Went in for lunch on a Sunday. It was quiet, so our food came to us quickly. We ordered the Chicken burger and the Bacon double cheeseburger. Both were nice (though the bacon burger was a bit dry), and there's plenty of seating upstairs.

It has many tables including upstairs. I went there after 7pm, so upstairs was closed even the toilet. I ordered the food but couldn't allow to use toilet same as the others restaurants. Finally, I went back to collect my food and asked for toilet again. A staff at Burger King was very nice, he allowed me to use it. Thanks 😊 very much to him.

Food is nice, and the place itself but the staff need some further training or something.... I been there when was absolutely empty and the employee was walking towards the till, making eye contact but decided to hide and chat with his colleague, who then nudged him with his elbow to serve me......... I'm not high maintenance but as a customer I'd like to be served. And at least say hello, goodbye, thank you. As I am always polite. Which he didn't. While the store empty....not busy. One lady there is absolutely lovely, she was amazing serving me, I didn't catch her name, but when the guys (Saif) - saw on receipt - was at the till, they were ignoring me. Also, the guys wearing face coverings on their chins is not H&S standard.... I also work in retail so I get it, but it wasn't a pleasant interaction and discourages me to go there. Makes you feel like you disturb the staff from their walking around and chatting. Respect for the exceptions.

Very spacious 3 floors Burger King. Very clean despite number of clients. Rather small toilet for customers only. I have ate here many times and I always found a free table. Can get extremely busy when international student visit city during summer. The service sometimes is very slow with waiting times more than 10 minutes.

Stopped in for a quick bite before a show. Nice food. Staff were generally helpful, though they could have done with more hands. Everything was being prepared while you wait, so not quite fast food. Also with temperatures of -5C outside, it would been sensible to close the doors to preserve the heating and save money. With doors wide open the counter area was freezing!

Given the price and compared to other fast food, I would rate it 4-star food, 4-star service, and 4-star environment. I post on Google either because I believe the place is underrated or because the place is outrageous. This Burger King is underrated and actually way better than its competitors on the same street. For a quick meal under £10, you don’t get any better than this. Huge burger and sweet Oreo shake kill your hunger immediately.

Just another Burger King. Often long queues (sometimes out the door) at lunchtime, but they're generally cleared quickly. Plenty of seating across three levels (fewest seats on the ground floor, and they fill up fast: if you've a buggy or wheelchair it might be hard to get in at peak times), and generally kept clean and tidy.

Nearly didn't go because I had 2 young children and a buggy and the toilets are upstairs. However a really helpful member of staff (female ?Afra) served me and ensured my buggy was safe whilst I took the children upstairs to change nappy/use the toilet. Thanks. I would recommend.
