The food wasn't what I ordered, my colega order was over cooked, and the most of ordered was based in rice and bens, where was suppose mixed beef they just add beef stock. Honestly very desapointed at this time,compared with years ago

It was amazing. I have waited a while to go here as I wasn't always around or they were very busy when I have been. (always a good sign) so eventually got a table and boy was it worth it. The food was amazing. The freshness, the smells, the taste, oh wow. The spice was great and I honestly couldn't eat anymore. I had enchiladas and burritos 😄😋 omg. I will definitely be going back and I want to try at least one of everything on the menu. Well recommended.

Have visited and ordered on numerous occasions, service has always been top quality and have never had an issue. Food is fantastic as long as you love Mexican cuisine. Reasonable amount of options on the menu along with plenty of drink options also. Price is as to be expected in any restaurant chain of its calibre. Will continue to visit, time and time again.

As far as I’m concerned Chiquito has never let me down & this is no exception. Delicious food & good choices for vegetarians. Just make sure you save room for loaded churros at the end of your meal, you won’t regret it!

First time coming to this Restaurant in Hampton, the chimichanga with the pulled pork and chicken was delicious, can't fault it and the service from the waiter was spot on. Very friendly and helpful but not constantly coming over. Very pleased.

We came out for wife’s birthday had a really nice meal the paella was really tasty and all the food was hot for dessert I had the passion fruit chocolate tart tasted amazing, and they even brought out a birthday treat. A little expensive but a great experience

If you are looking for a group eat out, Chiquito got you covered!!! I visited with group of friends and I can confirm that service was beyond excellent. Staffs were very polite and friendly, they were kind enough to customize our meal to suit what we wanted. Food was very good.... We'd be visiting again.

first of all I want to say what a credit Michele is to your restaurant. he was so welcoming and patient. He listened to us, made jokes and was very attentive. chiquitos isn't about fast service it's about savouring time with loved ones in a friendly environment with amazing food. highly recommend the nachos with salsa and guacamole, the beef chilli chimichanga and the loaded churos

Ordered a burrito to take away which was cooked well and full of favour however, the pulled pork burrito I ordered had a lump of fat which was slightly off putting but understand this cannot always be helped. Staff are very courteous.

Chiquito is a favourite of ours when we want something tasty but don't want to spend all night in a restaurant. They usually have tables free, so no need to book, which is perfect for a quick feed. The decor is fun, and the menu offers a good selection. We were in on the first night of the new menu which looked good. The service was good, and our sharing platter was enough to feed the two of us quite nicely. The only criticism (and it is a very small one) is about amount of ice they put in their mocktails. I often drive when we eat out, so I enjoy something a little more exotic than coke. The selection on offer is good and I have tried many of them, but they just put too much crushed ice in them. Basically you get 1/4 glass of juice, and the rest is ice. If you don't sup up quickly, it melts and you get coloured water. I have asked for less ice before, only to be told that isn't an option. Shame, as the mocktails aren't cheap! But aside from that, we love the food!

Daughter loved it here. Really nicely decorated. They have hats and little funny things laying around and if you have a tastecard you are on a winner! They also have really nice staff, so everytime I go with my daughter they come over with colours nad paper and she lvoes the experience. it makes eating with the wife much easier. I also like the differnet food and not all the same. And desserts are nice too!

Always a great breakfast, great customer service and a decent price to match. I love that kids eat free from a smaller menu keeping the bill down and the unlimited cappuccinos after your first purchase. Breakfast for Two adults and one child with 4 cappuccinos is around £18. Plus it comes with table service and looks like the picture. The black pudding tastes of something which is a huge bonus. Very nice indeed! Today's service on 16thi December was Tajana. Great service as ever.

