Good for a cheap takeaway. Chips were well cooked not too greasy, bit crispy in places and cooked through properly. Burger was what you expect from this type of takeout not great quality but a decent cheap burger.

Best chips ever also fish is of good quality tasted better but it's A chippy for Christ sake it's not a gourmet fish restaurant. But donner meat is also amazing and so is there sweet chilli sauce! But overall the best chippy in Peterborough I would say! Let's hope this doesn't go to their heads and they keep this kind of quality!

Love going to B Js it makes a change when you don't feel like cooking or just fancy a change whilst your out and near the shop so you can pop in for fish and chips or anything else if you don't fancy cooking that night.

always one of my favourites! a lot of places around here serve the same meh chips that are almost impossible to stomach eating but not this one! the pizza isn't bad either, a nice rich sauce and a crust that feels just right. the milkshakes are nice too. i'll have to try the burgers sometime and maybe the pasty..

The Best chips around! I ordered a haddock, a large battered sausage, 2 pineapple fritters, a large mushy peas and 2 cans of coke. It was delivered in great time, around 30 minutes and still hot. The only gripe I have is that they only do 1 size in haddock and it's not large. I've been in tbe store on other occasions and have been greeted by friendly staff. If only I cou,d get that chip coating recipe!!🎉mmmmmmm

Honestly, I couldn't give this place a bad review, have loved it since I was a kid and the food never dissapoints. Ordered online so can't say anything regarding customer service, but still gets five stars from me.

Food is good, used BJs for years but since restrictions they have Really let themselves down, we order online to collect but they have no organisation as to how to collect, people are all hovering about outside, you can see your order sat waiting on the shelf going cold but you aren't allowed in to ask for it, other chip shops are a lot better organised so I'll be changing chippy until things are back to normal.

Unless I go to a chippy outside of Peterborough, this is my chippy-of-choice. Chips are cooked different from elsewhere, and are crispy! Drinks are expensive though, £1 per can!

Haven't used Bjs in a while went to Bjs earlier this evening and had mixed chicken kebab and was enjoyable as I remember with plenty of chicken and salad plus my favourite hot chilli sauce would highly recommended them very good service.

Food is nice, but customer service is awful. My girlfriend came in and asked for Fish cake and Chips and was charged an extra 65p than the original price shown on the menu. Obviously I know its only 65p hence why she didnt bother challenging it. She noticed that the girls working there were looking at her in a rude way. A man afterwards ordered the same thing, but wasn't charged extra.

Ownership wise ,but it seems they have forgotten thier local costomer base and concentrating on phone orders - waited nearly 45 mins in the cold outside the shop due to the signage stating " 1 person only" The food outlet looked busy and that is good but organise the staff .

The food is ok but customer service is dreadful. Customers left standing outside for 15 minutes waiting to collect orders that were ready for collection. One customer was completely ignored and walked off without making an order, he had been stood in the shop for over 15 minutes waiting and not one member of staff even acknowledged he was there. I had to eventually challenge a member of staff about the situation...no apology or explanation as to why we were all left standing waiting outside in the cold for so long when our orders had been ready for ages.

I know the place extremely well as I have been a customer there since the shop opened up and I would like to stress that you will not regret visiting either just to get a bag of chips or choose from the vast amount of delicious food choices on offer!!!, Kebab,s, pizzas, fried chicken,(A favorite of mine! :-)!), And a whole lot more too!!!, You can even get on and off the bus within a few hundred yards away!!!, staff are always very nice and friendly! :-)!, Just gotta see for yourself how good the place is for sure! :-)!, 10 out of 10! :-)!...
