Best KFC I have been to. I actively avoid my local KFC. It always takes ages to get served. It's always dirty the staff are miserable and they never have what you want. This was not the case at all here. The staff were trying hard to be polite and profesional which I appreciate alot. Service time through the drive through was adequate. But importantly the boneless banquet was actually cooked really well. The chips had a crisp to them. The chicken wasn't chewy and the gravey was thick. Genuine was actually a great tasting meal.

This branch of KFC is usually excellent serving good hot 🔥 food which is really good to eat piping hot. As for my visit yesterday at 3pm, my chicken was a little bit on the dry side. Usually, it's lovely and juicy, and nice and tender, but I enjoyed it. The place was not very busy and it was lovely and clean. The staff were nice and friendly as usual. Like everything else, prices have increased but it's still good value for money. 🍗🍟🍗🍗🥤

Great KFC just off the a15 highway in Peterborough. Was busy and delivered food quickly to the same quality as usual. Friendly people frequented the restaurant and ate in mainly. The drive through section was busy too and offered quick turnaround.

Staff friendly & pleasant. Chicken & fries nice & hot. Kreame ball ice cream great. Just bins needed emptying and people leaving there rubbish on the tables. Lazy buggers. 28/1/2019. Popped in this evening and had a great meal that consisted of a 6 piece bargain bucket with fries then 1 chocolate & 1 caramel Kreame ball. The young lass who served us was very polite & pleasent and the kfc it self was clean. Well done.😋 5/2/2019 a bit of a let down. No hot water, no krusems and thats more than a week now like this has anyone heard of engineers to fix them and the staff tonight didn't seem bothered. Thanks. The food was good. 7th July 2020 First time that we've been hear since Covid Lockdown, it is drive through only, didn't have long to wait for our 10 piece bargain bucket & I must say the Chicken & Chips were pipping hot and Very Very Tasty.. Well done & Thank you to the Staff who served us. Just a shame they aren't doing hot drinks. Great Job.🤓.

It's a kfc, no more or less than you would expect. Food is always well made, staff are friendly and efficient. My only complaint (and it really is personal preference) I find this particular restaurant very hot. They must crank the heating to capacity. Have found it to be too hot to eat or be comfortable here on more than 1 occasion.

Pre ordered meals via app. Arrived at drive thru to collect,cashier laughed and said we havent got any burgers so you'll have to queue to next window and order something else or get a refund. Got to window only to be handed my chicken burgers ! I asked what had happened and the guy just shrugged,no explanation,then forgot one of the drinks so I said there should be 2, he replied oh yeah!!! Handed me the 2nd drink and walked away. Absolutely no courtesy or manners from start to finish . Wont go to that particular branch again.

As KFC goes this is nothing special. Chips can sometimes be soggy, and bone pieces are often rather oily and full of grease. Hot wings and boneless pieces are good though, which earns a 3 star rating from me. In summary, okay if hungry, but would recommend other chicken shops

This is now the 3rd time I've used the drive thru and had to park up to get the correct order. Today, I was given a different item that was boxed - usually my order is in a bad - so I asked them to double check it was my order... 'yes yes' I was told. I stopped in a space to check and no, still not right. No apology, told to go in the restaurant to wait for a new order rather than they bring it out to the car. On a Thursday when there was just 1 car in front and none behind me you'd expect it to be spot on. Good job the chap on the ordering section was very friendly else would have been 2 stars. Oh, meant to add, mask round chin does nothing and fooling nobody.

Well located and generally very quick in service. I mostly use the drive through, but it does get extremely busy during peak hours so plan accordingly. Haven't had any issues with the food quality in the last 3-4 years since I have been visiting it.

I have been 4 times since covid19 .. I cannot describe how quick I have the found the service .. only downfall is they forget to give napkins, salt and straws. I had to ask otherwise it seems they always forgot. Food always fresh ... Stingy amount of chips since covid19 but I assume this is for faster service however overall good customer service

Took advantage of the offer on Walkers crisps to treat the family to a lockdown “dine in the car” meal out. It was a busy Saturday around 2pm with the drive thru Lane full on arrival, but we had our meals within 10mins. Food hot and tasty, and order was correct. Would have been 5 stars but they forgot the milk for the wife’s tea! Which meant we had to go Krispy Creme for desserts, just to blag some milk you understand!!

KFC is always good where ever in the world you are and I've eaten in many around the world, I have only used the self serve kiosks twice, on this occasion I ordered 3 legs 3boneless fillets 2 popcorn chicken, 2 fries a large beans and coleslaw along with a large gravy. Paid by card and took them home, the chicken legs were for my wife but on opening the bag we found we had 6 legs, also 9 fillets, 5 popcorns no gravy and small beans and coleslaw, when I checked the receipt it turns out that's what I paid for, stupid me for not checking, and I will not be using kiosk again but use the services of the grumpy people behind the counter

KFC at serpentine Green is by far the best in Peterborough now. Far better than London Road and Eye KFC. The old one down Lincoln Road used to be the best before it closed down.

Having placed my order at the desk l waited for the meal,looking over the receipt l found lm being charged for "sugar tax" was l told NO so l changed the drink to sugar free and a refund what l noticed that having a bucket meal with wife that the old and dried chicken put to the bottom of the bucket,time to make a stand NO after the sugar tax put the last three peices in the bin outside other than that good chips,cob and coleslaw chicken fresh on top,another trick to look out for!!!
