Great food, great restaurant, great service. This is the second time we as a family have been to The Ladz, first time in Cambridge restaurant and this time in Peterborough. Service was as good as quick as Cambridge Restaurant so very satisfied on that front. Food was nice and hot, hot wings amazing, went for a extra hot and I'm glad I did as they were delicious albeit the heat got to me a bit. Milk shakes were smooth and delicious. Would highly recommend them for a family or friends meal out.

The chicken breast was hard & I found 3 hairs first I thought it was mine but, then there were many and I saw the Grill stuff were not covering their heads. There was so much olives but not taste at all. The reason I gave 5 star is because everyone needs a chance to improve their services. I’ll be back soon. Deco was good milkshake was nice.

OMG, I was amazed with quality of food. Tatste is 10/10. If I have to compare food I would say it is competing big brand like Nandos. Burgers, steaks and specifically spicy wings are not be missed. If you live local in Peterborough, must go and try this. Going back again soon.

Decided to try this place out as just moved to the area. Oh boy, this place is going on my favourite places to order from list !! Chicken was really good, my partner decided to go for the mango tango sauce and it was amazing. Shakes are good too. Didn’t even take a picture of the food as it was gone so quick 😂

Just brilliant! Everything on the menu is genuinely good, some are great! How do I know? I’ve ordered everything over the last few months. My personal favourite is the wings mango tango flavour! I can’t describe how good they are! I’ll be coming back for the foreseeable future! If management is reading this, please don’t try and improve anything, you’ve hit the nail on the head here, Feel free to add items to the menu, but please dont mess around with the existing items. They are best at what they do. Their wide range of amazing sauces adds a whole new flavor to every dish. Burgers/ Wraps derseves 5 star.. add chicken strips & peri fries to that and make it a combo. You won't regret it. This place is usually packed but fear not, the service is fast. One of the best restaurants in Peterborough that I'll recommend to anyone. Extra Hot 🔥 flavour 4 life.

Decided to try it out, to see what all the fuss was about.... Was pleasantly surprised! Food: very high quality, fresh and cooked perfectly. tasted amazing! I had the Loaded Box.. (chicken breast burger, 3 strips, coleslaw & Coke £7.49) Service: Polite and friendly, easy service, quick food on the table! Price: was shocked at the price when placing the order... was expecting double! I would definitely go again. Was busy when we arrived, but well worth the wait!

Nice place, great food, excellent staff. The place is also HMC certified. Paid approx £6.50 for a meal which was made fresh and tasted very nice. No bad aftertaste, and was very tasty. It's a clean place and waiters are not in your face. Very very pleasant and friendly staff. Would recommend for families and also for solo diners. Customer service is 10/10 really polite and always helpful. The food is also very quick and not a long wait like other restaurants. Food is also never dry it’s always saucy. Walked in and there wasn't much of a queue. Maybe 2 or 3 people. All the seats were taken but the wait was about a minute or so. Staff are very friendly. The Wait Time was normal (10 - 15 minutes). I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger and I like the idea of how you can choose the flavour of it. (Lemon and Herb, Medium, Hot, Very Hot etc). Mozzarella Sticks were Nice and Cheesy. Eh, Good Enough For Me. 5/5 Good Job.

Located in a very vibrant food area of Peterborough, the restaurant itself is a clean venue with a menu not to similar to Nandos. That said, the quality of the food was very good; the burgers and chicken were cooked just right to provide a tender juicy product. Excellent work Ladz!

Better then Nando's!!! The texture of the chicken is tender and juice, so many choices on what to eat. Recommend the biscoff milkshake. Quick service. Customer service is brilliant they are so welcoming and always happy to help. Everything is clean and tidy. Never had a problem :)

Went into 'The Ladz' Peterborough for the first time yesterday. Superb. Equal and better than anything that is offered in grilled chicken in Peterborough. The food was both fresh and well cooked, the burger was amazing. The burger was not over packed but balanced with right amount of chicken and salad. The meal and the peri peri fries had the right amount of spices and twang, to tickle your taste buds but not not burn your mouth out. The service was exceptional too. Very polite. Also, when my companion asked for curly fries instead of peri peri fries, it was done without hesitation. Definitely will be going again and they kindly gave NHS discount too. Highly recommended.

