M. W.Despite the venue hosting a wedding the staff were great (as we have always found them to be). They were friendly and welcoming.
We had the carvery and it was delicious. The portion sizes were great and there was a wide selection of vegetable dishes.
This venue is quite near to the A1 and is well worth the slight diversion.
We would both highly recommend this venue.

S. F.Phoned at 12:30 for a table for 2, was seated at 12:50 upstairs, quiet and pleasant. Food good, tried all 3 meats on offer. Massive range of vegetables, very impressed. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely.

I regularly attend most Fridays for 3-4hours to work. It is a great place to go if you work from home and want to get out! They have great WiFi connection and very affordable drinks!
P. H.Quiet and rather drab, the combination meant there was no atmosphere on a Saturday afternoon. Still, the bar staff were fast and friendly and prices seemed fairly reasonable. Didn't try the food, so no comment on that.

Tables Had Screens Separating The Eating Area's, Very Relaxed Atmosphere. We Sat Outside Under A Tree To Have Our Meal And Drink. Ordering Was Very Easy And Really Satisfied At The End. Would I Go Back With My Wife And Family......................Yes Yes Yes. Give It Go See What You Think. And now doing the eat out to help out.
