First visit, heard a lot about it and it was definitely worth the wait, order the pulled rib burger and it was absolutely delicious, chips were chunky and crispy, onion rings were beautiful. Food took a little while to arrive but nothing really bad. For starters we order Buffalo Wings and they were juicy and delicious, the sauce on the wings was just tangy enough and not too over powering. All in all I highly recommend it and would definitely revisit.

Outstanding!!! The atmosphere is so relaxing, very family orientated , the staff are brilliant, always there to serve you. Food is outstanding, I can't fault anything!! If you have not tasted the Buffalo wings, I would highly recommend it! I have posted a picture.

Came here for a spontaneous late lunch and the food was absolutely brilliant! They don't serve alcohol in any form but the mocktails are absolutely delicious - all sorts of tropical flavours make you dream of being on holiday. Between 2 of us, we got the slider selection and the fajitas as well as a few other bits and we were completely stuffed! The presentation of the food is excellent, very friendly service and the flavours are delicious. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you are in or near Peterborough

Without a doubt the best restaurant we've ever been to. The service was exceptional and felt very welcomed when we arrived. The food is sublime, the service is like no other. On our arrival we received a warm welcome.. Anna is simply outstanding and made us feel very special and enhanced our entire dining experience. The dining room is cosy and intimate and has such a wonderful atmosphere. Great experience and will definitely return. Thanks!!

My wife and I went to XOXO last night for my fifth time and her second as she was craving their buffalo wings. For me, the buffalo wings and the lamb chops have to be ordered. The last time I had the explosive prawns which had some great heat to them. The mocktails are very insta-worthy but also taste amazing - my favourite is the exotic breeze. On to the mains, my wife had the chicken burger which she requested with no onions and instead she added jalapeños. They were really accommodating to her needs. I had the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and juicy, and a flavoursome peppercorn sauce to accompany it. I was focussing on the steak but the side salad was fresh too and had a tasty dressing on there which was great too. We didn’t have dessert this time but I have had the vanilla slice before which was lovely. On a more general note the service was great, we were seated promptly and the timing of the food was perfect. XOXO offers great value for money as the steak quality is noticeable. The burgers are also extremely juicy as I’ve tried that before, and the XOXO stamp on the burger bun is a nice little touch too. Highly recommend making a booking soon, and I’ll be back again before too long also. Thanks XOXO for a lovely meal!

Absolutely amazing. Phenomenal steak - especially the sirloin. Asked for it medium rare and it came especially as id asked. Dirty fries are insane as the starter as are the lamb chops. Mocktails came beautifully presented, smoking and looking so good we had to order more. Great service from Yasmin and sameer. Made us feel welcome from the get go. Managed to get us a table on a very busy Friday evening. Will be returning very soon and raving to the family about it.

I’ve been visiting XOXO for a while now as it’s my dads favourite place to go. Always gets the chicken steak with sweet potatoe fries- he’s obsessed. And I love the chops and xoxo sizzler everything tastes fresh and hot. Yasmin and Raminta Really do take care of the customers making sure we’re all attended too. I went there one of the Saturdays with girls from work thinking it was a just another burger joint. However, I was wrong and enjoyed every bite of it - burger (meat was tender, juicy and tasty). Despite the fact that burger meat was a bit too salty for me I understand that as I barely use salt when I cook myself - taste buds thing. Then wings came along.... Very nice; for desert I had cheesecake which was soft, tasty. I remember the presentation of the food especially of drinks for other girls - very nice and creative. I know that there is a rule of no drink allowed from outside - disappointing but rules of the house and you play by it. I still liked my toffee milkshake though :) Also, I would like to thank members of staff for going extra mile for accommodating for my allergies and other girl`s - creating or going a bit off the menu to help us with deserts as well as being friendly. Definitely coming back again for service, taste of food and to enjoy myself :)

Will you find a better example of halal dining in Peterborough? Probably not, located minutes away from the train station and the cathedral. I came here for lunch and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The decor works well and adds to the ambience of the atmosphere. The service was quick, that may have been due to there only being approximately 8 people in at the time. The food itself was delicious, everything was cooked really well and the freshness of the ingredients was instantly apparent. It's great value too, from the lunch menu, a shared starter, two mains and two desserts came to £31! I can't wait to come visit here again, Great establishment, Highly recommended!

