Nicely furnished restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere. Great choice on the menu. There’s similar other choices around Oxford but I always think Wagamama have an edge over competitors nearby. Fresh, tasty food and good service.

The Staff were helpful and friendly, I came with a group of 7 It was our first get together for 2 years since the Pandemic, The food was lovely, Unfortunately the desert Menu has shrunk considerably now to what it was then, Two of my Favourite Puddings were no longer available and two other puddings were sold out which was a shame, I will still come back again, Our group previously came to Wagamama every 2 weeks and we're hopeful to do this again.

Everything about wagamamas is amazing. Every person I've bought to it has absolutely loved it. My absolute favourite is the chicken raisukaree and then as a side the vegtable tempura. Each dish I have tried I've loved! The atmosphere is so warm, inviting and intimate. All the dishes come at different times as when it is ready they bring it straight to you which I love as you eat it fresh! They cater to allergies, intolerance and also has a very wide vegan and vegetarian menu!

Went to Wagamama for the first time and it didn't disappoint us. The food's quality was very tasty. Tried the firecrackers and they were just too tasty and amazing. The quality of the food was high as well. The customer service was very good and the restaurant was very clean too. Will definitely visit again. Really great! The food tasted amazing and even though it was pretty busy I felt safe as between each group on the benches were plastic dividers. They have a pay online system in place which didn't work for me (we tried twice) but apart from that was overall a good visit

Linda our table waitress was great!! She couldn't do enough for us, and the food was delicious. One other waitress who kept throwing the food at us and hurrying off. Which is the only reason I haven't given this place a 5. Toilets clean. Excellent little spot for central Oxford.

A bit over priced although there is a lot of nice fresh ingredients and good flavours. A lot of options which is always good. Friendly staff. It's great to have the option for brown rice. I had the chicken samla curry which was nice but could have done with some more sweetness. I had to add some sweet chilly. Can anyone recommend a sweeter curry in wagamama? The vegetable goyza was nice but overpriced. I highly recommend the Gloster green market for goyza dumplings (wendsdays and Saturdays) . Which is much cheaper and way more tasty. The raw salad was nice but didn't really have any House dressing. Bit of a shame as it has been very much enjoyed in the past. Lovely staff and good atmosphere with an open view kitchen and nice aromas. Would be good to see some deals.

Went with a vegan friend and decided to order vegan as well. Had vegatsu and yasai itame, both are actually really tasty, even for a chicken lover, but the former could have more curry sauce on the rice it came a bit dry. Seating ad environment is pretty good, customer service could improve though. (It was a slightly hot mess when a lot of stuff are just constantly falling on the floor so that was a bit noisy.)

Food was really tasty. Loved the chilli squid and the fried duck gyoza. Staff was not very attentive, even though the restaurant was not busy it took ages for them to take our orders or come with the bill and card machine. They have not checked on us while eating at all.

We love this place but it's almost victim of its own success. Long queue to get in on a Sunday (not their fault and handled very well by staff who come out and chat to you and give a time estimate), orders mixed up/delayed (rectified by staff constantly checking on us). Not the cheapest place to have lunch either. On the plus side, the food & drinks are awesome and the staff are really friendly and working hard. Perhaps on a less busy day you'll get the positives only?

The staff were excellent so helpful. We asked if we could move to a different table because stools were so uncomfortable, they happily sorted this for us. As for the food... A very vibrant and refreshing dinner- a colourful plate of the senses. Seems authentic and certainly tasted it. We didn't have to wait very long either. We got the table with VEGAN Menu and the server asked us if there are any allergy, we said we are only ordering Vegan dishes. One of our extra side dish was an Vegan egg but she made an order of real egg. Thinking it as an egg we had a bite. I had an upset stomach immediately. Mistakes like these is negligence. Please keep sensitive things like these in mind because things can really go bad.

I have coeliac desease and it is incredibly hard to find places safe enough to eat at, but wagamama is the best restaurant I have been to in terms of customer service and dealing with allergies. They allow only the manager to take the order for any allergens, and your food then gets prepared seperatly and by the head chef to avoid any cross-contamination, I have never seen any restaurant go this far to keep their customers safe, so I would definitely recommend this for any allergen. As well as the great customer service, I have never been disappointed by any of the dishes I have had there, they are always well presented and delicious, really an amazing restaurant.

Toilets upstairs including some inclusive "everyone" non-gendered toilets. Webpage for this venue states that a portable ramp is available for access and there is a disabled toilet; for staff assistance press buzzer next to front door. Also states free wifi, baby facilities, braille menus, induction loops and magnifying sheets.

I came in yesterday during the closing I had a terrible stomach ache and wanted to use the washroom, the manager was incredibly sweet and helpful for letting me use the washroom even though I didn't dine in and even asked if I required something else. Coming from a hospitality field I understand how stressful it gets during closing so I would really like to thank the staff and especially the manager.

Food excellent, but was made to wait outside as they were busy and they needed to open a side door to put ramps up for me to get in with my wheelchair and once inside was a very tight fit. The disabled toilet was to the right of the bar and the space to get to it appears to be storage. Very small and therefore disabled facilities in my view are minimal. Food great, but not great enough to justify me going back into such confined space.

Excellent service! Just eaten here and asked how long the food would take to come as I had a bus to catch. As a chain restaurant it is good for guaranteeing the same quality of food everytime. However it is not very authentic and the chilli steak ramen has come often and not been tasty. The prices are overpriced considering the quality of the food served and the lack of attention included in the service.
