Great halal KFC. Unfortunately they contract out the parking to Civil Enforcement who only allow you to park there for an hour. We stayed for an hour and 21 minutes and got a £100 ticket, which was a bit of a shock! KFC were happy to cancel it, which was easy to ask for through twitter but still a hassle. Hopefully they extend the parking time as the rest of the place is fantastic.

Every time I go to this shop there is always parking space, or if I go to drive through there is not much waiting time at all. The sitting area has always been clean and tidy. Most importantly, as ti me customer service is one of the major factors for customer experience,along with the food quality and price, is up to standard, staff have always been friendly to me throughout the whole time and on every interaction. Food has always been up to standard as well, never had anything off or bad there. One thing that I do not really like is, when driving to the place, if you are coming from Town Bridge and you want to take a right turn into KFC, you may end up waiting for incoming traffic while blocking traffic in the right lane. This can be quite an unpleasant experience especially if you are a considerate driver and person. Also drivers being impatient and trying to go around you can cause danger to those driving ahead at the traffic light/ junction. There is no roundabout or any easy place to turn around if you don't want to make that tricky turn. Another hazard is the pavement you cross driving in or out of the car park / drive through. But road safety is not a priory in Peterborough so this should not be a surprise and is a subject for another review! :)

Probably the cleanest KFC I've been in. Friendly helpful staff and the aircon is on the perfect setting! I ordered the 4 peice deal with extra gravy, for £7.78. I asked for no legs as I don't eat them and my order was honoured with no questions whatsoever. Chicken was moist, gravy tasted like gravy (not watered down flavourless stuff as you find with most KFCS). There is a drive thru but I opted to sit in. It's about 17.15 on a Monday so would imagine they will get busier shortly.. But service was lightening speed here. Seems well organised and managed. Michael behind the counter is cheerful and super helpful! Thanks :)

Nice KFC for once, visited for lunch with friends and found the food to be tasty and fresh. Lots of staff milling about with just one guy serving whilst rest talked. Perhaps they can cut the ques if they chat less >?!

The best KFC I have ever been to. All the food was extremely hot, hot wings were juicy and everything seemed like it had just been cooked not left on shelf for ages. The Zinger Tower burger was so well wrapped I could peel away the wrapper slightly and eat it without it dripping everywhere. A well managed team, even got a free garlic dip.

Always the best cooked in town. Always cooked to a good crisp. Chips are a let down but that's just kfc everywhere. Staff at the kfc are always friendly and the speed of service tends to go fairly quick. Find it annoying about the extra charge on sugary drinks but that's the governments fault.

When I wanted to change my 3 piece chicken on their own changed to meal combo, she refused, saying she has pressed "total" now and it can't be changed. The food was amazing. Great taste and the chicken and chips wernt fry. The chicken is nicely seasoned and tender. The downside is that a couple of tables have remaining food on it and takes time for the workers to clean. Even when it isnt that packed some tables aren't clean. Other than that its good. And one of the unique things is that it is also Halal. This means no pork or any meat that isnt halal is served.

Had to go back here and return our food as it was cold and they didn't put two mega boxes in! Vanessa was amazing with myself and my mum even before we had to take the food back. My 3 stars is purely aimed at her for her amazing customer service, although they replaced our food if they had any sort of communication with one another maybe we would have had the correct food. If you want to eat here just make sure you ask for Vanessa!

For a KFC, the food was slightly disappointing because the chicken was friend too much to the point that it would have been burned if it was in the deep fryer for 30 seconds longer. However, the new self-service machines were very helpful for ordering food quickly without having to stay in a line. The seating was also well set out with plenty of room, so that you weren't sitting very close to random people. Not the best KFC in Peterborough, but if you're desperate for lunch, it won't hurt to pop by.

I only use the drive through. You place your order, pay for your order, drive round to the pickup window and off you go. Just how I like it, just how it was before Covid19! The only downside is the disgusting fries they serve.

Fairly expensive and nothing spectacular for the food ... Everything seems to have reduced in size since the last time I ate at a KFC and increased in price! The restaurant itself was untidy, rubbish on the floor and under tables, tables unwiped and dirty and was apparently seriously understaffed, after the main meal, I had to wait nearly ten minutes for two ice creams! Would I recommend it? No. Mostly the hygiene needs immediate attention and keeping the place clean on a Sunday evening when they were not at all busy shouldn't be impossible.

And there was a guy i think Mohamed was his name.didnt knew how to get fiver off from my colonel card,so i had to pay full price despite that i said the fiver is there. But overall its good. Will take another star off. From now on will check every order i do. I order every time the same thing. Ine time i wont fet large fries even u pay for it separetely. The other day when y got those 11 stamps he cuts the fiver off and u still pay the full price. Im there pretty often. Its when y expect something else