First time eating here in a couple of years, food was fresh, hot and delicious. Great menu range! Staff friendly. Slight downside was that the restaurant was cold, and the soft drinks were very expensive (£2.75 for a 275ml diet coke is a lot!)...but would happily return.

This has to be one of the best restaurants we've every been to in the city - It's atmosphere in this place reminds me of some of our favourite places around the world. But it's their amazingly high quality of meat that separates them from the pack. It's a true Steakhouse and a MUST try. Get the Fillet - was cooked perfectly!

We didn't realise it was a small place so didn't book in advance so had to wait for about an hour. The management was quite good and arranged to take our order while we waited. We ordered T-bone steaks and drinks. One was a Mojito with lime water melon etc and the other one was some derivative of Passion fruit. The steaks were Med Rare and were just right and the drinks complemented really well. My only criticism is that if customers are willing to wait, pull them inside, even if they have to stand. Some tables in front of the doors by the toilets weren't being used and perhaps were reserved but weren't used while we waited out in the cold. We weren't offered to take a seat but the management did look after us as they gave us free complimentary drinks for waiting, especially as we had travelled quite far to experience their food.

Normally quite damn good, steak is usually the best in Peterborough. Last time we went, both the wife and I had food poisoning and were vomiting for hours at night. She had the sea bass which was fried and we think that's what did it as I only had a bit of hers and I wasn't as sick. We called and they offered a free meal but kinda worried about getting sick again tbh. I couldn't give 1 star as it's never happened before 🤷🏽‍♂️.

Had a spectacular meal here on a busy Monday night. The service was good and friendly, they were knowledgeable on the menu and made good recommendations. We had a selection of Haloumi, buffalo wings and exploding prawns for starter all of which were wonderful (the wings were the best I have had outside America) For main was followed up with T Bone and rump steak. Cooked perfectly (rare & m/rare) and the flavour was amazing. The chips and steak sauces added a complimentary flavour to the meal. After that we were both very full so thought we should wash that down with a milkshake instead of pudding, this consisted of a Kinder Bueno milkshake and lotus biscoff one. The kinder was nice. The Biscoff amazing. A great meal with good service and great attitide. This is the place to get steak in Peterborough.

Excellent steaks and burgers. Friendly staff. Food is delicious. Chefs special and beef steaks are brilliant. Good portion sizes. I usually go for chefs special (chicken steak- picture attached). Very juicy, cheesy, like a treat for the taste buds. Halal food. Also try chicken straws in appetisers. They are quite good. . Nice ambience and atmosphere A bit pricey, and longer periods of waiting, to my liking for the food to arrive. So best to order over the phone, if in hurry. You can park in queens Gate. Some disable and few other paid parkings nearby as well. Safe bet is to park in Queens Gate.

Am not one to write a review but I have been to this establishment a couple of times and to be honest this is a little gem in Peterborough. The service we received was attentive, informative and very clear in terms of what dishes to try, the place itself has a great atmosphere to it very slick and welcoming. Above all the food was exceptional with great taste with high end ingredients, our food was cooked to perfection and exactly how we ordered it. The food also came out in good time considering how busy it was. Just a big shout out to the owner Samir who made us very welcomed, great work and will definitely see you again. The whole experience was amazing. myself and my partner went with our 10 month old. the staff were wonderful, friendly and made us feel welcome, and treated our little one as another customer not just an addition to us. although we ordered together they brought out our daughters fish fingers well before everything else so we didnt have to entertain a hungry child while they cooked ours... THIS WAS AMAZING and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. The staff were so attentive and seemed to really take pride in their service. As for the food... all I can say is O M G... it was amazing and hands down the best we've had. My steak was cooked to perfection and my partner pulled rib burger was, in his words, "the best hes had in a very long time...if ever". we weren't going fo have desert as were both rather full but, upon hearing part of our conversation, when the waitress found out of was my birthday she disappeared off and brought out this amazing chocolate brownie with a sparkler for us. unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she was absolutely amazing at her job, as always everyone. I can honestly say I would recommend here to anyone hands down and can't wait to come back.