Good food and good service. You don't have to order from kids menu for kids to happily enjoy their meal. What you order is just fine as long as you go for the lemon and herb seasoning. That's the mildest suace they do. The price was reasonable. Still saved abit and paid for 7 eating out. The platters work out cheaper when eating out in a group. We had 2 platters, didn't pay out that much and food arrived out quicker than I thought it would. Beef gourmet burger was nice. Not too dry just right!

I normally order from here through Deliveroo. The first time I ordered I thought the chicken strips were going to be KFC style battered but they were actually beautifully grilled and marinated in a beautifully delicious sauce. I'm always incredibly happy with the quality and definitely think its value for money. Would highly recommend for a nice weekend takeout meal.

Me and my family love this! It's halal, it's got a range of spice levels to suit everyone, a variety of food, it's healthier than its fast food counterparts like KFC because it's grilled chicken, staff and service is excellent, it's always clean and it's got easy access from the City Centre. We come here all the time, for occasions like birthdays or just for a meal normally. Can't say it's better than Nando's, but it's definitely up there. Five Stars!

Listen, I’ve never been more delighted to eat at restaurant before. I was welcomed with wide arms and happy faces. There was one specific staff member name Edna, who made me and my friend feel settled and comfortable. The customer service is top notch and I would 200% recommend for generations to come. Went for lunch today, food took 40mins to arrive. When enquired why it was taking so long was told they had 150 deliveries and 1 grill. Inside was full with no one being served their food the whole concentration seemed to be on deliveries. If the kitchen can’t cope then don’t allow people to sit in or close deliveries for a short while. Very disappointed with their service today.

Love interior! Even toilets haven't been forgotten :-) Food was nice so was the customer service. One minus though minimum spend £10 if you are paying by bank card. Not that convenient when you buy a meal deal for one which costs £7.99. Yes ATM is around the corner (so I was advised but never actually checked) but no way I would walk there in a rain.. Also would suggest to occupy little ones with crayons so they could doodle while waiting for food. After all it is a family restaurant.

I went to fivelads with my friends a few days ago and the service was amazing, great atmosphere and brilliant staff and the food was of the charts and i was amazed by how quick the food came out to us much better than nandos. Amazing food & exceptional customer service in Peterborough. If like us, your fed up of the lenghty unpredictable wait times at Nandos down the road, and want somewhere reliable, then this is the place for you! The service is really quick for collection and eat in. My husband recently had an op, and when we came back from a long day at the hospital and ordered a couple of minutes before close, the managers stayed open to specially cook our meals. Never rushed and genuinely wanting to provide good food to their customers everytime. Every food place should thrive to be like these guys!

Good chicken, better than Nandos (proper Nandos rip off to every single detail but 20% cheaper). But they still have features a chicken take away shop has -like not accepting card payments under £10. Just left and went to opposite. Sort it out. There are now restaurants / bars that don’t even accept cash. This day and age you can’t pull cheap tricks like minimum spend. At least if you want to compete with other high street restaurants

Their chicken is some of the best...their sides are tasty and more options than Nando’s! Lets not forget their wings and the breast burger which are juicy and deliver a nice taste.

Ordered on deliveroo. Delivery was prompt and everything was there. Ordered wings and a quarter chicken with 2 different sauces on. The sauces are frankly a little bit weird, as if they have a lot of oil in them. Medium sauce was the better of the 2. Lemon and herb tasted bitter and overly acidic, but not citric acid, like a faux chemically taste. Wings were burnt as well so once you get through the weird tasting sauce everything just tasted like it was burnt. The hummus was top class and to be honest I'd go back just for the hummus.

Definitely recommended. Just in the heart of town centre so parking is tricky, can park in queensgate mall and walk there. Deal options have limited sides, so better to order extra sides. Costs almost same as of Nandos overall.
