outside too for when the weather's nice. Great place for some weekend d drinks with friends, not too expensive and really good food.

D. S.Great little gem, staff are bubbly and happy to have a laugh and joke unlike some miserable bars. Food excellent in the evenings but the Sunday roasts which could do with sprucing up as the meat was over cooked/dry and potatoes were boring I am afraid. Perhaps a dash of goose fat and rosemary will sort those out but overall good and will be back (except for a Sunday dinner) ooh and drink range is good too although perhaps a bigger range of gins are required (very popular these days).