A group of 6 of us have just come back from XOXO and we had a fabulous meal. The steaks were of top quality and cooked to perfection. The service was swift and friendly. One of our party asked for lemon and lime water and it came with some dry ice on the bottom quick bubbled away infusing the fruit in the water and looked cool. We arrived to an empty restaurant and we were greeted in a friendly manner, being offered to sit wherever we wished to sit. We were given the menus and having decided what we wanted, we ordered the shanghai wings as starters and the fillet and t-bone steak as mains, with chips and onion rings as sides. We were told the wings would take 12 minutes and and they arrived 12 minutes after we ordered. The wings were lovely, the chicken was succulent with really crispy skin and the sauce was delightful. However, there was a 26 minute wait from when the wings were given to when we received our steaks. Nevertheless, the steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides complimented them nicely.

My husband and I have been to XOXO grill and leave with amazement at how amazing the staff are. I have NEVER in my life received such great service. The staff always come off as wanting to be there, that they enjoy working where they are. The owner is so nice as well! I'd just like to say what immaculate service today we were given by the staff members here at XOXO grill. They helped us set up my mum's birthday and she was truly surprised. They did beautiful decorations. The food was absolutely succulent and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. An honourable mention of staff is lady called Raminta. Burger was spot on, although it comes without fries which for the price is a bit stingy, also I had 2 Burj khalifa burgers, at £14 is is very tasty, I ordered one, which didn't fill me (no fries) so had another, call me greedy, but the burger was top notch, so why not, anyway £28 later I still had room for Cheesecake & Ice cream down the street, great burger, could do with being bigger. Found this place randomly and boy was it a diamond in the rough! Went for father's Day meal drove about an hour to get here. On first impressions the place looked small but it was definitely inviting warm and cosy. The attitude of the waitress was amazing she delivered some serious service to me and my family even let me park in their own private car park. The place was just starting to fill up as I got there and was given menus very promptly. We inspected the menu and we went for to start with Tear and share (garlic bread) Halloumi (salad) On the main we were recommended a new cut of beef the tomahawk steak. Upon recommendations we went for one with some peppercorn sauce and chips And a fillet steak with creamy mash and gravy. The starters were very enjoyable really nicely presented fresh crisp cool salad dressed in balsamic vinegar. Along with a large garlic bread that was chewy with lashings of garlic butter and cheese absolutely enjoyed it. The mains were absolutely delightful the tomahawk steak was ordered as medium but did come just under , a little rare but we can forgive that. It cut like butter and the explosion of flavour in my mouth was incredible. Each component was just bursting my taste buds the heat from the pepper the creaminess of the butter the kick of garlic and parsley with an undertone of lemon ( from the garlic butter I'm sure) not forgetting the actual quality of beef itself was truly a joy to eat. The fillet steak was equally delicious seasoned the same as the tomahawk. Absolutely epic flavours!!! I would actually say it's a 10 from me Unfortunately no space left for dessert which they also sell I will definitely be coming back sooner then later. Complete winner for me. I hope that tomahawk is here to stay because it would be a shame if I couldn't eat it again!

Food did take some time to be served though. Overall good experience, worth a visit!

Food was pretty average. Reasonably priced lunch menu. Despite being the only couple there took about 15 minutes to get served. And food took a further 20 minutes. Waitress was polite and lovely. Clean place. Ambiance was forgettable.

Wow what an amazing food we ordered lamb chops starters cooked just right nice and juicy. To top up our experience we had Burj Khalifa cooked just right compliments to the chef.
