Staff are always friendly and helpful, they sometimes get a little overwhelmed by the volume of business. The only frustrating thing that happens is some delivery drivers give customers the impression of que jumping by going straight to the till and expecting their collection to be ready. The food is good tasty and hot just what you need.

Service quite slow, but I think that's to do with all the external orders coming in, but food quality very good, had bacon double cheese xl, was great, onion rings, chilli cheese bites, whopper meal and chicken royal meal (there was 3 of us). All food brilliant. 😋

This is one of the better burger king locations. Ordered from here twice and I was pleased to have my order delivered quickly without experiencing missing items. The only and main disadvantage of this place is that they send out cold food. This is not acceptable at a fast food restaurants. Food should always be hot because most of the food just needs frying as it comes prepackaged.

The Burger King near the indoor market in Plymouth is looking old and very tired. Went there after a day out in Plymouth shopping. The touch screens are totally useless to order meals. Finally got it to work and take me to the order and payment screen, then the payment wouldn't work. Had to go to the counter and then re place the order from scratch. Very annoying. Whilst eating watched others struggling to place orders too. The screens just don't make life easy. Food was fine. Not the best Burger King I've been to. Maybe the Drake's Circus branch might be better. The staff didn't look that enthusiastic working there. But then that's understandable. Would give it another try if and when I'm ever in Plymouth again.

My only favourite of fast food eateries, spotlessly clean, delicious fries that are ALWAYS the best whatever the time of day you order. The only downfall is that if you love the fries, always order extra as a standard amount is never enough..

Friendly staff. And delicious burgers 🍔 Much better than the others restaurants in flavour. Need to replace the ice cream machine that's not working for over one year. Also need to improve in time to complete the order's there's a huge amount of improvement that can be done. All the staff and managers are great and very friendly the time that is taken for the order's to be done is related to not having staff that can meet the demands for the order's.

This takeaway offers the best bang for your buck price wise out of the big name fast food outlets. With a filling meal coming in on average around the £5 mark. Fries taste good and the burgers are of reasonable quality also.

Not great, but not bad either. Food is very expensive compared to what you buy, but whenever I get anything there, I'm usually quite satisfied. The key is to look at the best deals there, because if you do, you certainly get your money's worth! Should note that the waiting times for food vary store to store, so don't be too surprised if you find yourself waiting for 10 minutes at least for your meal. All said, still decent food, and good hygiene ^^

We were in Plymouth town. McDonalds wouldn't serve us because of covid but I'm glad because Burger King was much better. They let us in with masks on. Orders were in a distance queue and those waiting were the same. It was safe and quick. The food was good value, hot and delicious.

Personally I prefer the taste of the burgers in Burger King as they remind me of the taste of the burgers I have had when I cooked them myself on the BBQ. I have always found this venue to be very clean and tidy and the staff are always clean and well groomed. Unfortunately I can only have a burger once a while as being diabetic I've got to be careful with what I am eating. I also find the price very good for value. I'll definitely will be going back the next time I am allowed a treat.

Had a very nice experience. Food was hot and tasty. Fries were seasoned but not overly. As another reviewer has mentioned the Oreo Milkshake was amazing! I went for the XL Big King which was filling to say the least. Free condiments, unlike some fast food "restaurants". They even have mayonnaise!! Wonders will never cease. The only thing that I would like is something to put my sauces in/on. I don't want to use the paper on the tray as I don't know how hygienic that thing is, nor put it all over my fries. A solution would be good. First World problem right there.

Best fast food burgers in my opinion.. Couple quid more expensive than its rivals across the street but worth it for a flavoursome burger that isn't dry and its decent size. Oh and the orio milkshake is amazing! Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because there's always very little amount of staff on shift so when it's busy it can be a wait.. But it's worth the wait..

Exactly what you expect a sells burgers that will make you fat but are very delicious. I've always had good service in this restaurant and never had too wait long even during busy times. The layout is a bit odd, not much room downstairs, with most of the seating on the first floor. It has always been as clean as you can expect from a place with a high proportion of teenaged customers. All round a nice place to grab a cheeky burger.

This is a good place to eat, we normally go in the week so it is usually plenty of downstairs seating features a massive seating area upstairs. The staff are very nice but there can be a wait for food in the early evening onwards as the restaurant receives online delivery orders. The restraunt has always been clean when we visit. The only downside is that there is no downstairs toilets.

Food is what you'd expect. Nothing wrong with that. Problems are with cleanliness of the dining area and the fact they close the large area upstairs at around 6pm. Bins are always full. Toilets look like they haven't been serviced this century. They just need one extra staff member running around in the restaurant really. Keeping tables clean and emptying bins.

Staff hygiene seems poor, no one handling the food was wearing gloves or washed when moving between stations. I watched one person operate a tool which seemed to control orders displayed whilst also assembling burgers. The toilets are also locked and need a code from the receipt.

I typically go here for Burger King but after my previous visit I will no longer be going. One of the "grill masters" were using their bare hands whilst managing food. One time it took 35 minutes to get served due to new workers not knowing their job role - yes I know new people need more time in new jobs but that doesn't mean you need to group them all together on the same day. On average, you spend about 10 minutes here.

Food is usually good quality; hot and fresh, staff are friendly on the most part. Only issues are pricing is a little steep (something I appreciate the store has no control over as part of a larger company) and service is often incredibly slow for no reasons I can see.

Im a big fan of Burger King. I always get quick service and a delicious meal. Me and my friends always eat there when we go to town or on a day out. I would highly recommend the whopper meal deal as you get an brilliant burger, fantastic fries and a drinks to die for. The meal deals are cheap and They have a wide range of burgers. There are chicken, Vegitarian and beef burgers. They always have specials and you can heavily customize your burger to make it your dream. I highly recommend Burger king over Macdonalds as in my option, it is in a different league.

The food was ok although it was warm not hot, the Coke Zero wasn't working & they had trouble putting a new one on so had to change choice, went up stairs to eat as down stairs was busy & a bit of a mess the toilets were locked then a teenage customer knew the code & was telling all her family members the code & they left the door open for everyone else. But the toilets are discussing 1st toilet was blocked,doors were sticky & dirty,tiles were off the wall & food was in the corner of cubicle . I would advise to do the following * change door code so people can't open door with out a staff member, * clean & re-decorat public restrooms * staff to do regular checkes & sign sheet to say when it was checked. If the restrooms are in this much of a state I would hate to see the kitchen & food storage area. I normally love Burger King but this has put me off using this branch.

I hav a bad experience .I went to buy a wooper meal at night I said the order to take out .When I was on my way to go home so I wanted to eat my burguer there no has meat in it ..just gave me the bun two tomates even no the sauce it was late to go back said about the error .I decided go the next day to claim about it ..The manager just tell me that I have to called and said about the mistake unbelieve .. He can't do anything about it ...well just be aware to check your meal ..