Not the best experience, the food was ok cant complain for the price (lunch menu). The biggest issue i had was the waiting time, it took 20 to bring out our starter, and then 40 minutes for our main. The restaurant wasn't busy or under staffed, just found it a bit strange. The desert only took about 10 minutes but was sat at the pass for about another 5 minutes before a server brought it over to us. Me and my partner came here for lunch but we left after nearly 2 hours....not the best experience. And can say for definite will not be eating here again.

Great service for lunchtime family outings Took my boy and my partner to Chiquitos as part of our family outing following my partners hospital appointment. We were greeted well and the waitress was able to build a great rapport with both my son and my partner. We had one starter which was the chicken, chorizo and sweet corn quesadilla which was great however it was missing the chorizo and sweetcorn elements. We pointed this out and the waitress quickly resolved the situation with no quibbles. Aside from that, the mains and desserts were fantastic and although my son spilled his drink twice, the staff were not fazed by this and quickly cleared our table and provided us with alternative drinks. Overall great customer service. Just a little minor on the food but definetly will recommend the place for great service it offers.

We visited with our 1 year old twins and received such a warm welcome from the staff, which doesn't always happen when you walk through the door with twin toddlers! The service was quick and efficient and food tasty, especially the nachos. Toilets were clean, as were the changing facilities which were very helpfully pointed out when I went the wrong way. Just as we left one of my twins upturned and jug of water, much to our embarrassment, however it was dealt with so quickly and efficiently by the staff and in good spirits. Thank you so much!

Cocktails were quality and the Chicken & Ribs were great but you only get one fork full of coleslaw, you used to get more. The mrs ordered the burrito and the presentation on that needs improving, it was just a plain wrap on a plate with 3 Doritos, but it still tasted good. Excellent service but massively dissapointed that we weren't aloud the Mexican hats because of covid. It was our daughters 9th birthday and we chose this restaurant over other restaurants as we thought it would be more memorable with us wearing hats. If we had known this before hand we would have gone elsewhere. They should consider disposable alternatives or have something else in place for children. What a huge shame.

Eaten here several times, the menu range is great meaning there’s always something new to try ! Food is served in good time, hot and well cooked. Service is great, the staff are always more than helpful for example my mother is allergic to pork and they were more than happy to help let us know what was safe to eat and to offer recommendations. I visited with 2 colleagues and for a 3 course meal with drinks it's totalled over £100. I would highly recommend you use one of their many vouchers to ensure you get it at a better price. Aside from that the service was good with staff checking on us a few times throughout the meal. It never felt too much or too little. Very friendly staff and excellent food. Decor and atmosphere top notch as well. If you do stay more than a couple of hours check that you don't get a ticket. Despite free parking there is a time limit and one of those nasty ticket companies. I've a friend caught out by it here. The restaurant can sort it for you if you ask while you're there.

Initially disappointed by our experience, we came here as a work team as we are doing an event in Peterborough. When the gentleman took our order it was pushy and he was very distracted by those around us. He even cut members of my team off whilst ordering. We then waited nearly an hour for food in which time no one visited our table or made eye contact, and I eventually went to the bar to ask I was told we haven't waited that long and food would be with us soon. In fairness the food was very good which is why I gave it 3 stars. I appreciate restaurants can be busy and understaffed and this experience would have been much improved by someone talking to us and apologising for the delay.

I’d not been here before but I like a bit of Mexican food. I think “quirkiness” is very forced these days. Hipsters, Irish bars and corporations targeting young people have overdone it to the point where it is now just a calculated mainstream affectation seen everywhere. And I’m not sure if the sombreros aren’t just a little bit racist. But that aside the food was great, if a touch pricey, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Big fan of the quesadillas.

Greetings from Mexico!!! I had the chance to eat in this restaurant a couple of years ago during my visit to Peterborough. I ordered "Fajitas de pollo" (Grilled chicken strips) and they were really tasty. The design and elements in the restaurant are well made and reflect many of the mexican folcklore, not only the big hats and the small bottles of "Cholula Sauce", but also many pictures of mexican general culture, that I noticed they decorate different areas of the restaurant.
